Wesner Auto Body

I have had several dealings with Wesner Auto Body for my vehicles. From a simple fix for a trim re-attaching which they did immediately, to repairing a troublesome radio antenna leak on my Suburban, to recently purchased a used Ford Explorer that had some corrosion on the aluminum hood that needed repair and painting. The several times I needed to call on Aubry, he was extremely accommodating, and as always a highly professional job. As stated before, I am their best advertisement!

I had a few cosmetic issues with my truck and got a quote from them and it was quick, easy, and very reasonable. The technicians were friendly and straightforward. Personally, I loved the way they explained the process and steps it took to do everything in full. I had a paint touch up and replaced a cracked window on my driver door. I definitely recommend going to Wesner Auto Body to get any work done. Worth my time and money.

I don't give bad reviews but my time was wasted. Went to get an estimate I was going to pay cash for, they said they would have an estimate to me within 24 hours. 2 days later they informed me that they didn't want to do the work I needed done. This could have been said up front at the very least. Edit: I asked for an estimate which I was repeatedly told was on the way which never came.

If I ordered a pizza and it never came after waiting hours, and after those hours they said "we don't want to make your pizza" and although I never ended up paying for it, that is an issue that warrants a negative review.

I was rear-ended on the Hwy 41/114 off ramp and the back end of my car, including the trunk was damaged. Wesner Auto Body provided the repairs and they went above and beyond the call of duty. Having had another vehicle accident 2 years prior, I immediately saw the difference between Wesner's customer service and what I received from other providers in my previous accident.

I had to only make one phone call and Wesner's did the rest. They kept me informed throughout the process and my car was finished earlier than they originally anticipated. Wesner has performed work for me several times over the past 4-5 years. The quality of work is outstanding, timeliness exactly as promised, , and Aubrey and the team have some of the best customer service and attention to detail I have ever experienced. My last visit was for some underbody maintenance. The team ended up being able to repair rather than replace, saving me a nice amount over what I had anticipated. I highly recommend. Wesner to anyone in need of body work. Every visit has been an example of the way service should be everywhere.
