Worst experience, I bought three cars from them and Regret it! Don't trust them, they have never followed thru with any service time frame to date. Their response was "sorry you feel this way". They did not offer a way to defuse the situation after their team clearly messed up. We ordered a service that required a part, they ordered it and, on the receipt, it says they will call us and the part should arrive on 05-31-2022 or earlier.

We called them on 06-22-2022 and they told us that the part arrived 20 days ago and asked if someone called us. We stated no. No one called us. He asked if Friday 7:30am was a good time. We said yes and asked how long it would take. He said "two hours, Its easy". We showed up today at 7:30am and after 1:30 pm they told us they did not schedule the person to make the key.

They told us it can not be done today. They told us they would call us. They did not try to reschedule after we asked for a refund or a reschedule. They even blamed us for calling and said if we would have waited for a call it would have been done correctly. This is the worst team experience I have ever had. Everyone their either has no clue what to do or seems to purposely waste the clients time.

I would never recommend them and never buy a car from them again. Waited 3 days and still no one cares, updated 06-27-2022. Not one person has tried to contact me to solve the problem. I have been ignored and ripped off at this point. They took my money and have not completed the order. I might have to take legal action against them.

Super unhappy with this branch. They bombard you with emails when you have your car serviced to buy a new car and sell yours. They never follow up with the correct time frame of service. They have broken or caused damage to my cars when they had it. Currently we took it in for a recall and when it was returned it has the check maintenance light on.

I truly feel like they are crooks and either cause damage or overcharge for nothing. We were supposed to get a call on 5-31-22 still. 6-21-22 today and nothing except emails asking to sell the car. They truly don't care about me as a customer who has purchased three cars from them.

Don't buy from this dealership in Vixtorville, CA. BIg SCAM and the sales manager Kelvin likes to play games. I went in a couple days ago to get a Tacoma and I was hesitant to run my credit because I have been working on it for years and the same dealership VAlley Hi Toyota ran my credit about 5 times in august 2020 when I was trying to purchase a vehicle.

So I told the sales manager to make sure they only run it once and that's it. So after running it I got approved but the payments were way too high and seemed like they didn't want to make a sale so they let me walk and then Kelvin called me this morning saying they got some new tacomas In and the payments drastically changed from under $800 for a SR5 Tacoma to $870 for the same truck.

Then I told him to check the price on the Tacoma trd off roads and I got an inquiry that they pulled my credit again! Unacceptable, and Kelvin just brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal after having 52 inquiries from 2 years ago at the dealerships. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR & GO DOWN THE HILL TO SAN BERNADINO OR ONTARIO TOYOTA! sales manager Kelvin is a liar and a scam!

This review is based solely on text/email communication. My advice, look for another Toyota dealership that one doesn't add over $7,800 to a Prius Prime because they are in the business of price gouging customers and two, is not rude and condescending. I get inventory is low everywhere and the dealership needs to make money, but the MSRPs have already been significantly increased and the APRs raised for financing. Now, I spoke to Katherine H yesterday and she explained to me the pricing which I did not agree with.

The exchange was ended and then on their own Rod, who indicated he was a sales manager emailed me today. I again told him I didn't agree with the markup and had that not been the issue I would be interested in the car. Not knowing why, Katherine responded to the email with this: "I will try to reach out to you when inventory gets better. Hopefully in a couple years or so." What a rude and smart ass response from a representative of Valley Hi and Toyota. I will not spend my hard earned money at a company like this!

Well I was going to write a terrible review but my delima was easily fixed. I am still a little upset about the crust of but the core of the situation was fixed. But I still will write the solutions to my problems. Because i hate when people complain but have no solutions. 1) Tell the customer exactly what they are getting for complimentary. 2 oil change and 5 maintenance check.

If more stuff let them know. 2) Let the customer know exactly what they are left with. For example, "you have 1 more oil change at 10000 and 4 maintenance checks up at 5000 miles" 3)If you are not doing an oil change dont change the sticker. If need be get 2 stickers. One for Oil change and one for maintenance. Or get a bigger sticker annotating both. 4) Tell the customer oil changes are every 10,000 miles not the 5 to seven like I original thought and paperwork dictated.

