This is a long overdue review. I finally found the perfect MB service center. I've brought my MB to dealers and they could not even fix the problem right. I thought I'd try Valley MB after reading all the good reviews and I'm so glad to find them. It just took Dino one day and lo and behold, my car is working like new. It's been 6 months since they fixed my car and it drives perfect. Thank you to you guys. You do an amazing job.

Quick and easy, folks! I have only ever taken my Mercedes' to the dealer for service. If you drive one you know what it can cost to service them or repair them. You gotta pay the dealer with your first born child usually! Anyway, I had a bad experience at the West Covina service center and never went back. I was taking my car to the Arcadia service center (they are great) but I got on Yelp to find something closer to home.

This place is a hidden GEM! The owner has great reviews on Yelp and for good reason. I dropped my car off and it was done when promised. The price is LESS than half of what the dealer charges. I'm soooooo happy I found this business and I'm never going back to the dealer to be ripped off or misled. The business owner is an honest man. Thank you for saving me a lot of hard earned cash!

Had a 10am appointment for a service with these guys. I was 30 minutes late which is on me, my mistake. Was told try us after lunch. Went back and was told it would be several more hours. Being 30 min late shouldn't cost you a wasted day trying to get a simple service with an appointment. Won't be back.

Love these guys. They've serviced my Mercedes for about 7 years. My previous mechanic would have them work on it when he was stumped on a part or issue. They practice the lost art of personal service. They know what they're doing and I wouldn't think of taking my car in for repair or service anywhere else.

I LOOOOVVVEEEE these guys! They are very friendly, they do not try to OVER sell you on anything. If you don't need something they will tell you what can wait. They are very honest and trustworthy! This is the only place that touches my M Class for service!

Great service upfront Estimate and no other extra cost involved fixed my car I always take my car for service here it's a lot less expensive then the dealership They have many years working on Mercedes-Benz.

Check engine light came on and tried stopping by another shop first as a walk-in and was turned away. So, I decided to stop at VMS and Roy took care of my car. Service was fast and I appreciate that they were able to accommodate me without an appointment. I'll definitely be back for future services.

This is my first experience with Valley Mercedes and I must say it was a pleasant one. I dropped my CLS off at 9am for a basic service A job, and got the call that my car was ready less than 2 hours later. The person at the front desk was courteous, professional, and took care of things quickly. Their pricing was pretty good as well. Would highly recommend this place, and will be coming back in the future.

They always take care of me. Being a woman who is taking her car in to be serviced I am always worried that I may be taken advantage of but they are straight forward and let me know what can wait and what needs to be done now. Scheduling is extremely easy as well and they are always very competitive with their prices.

Dino is and in my book, one of the best Mechanics head and shoulders above the rest. He runs one of the best shops in the San Gabriel Valley. I know this first hand from bringing my SL500 to him for over the past 10yrs. Because of him and Kyle, my baby runs like German clockwork. I got lucky when I found his shop and know you'll feel the same too, once you bring your car into this shop.

Needed to have my fluids topped off in preparation for selling my car. Valley Mercedes Service was recommended to me for giving honest service at a fair price. After reading Yelp reviews I gave them a call. They said 'Come on by.' Ron was at the desk when I arrived and got my key and took the car in. In short order the mechanic returned with my key.

The coolant level was low, so he added that and everything else was fine. No charge! I'll be back. Well, I did come back! The service charge for my maintenance work was 50% of what the dealer would have charged. Excellent work and timely. Thankful to have found Valley Mercedes Service!

So our Mercedes suspension went out last week. My husband did some online sleuthing, thought he could fix it (he has worked on our other cars successfully), ordered some parts, and then quickly realized he was in over his head. Towed our car here to Valley Mercedes Service in Covina. Having not been here before, we were worried about how much the repair was going to set us back financially.

But these guys are great - they were nice, knowledgeable, efficient, and very reasonable priced. A couple days later, we have the car back, all fixed. In fact the repairs were so reasonably priced we had them do an oil change as well. And we could still afford to go out for dinner on the way home. We will definitely be back!

I came in for a service B oil change for my Mercedes and was a little skeptical since it wasn't the dealership but they surpassed my expectations! The prices are reasonable and they throughly checked everything in my car to make sure it was a-okay. They even changed one of the LED bulbs on my backlight that was out! Staff here is nice and knowledgeable!

I know that every time I drop off my car, it's in great hands. I trust Dino and the staff, that they are honest. Prices are much better here than the dealer for the exact same job! Been going for 4(ish) years now :)

Since I bought my Benz, I'd always gone to the dealership for ANY type of services that was needed.
