Honest, honest, honest! Brought my car in basically asking them to replace the pads and rotors because braking felt horrible. Assumed that was what needed to be done and was expecting a large bill for it. Nope. John and Stu checked it out and it was simply a seized caliper pin. Only had to pay for labor and a $13 part. Brakes working fantastic now.

Easily could have said everything needed replaced and billed me hundreds of dollars. This is the second visit and second car where they've saved me money with simple fixes that other shops (dealerships especially) wouldn't have bothered. You've earned a loyal customer!

Had to wait a couple weeks to get my van in for an alternator and gear shift lever tightened up and an oil change. Was worth every penny to feel like I was not being scammed. Every thing was explained in detail what they had to fix and how much it would cost. VERY VERY HONEST PEOPLE. Finally found my go to auto mechanics! All the 5 star reviews are correct! I've had our cars at Stu's since 2005, and have never been disappointed. He has an innate understanding of cars and what could be going on inside them that is beyond what you can get from a computer readout. He's always considerate and understanding of people who want to keep their cars on the road rather than jump into a new lease car, and he always gives the breakdown of cost vs value. I trust him implicitly.