The reason the paperwork says that is because they dont seperate the oil maintenance compare to tire rotation and stuff like that maintenance. People who don't work in the industry are not in the industry. Don't assume they know make sure you explain it. Thank you, to Allen B and Christina for taking time to explain this to me. The truth be told though, I should have been told this when I was purchasing the car. Also, I want to thank Allen B again for rectifying the situation.

I called everywhere initially searching for a 2022 Toyota Hybrid Camry LE. I live in the AV valley desert of Palmdale. I checked first with Lancaster and everything was in the SE and XSE in transit unsure when of available car. Lancaster sales girl said no that dealer doesn't dispose the dealership mark ups which were pretty high. I checked around other dealers, inventory was low due to Hybrids flying off the lots.

I called Hi Valley Toyota and was told one was available but needed to get down due to brand new Hybrid Camrys selling fast. I couldn't get there until next afternoon and I got there in time for a 2022 Hybrid brand new white XSE and Blue SE Camrys. Katherine was very helpful with me online and text plus phone since she was the first to get me in a purchase.

Time I arrived her shift was over. Right when I arrived, Adriane had amazing smile and greeted me and went to tell Katherine I arrived. Katherine was unavailable so the Amazing Adriane Escobar stepped in and took over. Adriane is amazing sales girl help me through my purchase. Adriane Escobar is very helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind plus patient.

I decided on the brand new 2022 Toyota Hybrid White XSE Camry with all it's bells and whistles especially the Air conditioner and heated seats were a seller for me due to my disabled elderly mom so she can put A/C and Heater temperature to her comfort for errands and doctor appointments. I'm also a 2 year ovarian/uterine cancer survivor so I like my side cold.

Thank you Andriane Escobar, and Katherine plus the Toyota Hi Valley team that helped me through on making my first car purchase patient, smooth, and amazing for me and for my disabled elderly mom needs. Adriane is amazing Toyota super sales woman.

First off let me tell you the people that work here are very informational, helpful & they honestly care about getting you into the car you have always wanted. It's not just about the sale to them. Bogard is Awesome. He helped me get into the car I wanted and traded my car for more than anybody else offered. My credit is pretty bad and he found a way to make it work.

Worst experience ever. I have bought few cars with Valley Hi Toyota. I went in there again sat for 3 hours waiting on a response. Mr. Salem the sales person was trying his best to help us. Unfortunately the team at finance said they'll finance us with 22% for first time buyer which I took my cousin since they had treated us before really good.

I was able to tell that they didn't want to work with us. It's a shame that finance sits there and just say NO. I have bought cars and paid off all of them with Toyota. Mr. Salem the sales person tried his best. They said toyota finance didn't approve us. It was upsetting. Seems they didn't want to sell the car. I have never put money down.

We have great relationship with Toyota Financial. Great credit history with them. These people are funny They kept asking for more down payments. Well guess what will NEVER go again. Go to Ontario Toyota people. No down got the payment we wanted to top it off. TOYOTA FINANCE APPROVED US! SHITTY WORKERS AT VALLEY HI TOYOTA IN VICTORVILLE!

This dealership rips you off from the moment you walk in. They run your credit through multiple credit checks after being told not to. They charge for every thing in there service department even if you have there extended warranty they want to charge you for diagnostics when your car breaks down. They don't have complimentary rental cars for you well your car is in the shop and if you want a rental unless the warranty covers your car So if you break down on the weekend you have to wait till Monday ((if you can get a Monday appointment)) for them just to look at your car and see if it's under warranty than they will let you know if you can get a rental car on them.

You would think if I bought this xx, xxx amount car from you that I would be treated like a valued customer but I guess you just have to buy something to get the key to the bathroom here.

BS.just cause I wanted to test drive a Tundra, they first judged me as if I was not able to afford it. I saw how they were looking at me. Then asked me to run credit. Told me it was a soft pull.then I find out now it was a hard inquiry. Be careful. Sales people are going to always BS you some how. And now they ask if I want to take that off I would have to do the work to call the experian to pull it off. Also, they tried to charge 10k over msrp.take advantage of the low supply. Not even worth your time.

Went there to get my car serviced and to possibly look for a new car. Pricilla was helping someone in front of me when I got there. Incredibly rude to this couple-they grabbed their keys and left. When it got to be my turn she was incredibly rude. I stopped her mid sentence, and asked if she can get someone else to help us. She said she wasn't.and that it was her or no one else (even though there were tons of other staff around).

