Repair costs slightly higher than other shops in the area. they offer 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty on parts and labor. Had my Acura repaired with a new timing belt and water pump. called on the 3rd day no reply on how long it will take. took 4 days to complete. drove home and notice a rubbing noise. found the power steering reservoir was off the bracket and rubbing on the serpentine belt. also found a 8 inch ratchet sitting on the radiator cooling fan housing. I looked and the coolant reservoir was below the min. mark. my car idle rough now. was smooth before they worked on it. They must have new not trained technicians who don't car about there work. Walt's auto is not what it use to be. I will not be servicing my 3 cars there anymore.

I've been going to Walt's for more than 20 years. I have always found them to be professional, knowledgeable, competent, reasonably priced, and conscientious. Walts does great service at a reasonable price. When My 2010 Toyota Tacoma's warranty expired I was given a quote of $600 to fix a a/c fan and I found Walts and they fixed it for 1/3 the price. Now many years later I still take my truck there for regular service and as it ages more intense service. They are still reasonable and do great work in a timely manner. Plus know my name and remember my life which is rare these days.

This place me left me feeling very confident that this would be where my car would be taken care of from now on. They were very professional from the first phone call, in directions to the work that would need to be done. Amazing personality very caring to the concerns of my car.
