I went on 6/20/22, and it was a terrible experience. I got the Ultimate Wash, they didn't proper vacuum anything. Rugs still full of large particles, a lot of smudges in the exterior. They also broke my air conditioning. I do not recommend this place, save yourself the terrible experience and go somewhere else. Or better yet give the 25 bucks to some random stranger on the street because they would probably do a better job. Very unsatisfied no thank you

My first experience was very delightful, they were fast and got everything very clean. Looking into getting my car detailed also by them.

Car was sort of clean. I had to towel dry and rub at some spots to get some additional dirt off car. No one asked if there was a problem or offered to assist.

This is really one of the worst car washes in the city. There are so many better choices, please avoid

This is probably the worst car wash I've ever had and they left a piece of tape on the side of my front grill to top it off which leads me to believe they left damage and I didn't notice this because it was on the passenger side I as a driver would not have noticed this until I got home. And no one is taking my calls and they left lots of stuff still left to vacuum in the car this car was is such a scam! Don't take your vehicle there

It's extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional to ask customers for TIP. I waited and saw many customers coming in and the lady in the front asking them for TIP. Almost every customer felt uncomfortable and awkward. Most people are nice they will tip anyways but making customer feel uncomfortable and unpleasant experience is not a good look.

Amazing service/results, Reasonable prices and they actually take your requests into consideration unlike other car washes.

So I came in yesterday for a basic exterior wash and when I got home I noticed that the passenger side fender was still very dirty. I came back yesterday but it was already closed. I came back today to get some sort of refund and/or new wash to actually have the car clean. There seemed to be a miscommunication and they didn't even refund me and they had the audacity to charge for a new car wash with a slight discount. So I essentially paid for two washes to have the exterior clean with the basic service. This is terrible service and I will most definitely not be coming back here

I didn't get my car washed at the white glove car wash because I thought it was a had car wash. Those mechanical brushes do a lot of damage to vehicle antennas, window rain guards and windshield wipers.

One of my favorite car wash places. But I think they should be a bit more thorough with the drying process. Too many streaks in the back.

I called the shop before going there to inquire about the prices and how much time it will take to clean the seat. Lady working at the reception said I can come to the store and manager will help me with that. So, I went to the shop and met the manager his name is Luis and he said he cannot clean my car today and he asked me to come tomorrow and it was not even 3PM and they close at 6.

I told him I called you guys before coming over there and lady said I can come today. I have wasted 45mins travelling over there and manager (Luis) said he cannot do anything regarding that. Luis was very rude and he doesn't know how to talk to the customers.

Been here twice, second time they broke my window controls and didn't take responsibility and as a follow up asked me to watch the entire video which clearly doesn't show the interior and what they did. They passed the blame, took no responsibility and made me feel like I was the issue.

I went here for a car wash. The exterior of my car looks nice, but the outside is worse than I started. It's clear dirty towels were used. My car smells like vomit (there was no vomit in here prior to the wash). My rubber car mats have a bunch of pooled (dirty) water in them and the car clearly wasn't vacuumed at all. For $20, this is unacceptable.

I asked if they could at least vacuum the car as I paid for this service and the staff was rude - I asked if they could instead refund what I paid for the interior wash (while still paying for the exterior, which looked fine) and I was told they can't because the owner wasn't there. An employee came back with dirty towels to "fix" the car but just ended up berating me and then spitting on the side of my car when I told him to forget it because I wanted to leave. Will not return and don't recommend (for obvious reasons).

I've arrived to find these guys closed during their advertised operating hours a number of times - frustrating to say the least. The quality of the wash is better than other shops in the area - for a similar price point. But I'm officially on the lookout for a new primary.

Maybe the worst car wash iv gotten in the Chicagoland area. $26 and it looks like the inside wasn't touched. My fingers left streaks in the dust on my dash

STAY AWAY 3rd time is the charm. After 3 bad experiences in a row I will never return here again. Car comes out of the wash still with spots and bugs on the hood. Seemingly even one clean, streak free window is a task, and let's not forget that the wash took off my front license plate and they had the audacity to not even put it back on bit leave it on my front seat saying there's nothing they can do. Honestly pretty disappointed considering I spent over $20 on their "Ultimate" wash.

