Unprofessional ppl. No communications. They rescheduled my appointment three times.

I had a great experience here with a bent wheel repair. While scheduling was wonky with the recent snowstorms in the area David went above and beyond to get my wheel done on time, and in fact had it finished early when my plans changed and I needed it sooner. Made a huge difference in how smooth the car drives and saved me $700 compared to buying a new wheel from the dealer. Everyone who I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

This company is efficient from the start of calling in to inquire into price, uploaded some photos of curb rashes wheel, and an appointment to come out service by mobile and did a wonderful job on our Tesla Induction curb rash wheel. They quoted a flat-rate fee for each wheel Regardless of severity. Ryan came out 2 days later in the morning and spent an hour worked on my wheel in his large mobile van.

After he's done and installed back on my Tesla, I took a picture and so impressed after the repaired. Looked just like new like nothing ever happened. Hope we don't rash it up again, but if we do, will definitely use Wheel Kraft again. Thank you Ryan!

A dealership damaged one of my wheels So they sent me here to get it fixed. When I arrived two guys were drinking beer and it reeked of people smoking in the reception area. Very unprofessional. But I figured if they do good work, who cares. Unfortunately after they fixed the wheel they seem to not have taped off the hub pilot because when I went to put the wheel back on it would not go over the hub.

On a vehicle with 5000 miles and zero rust. As soon as I spent 15 min with a razor cutting the clear coat off the wheel went on great. That's when I noticed wheel weights laying on the ground next to me. Not sure where they came from because I don't see adhesive witness marks where they were stuck to the wheel. Hopefully the wheel doesn't need rebalanced but I'm guessing it will.

Knowledgeable, professional, and great people who care about people! Steve helped us out when we were stranded on the side of the road and our tire completely blew off. This world needs more people like Steve, we are forever thankful.

I unfortunately curbed both the passenger side front and rear 21 wheels on my new Model S Plaid at night. Tesla recommended Wheelkraft NW and said they offer mobile service. I gave them a call and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. I was a little hesitant about a mobile wheel repair service. Tanner and Taylor arrived on time in a huge truck.

I asked Tanner if the repair would be noticeable. He said not to worry it will look great. Both wheels were repaired in less than an hour. All I can say is WOW! Tanner and Taylor really know what they're doing! The wheels look brand new and I can't even tell where the damage used to be. They are great guys too, very cordial. I'm so impressed with their work.

My wheels have a black statin finish that I'm sure was not easy to match. If you need your wheels repaired I highly recommend Tanner & Taylor with Wheelkraft NW! Thanks again guys! Simply Amazing AF!

My dealership recommended Wheelkraft NW for a scape on the wheel rim of my new SUV. I called and spoke to the owner Brett who asked for a photo. Within minutes I had a price and the next day they came to my home in SW Portland and picked up my wheel rim. The work was done quickly and on time. The whole experience was pleasant and the customer service was outstanding. My wheel rim looks brand new and I could not be any happier. I highly recommend Wheelkraft NW for any wheel rim repairs!

I went to get an estimate for fixing a wheel with some "road" rash. I was met by an office employee who--despite the pandemic--did not wear a mask or even made any mention of a mask although I was wearing one. I have no idea what the quality of their work is, but I would NEVER give them my business if the have no concern for the health of their customers

Love these guys! Will use them again. Turned these wheels looking like new. Brought them new tires and installed at $165 a wheel including everything is a great deal. Can't wait to have them do my Raptor as well

I had an appointment for "Thursday morning". I made sure we were available and we didn't get a phone call letting us know they were running behind. I was in work calls for most of the morning so my wife made sure she was available. I finally called at 11:50am and they let me know I was scheduled but the technician was still finishing up another job. I don't like giving bad reviews but no call/no show makes me want to give my business to someone else.

TERRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY! I wish I had gone somewhere else! I took My calipers here to have them painted. I picked them up a couple weeks later and it appeared they did a pretty decent job with the coating, and the letters were on there so I paid, what I felt like was a bit much (more than they charge for two wheels) and took them home. When I got home and went to install them I noticed that for some reason they put the letters on a 1/4" off of center and they also left them sitting on some bubble wrap that left marks on the clear.

So I brought them back them next day and they agreeded to take them back and fix their mistakes. A week later I called them to see if they were done (I was not contacted either of the times they were done), they were done so went and picked them up. The face of the Caliper was good this time with letters in the correct location, however the rest of the caliper looked like a child taped it off and there are huge paint runs everywhere. see pictures.

I wasn't going to bother trying to get them to "fix them" anymore. I AM ABSOLUTELY DONE with this place! TOTAL RIP-OFF! I was planning on having my wheels refinished after this brake job and because of this Experience I went to an outfit in Portland that gave me a cheaper quote. I highly recommended them I don't think they have a mobile service

Curbed one my wheels pretty badly. I contacted Wheelkraft NW and they got me a quote very quickly and scheduled to come out just a couple days later to my office. Their wheel tech Matt was very friendly and did a WONDERFUL job fixing the damaged wheel. Took less than an hour. I would highly recommend Wheelkraft NW and will be using them for any future wheel work.

On my way home tonight I ran over a chunk of metal. My tire deflated so quickly. I had accepted my fate and pulled over to change my tire. I was on the side of I5 in Portland right where the I405 gets on in rush hour traffic. I was all set up ready to change my tire when Wheel Kraft drove by and pulled in front of me. A nice man named Steve offered to change my tire.

He pulled everything out of the back of his truck and had my tire changed in about 3 minutes! He didn't have to. I bet he was just trying to get back to work to go home, but he did. It was so amazing! I can't thank him enough! I know where I am going from now on when I need my rims fixed! Thank you Steve!

Emailed Wheelkraft on Tuesday and Taylor came out to my work this morning (Thursday) to fix the wheel rash on my Tesla 3. He was communicative about when he'd be here and how long it would take, and he was extraordinarily professional and pleasant to work with. My wheel looks amazing and like I never managed to drag it across the curb. While I highly recommend Wheelkraft NW, I hope to not have to use them again!

I curbed my husbands wheel while he was gone. He wasn't super happy about it. I sent out a couple requests for quotes with picture attached. Wheel Kraft got back to me quick on a Friday and was able to schedule for Monday morning Kong. They showed up to my husbands work and repaired it within an hour on site. Cost me $150 for the repair and it looks like nothing ever happened. My husband was impressed with the guys work as well. Now he's not mad at me anymore

Blacked out my wife's rims. Took 1 day and the results were! They also do at home rim repairs for curb rash.

Having dealt with the pothole situation again is not fun! This is the second time where a pothole has caused me problems. I called Lexus and they recommended that I give Wheel Kraft a call. My other friend also suggested that I go to them to see if I can get it fixed. I gave them a called and worked with Tammy, who was super nice and accommodating.

I wasn't sure if they could fix my rim, but she told me to send her a picture and she will have her people take a look at it. She gave me a call back a few minutes later and told me to bring it in.and that's what I did. They were able to fix the rim and also mount it to the tire for me. I'm glad I took my rim there because replacing it would cost about 4 times more!

I only wished that they could have put the wheel back on my car, but they were short staffed that day and super busy with repairing more rims (probably from the bad roads due to the recent weather).
