I highly recommend Bob. He is amiable, great with communication, punctual and offers at-home service which means you don't have to wait at the shop or be without your car for half a day. He replaced my Infiniti JX35 windshield within ~45 mins and I am very happy with his work.

Bob communicated really well, was super punctual (ten minutes early!), and fixed the chip in my windshield quickly. He gave me great parenting advice to boot!

Got a rock chip in my brand new Telluride. Tried to schedule an appointment with SafeLite but they did not have any time slots available for the whole upcoming month. The victim of a smash and grab over a weekend, I'd called about the 10th place before Bob returned my call. He ordered the window first thing on Monday, said the work would be done Thursday and even surpassed that promise by being able to get it done this Wednesday! I had two large cracks in my windshield that spread rapidly (within hours). After calling multiple glass shops daily and leaving voicemail after voicemail i called Wind-Tech. Bob answered immediately made room in his very busy schedule for me and expertly repaired my windshield without me there. I was even able to pay over the phone! I have nothing but positive things to say about Bob's service. I called ten different glass repair businesses in the Seattle area and he was the only one that was able to deliver. Communication was clear and consistent. He was able to find replacement glass when others couldn't. The repair itself only took about 30 minutes, and he vacuumed/cleaned up leftover glass.

He offered to meet me at my home and was incredibly responsive to questions about the price estimate, etc. Initially, we had decided to meet at my apartment complex but I ended up needing to go into work that day we decided to meet. Bob was understanding of the situation and even offered to meet me at my work place.

I ended up meeting him during my 30-min lunch and Bob was already out there fixing some of the dings and working on the sizable crack that I had initially asked him to work on. He was very friendly and we chatted about his longtime experience in the field. He was done within 20 minutes or so and he ended up only charging me for the crack as well, which was a nice bonus. All in all, a very quick, responsive, reasonably priced service by Bob who I would highly recommend for any windshield/auto service he offers!

Bob is amazing. I had cracked my windshield and he was out within a few days to replace it. Took less than 45 minutes, while I sat inside drinking coffee. Then I thought I heard a small leak, and he was back the next day to make sure ensure there were no leaks. A few months later my car got broken into and Bob was there that same morning to replace the window that was broken! Truly a saint. I recommend Wind-Tech to everyone.

Bob did a great job with my car. Like any other car prowl it happened out-of-the-blue and I needed a quick fix and I didn't want to move my car since the glass was everywhere. I got a quote on Sunday for a reasonable price. Called him on Monday and had the time booked for Wednesday morning. He drives to your area and fixes it within the hour!

I decided I had a few minutes to spare in the morning and watched him fix my window and he was kind enough to answer a few questions while repairing my window. I'm typically the type of person who favors efficiency over price but he got it done cheaper and faster than some of the other places that I was quoted. Very professional and to-the-point. He happened to show up in my neighborhood right when I got home (30 mins early, within an hour window of when I was anticipating getting home), and so we started replacing my windshield right away! He even offered to bundle a headlight shining with the replacement, for a great price. After my mate came downstairs to watch/wait for the process, we all exchanged jokes throughout the time he was workin. I called this morning and Bob made an appointment to stop by within the hour. He was kind, efficient and his pricing is reasonable. Bob quoted me right away and gave me a two-hour window of when he'd be showing up to replace my car window. I highly recommend him to anyone.
