Wheel Wizard Wheel Repair

I went to Wheel Wizard to have them repair the curb rash on my rims and repaint them. I also had them powder coat my calipers. I am more than pleased with the results. They did a fantastic job restoring my rims and powder coating my calipers. I highly recommend them for wheel repairs. Customer service was outstanding. Thanks Khalid!

I will not change my review! I emailed a "Khalid" pics of a SINGLE wheel to be repaired. He responds with a quote to repair ALL four wheels. I called and he refused to even discuss the option of repairing a single wheel. If you advertise a service, then provide a service. Doesn't make a lot of sense to charge me to fix something that's NOT broken. However, if you do have questions, you can go by RTP Customs and they can show you how to work with a potential customer.

I would not recommend this place. They charged me $350 to repair and refinish a wheel for my Porsche and as you can see from the photo, they miserably failed to match the paint color correctly. What isn't as noticeable in the photo is the dull paint finish and fish-eye flaws in the paint. I paid cash, picked up the wheel and took it home to find that the wheel was a completely different color than the center cap.

When I took it back to complain and ask if they would repaint it correctly, they refused to, saying "it looks good enough." I had no recourse as I paid cash. Unbelievable. Terrible quality work that they won't stand by. If you take your chances with Wheel Wizard, pay with AmEx so you can dispute the charge when they don't paint your wheel the right color!

Edited: my tire started leaking slowly and in about a week the tire pressure light was back on. I wasn't able to take it to the dealership immediately so I kept filling air in the tire and it leaked down over the span of a week each time. Huge disappointment when I thought my wheel issue was finally fixed after putting so much time and money into it.

I feel they should have caught a leak, clearly didn't patch the entire crack or missed if there was another area leaking. Staff was friendly and fast, but ultimately charged me hundreds and my wheel wasn't fixed, have had to purchase another tire and full new wheel. --- Really great experience! Khalid was super friendly, straightforward communication.

I brought my car in later in the day, 2 cracks in my rim and a bad tire that was put on at a chain tire shop. Finished all repairs in 2hrs, and I didn't realize they were going to smooth out the fairly aggressive dents/gauges in my rim in addition to the cracks but they did! Couldn't have asked for a better result. No frills shop which is usually what ends up being the best! Highly recommend you send business their way.

Very disappointed with my experience with the wheel wizard, very unprofessional, rude, customer service was terrible. Will not recommend anyone take their vehicle to this place

I'd gotten quoted by my dealership $1300 for a new rim when an Atlanta pothole bent and cracked my driverside front rim. Another website would've had a new rim at $600 but would be a 2+ week turnaround. These guys cut the cost to ~$300 to repair and a 3-day turnaround. The results were perfection and could not be more grateful. Have recommended to a number of friends.

They do good work and they are always very busy so I felt shorted on my wheel balancing. Also they did not mount my wheels as I requested. I had to rent a van to transport the tires and wheels to another location to have the tires and wheels mounted and balanced. the guy in the office also made it seem as it was an inconvenience to paint my wheel logo as I requested.

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Khalid Mejrhirh can't do his job. He tells you one price and you drive hours to get to his shop and he now says the price is $200 more than the agreed amount and I have his word in writing. DO NOT USE. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. Terrible service.

Treaded my family compact car wheels to a space aged straightening! I've been driving on my wheels for a week since the Wizard worked his Majic and I am airplane smooth. Same day, no apointment got all 4 wheels done. Best Kept Atlanta Secret! Make any car drive like new!

Had 4 cracks in my wheels. They repaired it and it leaked again 1 month later. Come to find out I called around and anything more than 2 cracks shouldn't be repaired. They could have saved me the time instead of fixing a issue that required a new wheel. I should just sent to RTP customs to get a honest assessment of my cracked wheel.

I was recommended from Toyota Tech to take my crack rims to Wheel Wizard on Peachtree Industrial. They are dependable and knowledgeable when it comes to repairing my $450 Lexus factory rim due to damage from pot holes in Atlanta. Repair work was fast. I received my rim back in 2 days. I saved myself $200. Thank you Khalid for excellent service. Definitely will let my family and friends know about you.

So far this is there rating great eager to help and had alot of nice vehicles to work on and even dealership cars they seem to do quality work I will give an update of the results of my rim I had curb rash on my rim. Here is a before picture I will add an after picture. so in three days as advertised they had my rim fixed and I was pleased here look for yourself

Beware, warranty is only for 24 hours. My wheel locks as leaking air within a week. Gentleman insisted it was a new leak. He would not even look at the small dent that is causing a problem and accused me of hitting another pot hole and trying to get free labor from him. He also said he was going to help me until he heard me talk to another customer.

