This was a Christmas gift for my wife. I spent a couple of months researching options, and though some out of area companies offered lower pricing on other brands, Tomberlin carts always received consistently high online reviews as well as that of a neighbor. Steve Gerard was very patient answering all my questions when I test drove their carts. I chose VGGC because they're local and if I had any issues, I felt that they would stand behind it. Not that I've had any, but Liz has addressed any concerns I've had promptly and patiently. We're loving the "Cart Life"!

Vic Gerard is Five Star and so is their employee, Liz Martino! I have been a customer of Vic Gerard (VG) for the past 10 years. First as a renter of LSV's (Golf Cart/Club Cars) and now as an owner of an LSV. The customer service and support provide to me by Liz Martino has been outstanding. She is always available to help with any issue or concern I may have with the LSV.

Very friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable staff. Was quoted a large variable price range for my problem. They checked my unit out and called me to authorize the repair. Not only did they check out my problem, and correct it. They found another issue, and fixed that. Great service. The only complaint, they should put on the customer receipt, exactly what was checked and repaired, in some detail. They needed to find the mechanic to answer my questions.

A true measure of a quality business is how they treat people before they are even customers! I appreciate Liz with how she listens to my needs and gives honest advice. I am new to the lsv and golf cart market. It would have been easy for her to push me into a purchase that is beyond my budget and needs. So I sent my electric cart there because it wasn't working. So they repair it. When I got it back. The charge last for about 20 minutes. I call Anthony the guy that worked on it. He told me. You just asked me to get it running. You didn't say nothing about holding a charge. Do I live in a twilight zone. So now it will start but won't go very far. Why send something there if they don't fix it all the way?

I called to inquire about renting a golf cart for the month of August in Spring Lake. I left 3 voicemails over a 5-6 month period but no one ever returned my call. When I finally was personally connected through a friend, the woman who handles rentals very curtly told me they've been sold out for months (which is why I called several months prior) and did not offer an apology when I told her my 3 messages were never returned. I am happy they have so much business, and they will absolutely never get mine after this experience.