This was my first time at this establishment. The workers were friendly and helpful. Only 3 stars because as I approached my suv, I noticed many spots were still dirty - mirrors, back gate, inside the driver's side door, etc. Granted, my car was past due for a wash but for $23 I really expected more. I asked for the back to be vacuumed (later I saw they do it for free IF you ask so I was glad I did).

When I went to put stuff back there, it wasn't clean. Needless to say, I'm glad my car is cleaner than when I took it in. I just don't think that job was worth $23 (plus tip).

They do a mediocre job and are overpriced in doing so. We just went and they clearly did not vacuum the backseat or even open the trunk (our fault for not checking before we drove away). There were also still bugs stuck to the headlights. Overall, it was a cheap wash for an expensive price so would avoid - there are much better options in the city.

What a waste of my hard earned money! I mean i could've done a shitty job myself! I support small business 100% but not when they decide to literally scam you, my car interior WAS NOT CLEANED! Called to "complain" girl who answered was as useless as this car wash!

Best car wash in Lincoln Park! Great guys always friendly and helpful. As a dog owner vacuuming cloth seats is the most annoying thing but these guys doing amazing job vacuuming inside and paying attention to details! I have been coming here for 5 years now, not once have I been disappointed. Services: Car waxing, Clay bar treatment, Vacuuming, Polishing, Auto detailing, Delivery, Scratch removal, Interior vacuuming

Worst car wash I've been to. They don't clean wheels. The automatic machine scratched my driver side door. Didn't remove the bit of tar that was near the wheel well. I easily removed it with a tissue. When it pulled up it was literally still dripping wet. Couldn't even dry it thoroughly. There's water spots everywhere. It looks like in some spots they used a towel or rag that had some kind of oil on the paint. Interior is just as bad. Didn't vaccum the area where the seats fold.

Center console looks exactly how it did when I brought it in. I'm not expecting a brand new car but for the price it's a bit ridiculous how bad of a job they did. I regret coming here and I regret tipping. But lesson learned.

Absolutely the worst car wash! I paid for full service $19.99 + tip car wash, and they didn't have to clean anything else other than driver and front passenger area (I was moving some boxes so the back seats were packed, and I told them to just clean the front) and exterior. My mats came out still with winter salt residue, my interior doors got dirty from them splashing dirty water. (my doors were clean when I drove in) and then finally my exterior wash came out with dirt and mud on chrome parts and license plates. Horrible! Do Not go there!

Amazing group of guys! I drove up without an appointment to see if my tires needed to be realigned. They immediately got my car in for a look over and cleared out all the snow underneath my car and wheels. They had me do a test drive and it was all good! No charge. I thanked them with some donuts and took their business car and one for a 24/7 towing service. They're my new car place since I'm new to the city and I'd recommend them to anybody with any car.

This was my first and last visit to this place. From the interior design you'd think you'd get an A+ experience. Not the case here. It looked like the attendant hastily wiped most of the surfaces in my car. There was a lot of dust and stains that should've been cleaned left behind. I had to wipe everything down again myself. Oh, they also left my car unattended outside when they were done, with the key in the ignition.

As if we don't have car jackings happening left and right in this city. I've been to hole in the wall, run down looking car washes that have left my car in pristine condition. This one ripped me off, I paid about $24 for a $7 job.

Regrettable. I got the ultimate wash, and it was a complete letdown. Whoever was on the left side of the car especially. The wheels had much grime left on them (especially the left side) and it wasn't hard to get off as I was able to do so with napkins and spit. The rear windows were not cleaned inside. The rearview mirror on the left was spotty.

They completely ignored the one thing I asked them to vacuum (the rim of the trunk opening). If it was 1 or 2 small things, I'd have asked them to correct and been happily on my way. But this was just so pervasively sloppy, I just won't go back.

Took the car in to get a complete detail, and the car looks brand new! The team did a heck of a job. I would recommend them to anyone. They initially messed up the scheduling of my detail, and the manager immediately took care of the situation and made it right. I was very happy with the manager's attention to the situation. Great customer service all around!

