I was in an accident and my car was towed to Waters. The car looks better then it ever has! The staff is professional and always keeping you up to date. Waters Autobody goes above and beyond. Their work speaks for itself. They take pride into each and every vehicle. Couldn't ask for a better company! Despite all the hoops they have to jump through with trying to get parts and such they still keep you in the loop. Keep up the great work! Thank you all again!

After being in an accident and the entire rear end damaged, we took the vehicle to Waters, they were able to fix it and my car looks brand new again, you would never even know it was in such a bad accident! They are fantastic Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Painting, Exhaust

If I could give a ten star review. I would give them a 20! Awesome place to get your car repaired! Messaged me about progress, handled insurance claim, not to mention the rental. Dave took the time to show me the rusted parts on my truck, by the way he didn't have to. I have had 3 or 4 vehicles fixed there over a 15 or 20 year time period, and have not been disappointed ever! Highly recommended!

Dave and his crew did as usual a fabulous job, on my truck after hitting 2 deer. Brenda is absolutely one of nicest people, always friendly, keeping you updated up the repairs, letting me know that going take longer due to waiting on parts. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else but here, they make you feel like your family.

Staff should work on being lil more pleasant, professional, & know that some things should and could be left unsaid & not so negative & discouraging.

Pray your car dont end up getting towed here! If your affected by Covid.they do not care! Sign your title over! Not good business. Everyone has difficulty now and again, but to take advantage for personal gain. Its so sad! I only know what I saw. Young kids, not working because of covid. Dont know why it was towed. But wow. Took the car because they couldn't pay the storage. Plenty of room. NO NEED!

I walked in and got an estimate on the spot. Very friendly to deal with. Great work and reasonably-priced. Work completed in a reasonable time frame.

They did a phenomenal job fixing my car after I hit a very large buck. Very professional and friendly from the flatbed driver who came to the scene to Dave the owner when I picked up my car. Highly recommend this business!

I have known Waters since they were just a shop in their backyard and yes, they do good work. The service I received on my last visit however was disappointing. My wife was in a wreck and they towed the vehicle about 4 miles. It was still drivable. The bill was $297.00. That's more than double the average rate - just call around and compare. Their website displays Visa as an acceptable form of payment, but they would only accept cash.

It was a full week before we got an estimate and 5 full days after they had promised it. When they finally got back to us with the estimate, (we decided not to repair the vehicle because of its age) they said the vehicle has already been here for a while and we need you to get it out of here. - Yes, I am aware of how long the vehicle has been there, but isn't the only reason the vehicle was there that long is because we were waiting on your estimate Waters?

They offered to get rid of the vehicle for us for free. Question. After overcharging us for the initial tow bill, you would also like to pocket the money we would otherwise get if we were to sell our vehicle to a scrap yard?! We had it towed to a local scrap yard and pocketed the couple hundred we got for it - even after paying a reasonable fee for towing. Oh, and the tow bill from Waters, they tried to justify it by saying it was also to haul the vehicle to the salvage yard - again, we paid a separate company for that service, so not sure why we were charged for a service that they did not render. Happy to support local businesses, just asking for transparency, integrity, and ethical business practices.

Dave and staff, Rhonda, Brenda and guys in the shop all do a great job! Highly recommend them. When working on my vehicle they found additional damage. They are very thorough. Car looks like new.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Waters. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and the work they did was a simply amazing value. The panel they worked on is like new, and I even got to keep the leftover paint for any future touch-ups I may need. Highly recommended!

Great body shop. Did an amazing job fixing my 2009 grand caravan when my wife was side swiped by a motorcycle. Can't even tell any work was done. They were very helpful, worked with us with the price, insurance, and deductible. Would definitely come back.