If this was the case the other customer would be sold if he saw me being helped instead of accused of stealing free labor. I also noticed local dealerships and tire places do. It recommend them.

I'm really bummed to write a bad review because I've taken a couple wheels to them and the work has always been good. The last one I took the tire pressure monitor was damaged and when I called to tell them the gentleman I talked to said they don't touch the tire gauge. I took it to my dealership to have it checked out and they couldn't repair under warranty since it was damaged in that process. I sent an email about the situation and have had no follow up. I will need to find a new shop for any future repairs.

Highly recommend. I wish I had before and after pics, but the rims look like new and actually increased the trade in value of my vehicle. Be patient, it's not an overnight or 2-3 day process. Location is a hidden gem!

I am 1000% impressed. I am so excited that Khalid was able to help us get our wheels painted. He thoroughly explained the process and that his work to paint the wheels had a guarantee. I love when people back up their work. Absolutely happy with my ride.

I've brought my rims here before, and owning the same car for almost 20 years, it's bound to have a need for wheel repair more than once with damage caused by the atrocious streets of Atlanta. They repaired a crack my rim more recently, and it was a very quick turnaround. Will return if it becomes necessary.

I used to speak highly of Wheelwizard. I've used him for years. The last 3 times have done it. First he redid my wheels for me but his tech forgot to clear coat the barrel. So I had to bring my whes BACK and leave my Car again for 4-5 days. Secondly I had two bent wheels. He fixed one, assuring me that wasn't the problem. I even asked him several times to please drive the car before and after so he can feel the vibration.

He assured me there's no need to drive it. He had my car for 4 days. Only fixes one side and charged. I pick my car up. STILL VIBRATING. He says just bring it back we'll fix it. I brought my car back, left it with him for three days and picked it up in the car is still vibrating. So this last weekend I went to my independent Bmw shop and we put the car on the lift and both wheels are still bent very badly.

It appears there's no work has been done on the car. His customer service is abysmal, he used to have a secretary but she is no longer there and I have seen him be rude to customers I will not be going back unfortunately after all of the friends I have referred to him.

Great work done by the experts. Wheel crack was fixed and I was back on the road in no time. The receptionist kept me company while I waited. Limited parking in the back.

In 2018, had a bent, two-piece wheel with curb rash repaired for my Porsche 911. It still looks and performs like new. The turnaround time & customer service rep, Janet, both were impressive. Soon, I'll have WW powder-coat all four wheels and will follow-up with new review with pics.

Wheel Wizard used to be a great shop for repair of classic wheels. It is now under new ownership and unfortunately the service has changed for the worse. Completion dates have been continually missed and a set of wheels were "misplaced" for months. Rather than apologize for the poor service, they now simply refuse to work on classic wheels or restorations - only catering to high end and dealer service. Too bad, George used to run a good service.

I hit a curb HARD in my BMW and this place was recommended to me to get my rim fixed. My car was driving horribly since the front rim was bent on the inside. They were able to repair it in less than 2 hours and get me back on the road driving smooth. They even let me see the wheel being balanced for proof it was actually fixed before they put it back on. The quote I got over the phone was the price I paid in person. No surprises. AWESOME customer service and I will be back for future tire repairs. I recommend!

They did a great job on taking care of a Land Rover Discovery and BMW M3. I had the Land Rovers wheels powder coated in gloss black. They came out perfect. Plus they offer a life time warranty. It took 2 1/2 days to complete the process. They took me right away and completed it quickest. The wheels were power coated and they remounted and balanced the wheels.

The BMW had a bent rim from my track day. They performed the fix within 3 hours. It rides much better now. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I totally recommend this place. Their work is amazing and quick.

Ran my new wheels into a pot hole or the metal sheet the DOT lay out there for people like myself to hit. So I came in the following Monday to wheel wizard to get them checked out. First off, this place is the most conveniently located central to Atlanta. So if your anywhere out on the north side of 285, come here. But anyways, they took a look at all 4 of my tires and only 2 were affected.

Even though he said my 2 wheels in the front were bent he only recommended getting 1 done because the other was barely damaged. I appreciated the steadfast honesty of this place, and believe me this place was so busy they didn't even have the time to tell stories. Long story short came in fixed 1 tire for like $160-170 none cosmetic and had me out on the road after only a couple of hours. If your looking for a great place to fix your brand new 20 wheels, look no further.

These guys are fast, skilled, competitively priced and very accommodating. They did a great job sandblasting and powder coating my wheels! They look brand new. Charlene in the front office is super nice too and helped me call around to find shops that would roll my fenders. I'd recommend Wheel Wizard to anyone!
