I found these guys on Yelp on a day I needed to fix a leak in my tire. I had work in a couple hours and was in a bad spot. This was my third visit. The staff is always friendly. The work is always completed in a timely manner. This time I had a nail in my tire. Earlier I checked the pressure and left off the valve stem cover. They replaced it. Wow! It's the small things that matters too.

This was my second visit to White's Auto Repair and I was overall pleased with the service provided. The individual at the front desk is cordial and professional, the waiting area is very clean, and under the current circumstances of the pandemic, all employees and customers I encountered were practicing the required safety precautions. While the service on my vehicle took a little longer than I originally expected, I was quite pleased with the results and so I can't complain about that. Based on my experiences with White's Auto Repair so far, I plan to continue to patronize this business for the foreseeable future.

I had an issue with a flat tire(s) that I had taken to another National Tire repair shop that had done something to damage a tire. Instead of taken it back to the other shop, i had my car towed to White's. Buddy, the manager, was professional, patient and educational in explaining to me the issue and solution to my tire problem. White's did a thorough examination of all 4 tires, completed the repair in a timely fashion and car was ready for pickup first thing in the morning. I appreciate this shop's honesty, integrity and value. I will recommend them for any repairs.

White's Auto did a fantastic job fixing up my 2004 Camry to pass the MD state vehicle inspection. They were able to diagnose why the 'check engine' light was coming on when two other mechanics couldn't figure it out. Service was quick, honest and the price was very reasonable. They also play Disney movies in the waiting area, which is just fun for all!

Top notch service and always puts the customer first. We love White's because they are totally straightforward and honest. If I request service that they don't think my car needs, they explain why they wouldn't recommend it and leave the decision to me. I never worry about being cheated at White's. They do great work and are always friendly and helpful.

Honest, friendly and reasonably priced are three rare qualities to find. I took my car in for the state inspection. These guys were great and charged fair prices to get the few minor repairs done. I took the car back again for something else a few months later and once again everything was reasonable and a quick turnaround. These guys are the best auto shop I've ever been to in Maryland. It's family owned and the son is a very nice guy and also gave me great advice on a the car I bought from an auction. Can't recommend them enough.

After getting to work, I noticed a screw in one of the tires on my car. Ugh. I drove over to White's to see if they could patch it up, and they were great! Carlos was quick to get my car in, patch it up, and get me back on the road. Terrific service. They even offer a discount for the nearby NASA employees. Will definitely be back here for my future auto needs!

White's is my local go-to since I moved to this area and my landlord recommended them. Most recently, my tire was punctured, so after putting on the spare, I called to see when they'd be able to have a look at it and made an appointment a couple of days out. When I brought the car in, they were able to patch the old tire, fill it up, put it on, and put the spare back into place in case I need it again, all within about an hour.

I have always found White's service to be friendly, professional, and competent, and their pricing to be reasonable (I make a habit of looking into the standard range of pricing for anything I need done as soon as I know it needs doing), but even I was pleasantly surprised to see how low my charge was this time. As a woman, it can be challenging even in this day and age to find mechanics who take my understanding of my vehicle seriously and treat me equitably with regards to pricing, so I've always been especially aware of the need to find businesses with respectful customer service and fair pricing. White's has it all - they know what they're doing, they do it fast, they communicate clearly and professionally at all appropriate points, and they treat their customers with respect and fairness. I won't forget that when I need service again.

My son has been an auto mechanic for about 5 years and recently decided to change professions. I am happy for him but it has been a rough few months trying to find a local shop, who not only does quality work but who also doesn't take advantage of the consumer. White's Auto Repair is my new auto shop. Recently I bought a new mini van, it needed a Maryland Inspection as well as it's 100,000 mile service and I wanted tires rotated, balanced, flush the transmission, oil change and a few other things.

It was super easy to go online and schedule an appointment, they called to confirm and make sure everything they had was correct. When I arrived for my appointment, they were ready, they didn't keep me waiting and had me ready to go before my Lyft driver got there! Not only was the check in easy, they finished ALL that work SAME day. The staff was super nice and the shop was clean and had a great waiting area, tv and was warm and inviting, cleaner than most area doctors' offices!

I am glad I have a local shop that I feel good about and that I feel I can 100% trust. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Hopefully I won't need to visit til my next oil change in OVER 5,000 miles. Thanks

I've always been skeptical of mechanics because I've been ripped off by a couple bad ones with questionable business practices and repairs. White's is nothing like those I've encountered. They are thorough and give you honest and necessary feedback about your car's repair. They fixed everything I needed and even a couple extra things I noticed after I got my car back. I will definitely use them again.

Not all heroes wear capes! This hero - Richard White, rescued me and my 4 year old from an overheating car just before the Bay Bridge. This is the kind of person you can trust with your business; smart, honest and reliable. I am thankful for his help!

After receiving bad news from my dealership that I had been with for over 10 years, and then finding out that the dealership was to blame for an additional misdiagnosis by another mechanic, I was very skeptical to take my car anywhere. So, after asking my colleagues on Facebook for a reliable and fair mechanic, it was suggested that I take my car to White's Auto Repair.

Still skeptical, I called and presented my problem to Shaun. The service that I received prior to bringing my car in exceeded my expectations. I was given a quote (most places I called didn't even give me that), explained what the issue could be, and was even given a follow up call for clarity. When Shaun called and quoted me a price that was half of what I had been given at other places (to the tune of saving me $1,000), I made an appointment immediately!

When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Shaun. Already, he had called for Enterprise to pick me up while my car stayed for maintenance. He went over everything that needed to be done with the car and told me the amount of days that it would take. This was crucial as I was heading out of the country and wanted to return to a car with functioning air conditioning.

When it was all said and done, I was able to thank Buddy the technician, in person for his services as well as Shaun. They truly helped to decrease my bill by over $1,000 (such a bonus)! I will certainly return and hopefully bring additional customers their way!

I Damaged my cars front end hitting a snow bank and needed a front end alignment. Several friends had recommended them, and I'm always worried about being ripped off. They are a real family owned and run business. Danny the owner is personable and friendly. The shop is small and tuck away where you really need to know they are there or you won't find them.

They replaced a bent arm in the front while I waited in the customer lounge. Around one hour later I was up and running and felt like I found the repair shop I will be using in the future. Pricing was great and they didn't try any trickery to inflate the repair charges, as I have had happen at other shops.

I have been taking my fleet of cars to White's Auto for over 15 years, and I have always had exceptional service. When I call to set up an appointment, I always find a pleasant and helpful person on the other end of the phone. With very few exceptions, I can usually get my car in the next day for service. I always receive a call to let me know what problems were found, what the chief mechanic recommends fixing, and what the cost will be. The quality of the work is superb! I highly recommend White's Automotive for any car maintenance or major car repairs. And, the prices are always reasonable.

I initially found White's after moving from Buffalo, NY (eight years ago) because they honored my tire warranty; and I've been a customer ever since. I had my 40k mile service this past weekend.and debated taking my car to my dealership because of two recalls. I called White's and received a quote that was almost $400 cheaper. I have always been pleased with the service and not to mention the price. My sister gets her car serviced here as well. I've never had a problem getting an appointment and I usually drop off my car as early as I can on Saturday mornings.

I had called two Jeep dealerships for quotes to replace the thermostat on my Jeep Wrangler. It’s a relatively simple job so I was shocked at the quotes I received. Whites was recommended by a coworker so I gave them a call. They got me right in and had me on my way in no time. The cost? Half of what the dealers quoted me. I highly recommend White’s!