As we were walking out, she was laughing with the older white man next to her that it's not her business. It's not money out of her pocket. Less people is less work for them. We got our car serviced else where and bought a new Honda CR-V from a dealership across the way. I hope management see's these reviews!

Our car is there right now which is a 2019 four Runner for service and there were some slight issues with that when we first got here. While she is taking care of that I am looking at Trucks as I'm thinking of buying that or was actually hoping for the RAV4 Prime. Some guy comes over and try to sell me on a truck which I am open to but one thing I cannot stand it when salesmen are two salesman and I have no clue what they are talking about and all they're trying to do is get a commission. If someone is going to sell a product they should make it their responsibility to learn about the product.

My husband and I have received tremendous care by the staff of this dealership! Specifically, by Maggie Perez. Maggie went above and beyond to assist us when we suddenly were without a reliable vehicle. Maggie was genuine and caring. She helped us understand the current car market and we felt no pressure to purchase something that didn't meet all of our criteria.

She gave realistic timelines and continues to follow up about my readiness to purchase a new RAV4. Car buying is such a challenge in this current market, but Maggie has made it much less painful!

Came back for car number two and Cassandra did her thing AGAIN. This is the most welcoming and honest dealership and I'm sooo so blessed to have been able to come back and buy the RAV4 I needed for my family. I was greeted and shown around by cassandra who remembered me from my previous visit, awesome feeling when you are about to spend a big amount of money, am I right? Lol I have no anxiety and don't have to feel like I'm on a battle field to make sure I don't get screwed into a bad vehicle or loan.

When I'm here I feel comfortable at every step in the process, all my questions get prompt and ACCURATE answers. Cassandra got me the best deal and if I decide that car #3 is an option or decide to trade in a car I know exactly where i will be coming.

Where do I start I bought my new 21 Tacoma Trd here in may this year and has been a pleasure working with all these people here at Valley Hi Toyota it really shows why they sell so many cars When I first acquired they dint have any trucks but I put my name on the list to notify me when they had any new vehicles available a week later I came in and had a verity of vehicles to pick from I got the cement color witch I love and the value of the vehicle really pays off to buy any Toyota We'll so far Iv done one service for oil they make it quick and easy And October 4 today I went in because I had a large bolt in my tire and with the warranty I purchased replaced the complete tire and all in a timely manner i thank Jose for taking care of my vehicle Toyota experience has been nothing but amazing

This is one of the worst Toyota Dealerships in Southern California if not the Continental United States and its been this bad for years despite the 4 star rating. Day 1 - Took Vehicle In For a simple alignment and Oil Change. Nobody called all day, finally had to call myself to find out the vehicle was done or so I thought. No paper work on the alignment so I don't even know if it was done because this fortune 500 company can't afford to replace "ink" nor do their mechanics know how to forward the paper work up to the desk people to print out themselves.

Out of concern, they did agree to re look at the car but how do I know they didn't just park it in the back Skid Plate was just hanging off the vehicle not even replaced right ready to fall off. When the manager comes on trying to salvage his companies reputation, know this we called this dude and left messages for a week and he never answered nor returned a call. Trust me the word is getting out about this Toyota, their managers and Mechanics. Mic Drop

Great customer service. In this shortage era, they only add $995 over MSRP protecting your vehicle with the 3M invisible guard and some kind of anti-theft protection. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and my dealers in my area are super greedy. Metro Nissan of Montclair is marking up all their fleet at least $5,000 over MSRP, forcing you to buy 3 unnecesary "optionals" that you do not need.

In contrast, at Valley-Hi Toyota of Victorville all my transaction went straight forward with Ashley by phone and Cassie at the office. Very attentive and highly recommended if you are in the market for a new vehicle. This is my 2nd vehicle at this dealer, on January 2021 I bought a Supra 3.0 and today a 2021 RAV4 XLE. It's worth the trip there if you wanna save some thousands on your purchase.

My mechanic is the best. Hands down. I have not bought any of my Toyota's here because I will go to whoever gets me the best deal for what I want. I haven't felt like it is here even though I have tried in the past. I'll keep trying to keep the business local. I do every single time use the services for my trucks and wouldn't bring them anywhere else.
