Absolutely amazing customer service and communication. They are working on my BMW 330xi. Very pleased with the Techs as well because they found the issue that other shops couldn't and even though they are packed on scheduling they were willing to do a few extras that I hadn't originally asked them to do. Super excited to be getting my car back next week and won't be taking it anywhere else if it has major issues in the future, absolutely worth taking it a hour and a half away to have things done right!

Thank you! Upfront every step of the way with labor time estimates and cost of parts. Luckily I didn't need the module another shop told me I did, but had I, Whitedog insured me they could get it rebuilt cheeper than others quoted me for new parts only. Electrical issues are never a fast or an easy task, 100% satisfied with the time it took and price I'm paying.

The worst experience I've ever had with a shop! Don't make the same mistake I did in trusting them with my vehicle as they are not honest at all. They are clearly only in it for the money and don't care who they screw over. Charged me over $2000 to replace my heater core that didn't need to be replaced. Said that my car would be done on a Friday. I had to call them myself on Monday to find out what was going on.

They gave me my car back without the heat working as if I wouldn't notice. I had to take it in two more times for them to realize that it was a $23 dollar part that needed to be replaced. Only now my heater core is leaking and my air conditioner is barely working. It worked just fine before I brought it to them. Sooooooo disappointed with the service I received. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for even an oil change.

Great at discussing my car's situation beforehand which really helps me make a decision on a course of action. Work is quickly done with no problems. In addition, Kevin always keeps in touch to let me know what's going on. Highly recommended! Service: Engine repair

No love. Spent 4400 on an engine swap. You would think that for that much you might get some loyalty. Something like "Thanks for your business, we did a full inspection and noticed your windshield washer doesn't work. We fixed it, for you" White Dog Auto doesn't care, so I will be bringing my business elsewhere. Seriously, I could have bought another used car for 4400.

I'm very dissatisfied with the service. There are other mechanics who would appreciate my business. Please consider other services before coming here. You'll pay top dollar for mediocre work.

I have had my cars serviced at Whitedog for decades and will continue to take my car there for many years to come. Whitedog's expertise in diagnosing and repairing problems is excellent. I appreciate so much their keeping track of when services are needed, and their honesty in telling me what is needed and when a service is not needed. Whitedog has integrity. Been looking for a good independent shop in the IC area. Brought my car there after noticing some oil drips on the ground, thought it was going to be an issue much worse as BMWs are notorious for leaks. Honest place that said it was only a minor $100 fix. Brought it back as the issue was not completely resolved and fixed it for no cost.

This is The kind of place where you never have to worry about getting screwed over or sold things you don't need, and you never have to worry about the quality of the service. They recharged the AC in my Passat a couple years ago and it still blows ice cold, and recently they did timing chains on my other car and had it done that same day. Great people to work with

White Dog was able to diagnose my car and fix it in a timely manner. Kevin was generally patient and non condescending when speaking to me. I was very weary and cynical of getting ripped off and lied to after an awful, down right unethical experience at European Motors in Cedar Rapids. White Dog gave me my wings back and as yet my car is driving great. I would recommend this company to my female friends that are scared of getting taken advantage of.

Thank you for quick honest service on our 2006 Saab 9-5 Sportcombi (A car that tows 3,500lb;) ). I have been convinced after a few service trips to Whitedog over the past couple of years that they are Honest and High-Quality. When I was new in town, I had to find a new mechanic. At first they were great, then one time I feel that there was a miscommunication and felt I was being charged for something that served no purpose since we didn't mention it at all.

While the dollar amount wasn't even that high, I hold principles like that high on my morality list. After that experience, I have chalked it up to a simple miscommunication as they did everything they could to provide us with great, ethical, high quality repair services and made that situation right. They continue to be great and good at their jobs every time. Thank you for being knowledgeable about Import Automobiles, you have earned my business for as long as I live in this area for many more years.

I have great confidence in the folks at Whitedog. They are so knowledgeable, capable and ethical. I always feel like I've gotten the big picture of what needs to be done to keep me and my car safe, and what could be done if I want perfection. They are able to explain the need for repairs and maintenance so that I understand and can prioritize the work.
