Wilniq Auto Repair

Editing now, in 2022: they are still quick and efficient but maybe this is due to the pandemic, costs and supply chain issues but the services were extremely pricey. We chose to receive some services from Wilniq that were completed on time but then went to another shop reccommended by a friend for the additional services needed and we were quoted $300 less than at Wilniq.

So ultimately I had to take the car to 2 different places. As companies are fighting against the effects of the pandemic, so are consumers. I do not fault the business for having to price according to the market. I will reduce my rating from a 5 to a 4 mainly because they were unable to accurately provide an estimate of services and the owner had to make several changes based on what the office front desk person had given us.

The initial breakdown didn't add up to the estimate and we had to go back and forth. Still, I thank Wilniq for their ability to fix what was discussed in an appropriate amount of time. Fantastic customer service. Quick, efficient, they do not rip you off. Francisco was awesome and my car is doing great! Went above and beyond and even called Honda for me when I didn't have my navigation code! Will recommend to all my friends and family!

I was in a car accident 12/7/2021, I was referred by my father to this shop and I am glad he referred me! The team was so accommodating and easy to work with. Communication was great and being able to come get items out of my car as I pleased was even better. If your checking reviews to see if you should come to this shop, DO IT! You'll be beyond satisfied.

The owner is vibrant, kind and is dedicated to serving her community. She uses using green, environmentally safe products and paints. A warm loving family business where upfront transparency is their focus. The mechanic clearly explained and showed me everything they were doing, and very much cared for the quality of the work they did. They took the time to clean all the Vermont road salt off my car, and where quite fast, I barely had time to cuddle up in the beautiful velvet chair in the waiting room.

The manager of the shop was compassionate, and very confident. It was the most comfortable and most friendly mechanic shop I've visited. You'll want them to be your friends when you leave.

Family owned and operated. Very dedicated on your car repair, I was really impressed. I am never taking my car to another place besides Wilniq. They really take care of everything till the final touches, car vacuum and smells like new.

I have never felt so cared for or appreciated by a business! I came in the other day because I thought there may have been something a bit off with my alignment. The owners gave me a full rundown of my car's condition and ensured me that service was not necessary and I was okay! I even got to see the underside of my car - where they pointed to and explained the significance of each component.

Wilniq A/B is an incredibly professional and well maintained business. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed getting my vehicle Maryland inspected at this location. Very pleased with the service I received on my 1999 Infiniti I30 here. Took a little longer than I would have preferred, but I can tell that is only because they were so thorough and took the time to comprehensively go through the vehicle and properly diagnose the issues. I would recommend them to anyone!