I did an exterior wash for $8.99 for our small SUV which was much needed. While I think it's not a bad value for the money as they do take the time to pressure wash before your car goes into the automated car wash and hand dry afterwards, I ended up leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. Turned out I had apparently drove thru some sort of tar that wouldn't wash off very easily on the exterior and was very noticeable on the white exterior of our car once it came out the wash.

While it looked somewhat cleaner than before, it was still obviously dirty with the tar residue. They did offer a second pass through for another wash to try and get more of it off, but no offer for a refund. After some back and forth with the manager and the detailer, they quoted me $65 and approximately 2-3 hours of work to get all the tar removed but I declined as I had other plans for that afternoon and needed the car. Anyhow returned home with a dirty car and after a quick google search, apparently WD-40 and a clean rag will do the trick.

By myself I was able to remove all the tar on the exterior in just 15 minutes. If I come in for an exterior car wash, then I'd expect the exterior be clean. If you have the products and resources to remove it easily, then don't try to overcharge me on what I had already paid for. A clean exterior. 'Til next time.

I am not and wasn't an Uber driver. At the time, I worked down the street. By the way, "unlimited" means just that, unlimited! Regardless of how frequent someone uses their membership/subscription in a months time doesn't matter, because they paid their monthly fee. Your response points to exactly what I was speaking about in my initial review; poor customer service and a lack of professionalism.

You bashing Uber drivers isn't going to win you any points either. I am currently giving my business to a company that treats with me respect and delivers great service wash after wash. So you don't hate!

I have had my car for 23 days. In that time, it had no scratches. After a $14 wash through their White Glove Car Wash's automated system on Saturday, 3/23/19, it is FULL OF SCRATCHES. Perhaps they allowed a pebble beach to roll through before my car and it left remnants in the spinning brushes. Perhaps a pterodactyl made those brushes his home and he took his poor life choices out on my car.

Whatever the reason, I am absolutely livid and warn anyone and everyone to stay the hell away from this place. And maybe equally important, the name "White Glove" implies a hand wash in my mind. Nope. Again, it was an automated wash, which is not obvious until after you have left your car in their hands, entered the facility, and looked out the window to see the machine.

Once the wash is finished, they make half-hearted attempts at wiping done the extra water, but my car still looked like it had been through a $3 automatic wash with a power dry. This place is the absolute worst. The actual, literal worst in car washes. A water balloon fight would have done a better and safer job on my car.

Today, Thursday February 14, 2019 at 12.54pm I came to shitty place to wash my car. what a RIP OFF. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. $25 FOR A $3 WASH. They just wash outside with a machine, put the cheapest deodorizer on the planet and charge as a deep wash. What a scumbags!

The wait was a little longer than normal for a full service wash, but the results were fantastic! I'll definitely be back. ** As a side note there was a notice that they were raising prices after Oct 1st. but that was the best $16 I ever spent! Attached are after photos! You should have seen the before!

Amazing prices! They should charge more for the kind of results I see on my car. Really happy with this wash and the employees attitudes are always friendly and helpful. VERY BUSY WASH but my car was still done in 15 minutes with a line out the door! GO HERE!

I have been here several times and I always get the "Ultimate Wash". I have a black car and want to make sure it is kept clean. This wash does not scratch the car and they always do an excellent job, To get an Ultimate Wash in the city for $15.99 is unheard of, but when I got there before 10:30 am on a Monday, it was only $12.99. There is never a line and it is fun to watch your car go through the glass windows on the conveyor belt.

This place is definitely made me a weekly customer and is the best value in the city! SIDE NOTE: I laugh when I read some of these poor reviews because these people are slobs and want their cars fully "Detailed" for the price of a regular wash. They want someone to clean up all their spilled Starbucks that missed the cup holders, the kids dropped peanut butter snacks in between the seats where no one can see, dried up dirt from the lawn chairs from their once a year picnic outing to Ravinia that they keep in the back of their wagons and all the other unseen junk that only they know is there for $11.99!

You got to be kidding me. Keep your car clean on a regular basis and not take it to get it washed once every three months. These people do a GREAT Job for a GREAT price! ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***
