Worcester Auto Center began in 1990 after being founded by Gene, our General Manager, in the city of Newton. Since then, Worcester Auto Center has grown to become an icon for outstanding service and high quality collision repair. Since opening our doors, we've just about seen it all. After a few successful years of growth, the company expanded and moved its business to a larger 5,000 square foot facility in Waltham, MA. The company employed 10 full-time and part-time staff to operate a professional body and mechanical auto repair shop.
Our team works diligently to solve any problem - no matter how big or small - on all vehicles. All of our work and operations are performed on the premises while utilizing the latest state-of-the art auto mechanic equipment. So, you can be rest assured that your vehicle will be repaired and brought to its pre-accident condition.

10/5 STARS FOR THIS PLACE! I got rear ended and the insurance made me go through this place so I did not even choose it. I could not bring my car in during business hours due to my job and they accommodated me by signing the papers remotely and dropping my car the night before. Throughout the time my car was there the owner would call me with updates and explain what was going on.
The best part: when the car was repaired (perfectly done, they cleaned my car, filled the fluid levels) they called and told me to pick it up. I work 80 hour weeks 6 days a week and would not be able to pick it up. The owner of the shop DROVE MY CAR TO ME AT WORK AND RETURNED MY RENTAL FOR ME! Amazing experience I am only going there from now on and have been telling everyone to go there. You could tell the owner loved what he did and took great care in his work. Thank you so much and everyone come here!

I had my 2016 Impreza fixed here following a front end collision in February 2019 per my insurance company recommendation. Last week, I started hearing unhappy noises and vibrations while making turns. The mechanic looking at my car was able to detect I had front end repair and reported the work that was completed is basically falling apart. In less than one year. Very unsatisfied and I have a call in to my insurance agent as well.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. They are timely, communicate with you every step of the way, and the final results are amazing. I have had my car repaired twice there, and my father had his car painted - INCREDIBLE work. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. Highly recommend.
