No stars. I had to take my car to the dealership twice, never again. The first time I took my Nissan sentra there because the hood would not pop open. They claimed I was in a accident and the frame shifted. I was not in any accident and my father in law took a look. A piece of plastic was blocking my hood from opening and he was able to fix it. The second time was due to a recall and about a week later my husband did and oil change to find that my fuse box lid was missing.

They claimed they did not touch our fuse box however they were fixing a recall with issues concerning the back lights. They are getting us a new cover however still swear that they did not do anything. They also never said when the part will be in. Needless to say I will never bring my car here again. Their service is subpar to top it all off.

I purchased a car here last week and am so happy with the whole experience. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Tony Dominguez and he was so helpful! He asked me about what features were most important to me and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was extremely kind to myself and my father throughout the entire experience and made sure both my father and myself were satisfied with the purchase. Thank you valley hi nissan and thank you so much Tony! I know exactly where I'm going for my next vehicle purchase!

My first time at this dealership's service department. For the past five years+ I have had my NIssan serviced at the dealership I purchased it from, but I has become harder to get a response from them which also caused me to lose confidence and trust in them unfortunately. I took a chance after reading some recent reviews and called to schedule a diagnostic service with Valley Hi.

Right off, the phone was answered and I was transferred to the service department which was friendly and responsive. I was able to get an appointment to bring my vehicle in rather than being told to bring it in anytime and basically wait for it to be seen whenever someone was able to "get to it", which was a nice change of pace. The Service department at this dealership was fast and friendly, listened to my vehicle concerns and took note. Vince helped with my vehicle, but I felt the whole team there was positive.

They also followed up with text messages. My vehicle was tested and inspected, I was notified of the probable issues and there was also no attempt at up-sales! My vehicle was repaired and when I picked it up it had been washed and tire pressure maintained, the cashier was also friendly and fast. My whole experience was positive and I will be returning for regular service.

We took in a neighbors Rouge that had a transmission swap and we suspected that it never received its Consult 3 programming. The vehicle won't reach over 40mph or over 2500rpm once transmission is warmed, suspecting the torque converter no longer releases at that point. Instead of charging us the programming fee we expected to pay. We were told the parameters were out and off and a new transmission was needed. Thus only having to pay 1/2 as much as expected. We only paid the diagnostic fee.

SUPER HELPFUL! My experience with Valley Hi Nissan was far from stressful; I came to Valley Hi Nissan on 2/19 not even sure I was going to be able to get a car I had been without a vehicle for about a month and my hope was running out but right from the start Mike Abrams (salesmen/gentlemen) was very welcoming and understanding. Even when I was late for our scheduled meeting Mike was extremely polite and friendly his energy made most of my worries go way, he answered all of my questions and listened intently when I told him my transportation needs.

After test driving a 2020 Nissan Altima, I felt ready to make a deal, so we went inside the dealership to talk numbers. Upon entering I noticed how warmly we were greeted by the rest of the staff and also how clean the facility appeared. Unfortunately, after discussing payment options, I wasn't able to qualify for the car I THOUGHT I wanted but Mike didn't give up he knew how frustrated I was being without wheels and unable to work. Mike says to me "we have a car that's within your budget, would you been willing to see it?" ladies and gents when I saw this car I was blown away, it was so sleek inside and out, great MPG, low mileage and aesthetic interior, it was a 2019 Toyota corolla I fell IN LOVE it's the perfect car for me. Mike and Esteban Galindo, the finance manager really came through for me and explained everything they could to me in detail.

By the end of the night, I was the owner of a beautiful car that fit my budget and a new hope in my heart. The staff at Valley Hi Nissan made my first time buying a car an amazing experience that I will not forget. Thank you to everyone and especially Mike and Esteban!

I have been going to this dealership for 8-9 years now and they are the best. As long as I live in the area or close enough, I will definitely come here first for any car purchases (I have tried others and it isn't worth the time). Anthony has taken care of our family purchases 3 times now and we are always extremely satisfied with the result. My recent purchase is my all time favorite car, from the color to the features. everything! Thank you Anthony and Valley Hi Nissan.

Mari is my most trusted person to go to at the Valley Hi Nissan. she's always helpful, listens to my concerns, and is quick to resolve the issues I have concerns with. she doesn't give me the feeling of exploiting business as most car places do (try to sell extra repairs/products that I know I didn't need). That's all I can ask for, I know I can go to her for anything with my car.

BE SURE TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR USED PURCHASE HERE, UNLESS YOUR ENGINE BLOWS UP ON THE WAY HOME THEY ARE NOT FIXING IT. I purchased and paid cash for a used 2018 Ford F150 here just about 10 days ago. I had to drive 3 hours to pick the truck up and very clearly asked how to address any issues that may come up. They reassured me that the vehicle came with a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty, plenty of time to identify anything of concern.

I even asked if I were to get a 3rd party vehicle inspection if they would take care of any items that came up and they agreed that thy would stand behind any issues that arose. Well, the next day I drove the truck in the morning and saw that the heat may not work. I drove the truck a few more cold mornings and it was clear the heat definitely did not work.

I reached out to my salesperson and his story quickly changed, he explained to me that the warranty only covered the engine and transmission, very different from what I was assured in the store. So the final answer from Valley Hi Nissan to me was that the heat worked when I left so they are not fixing it. Clearly this is a lie, nobody there sat in the truck to test the heat before I bought it, they simply would rather stick it to their customers than stand behind the warranty they tell you that they will provide.

Not sure what else I can add here. I am assuming the heater core is bad and it's probably a $1,300 repair, it just seems unreasonable for me to have to fix this days after purchasing a vehicle. I would have been more diligent in inspecting the truck before I drove off had they just been honest with me about how warranty repairs would be addressed.

My 2014 Nissan Sentra was purchased from San Bernardino Nissan in 2014 we are a family of Nissan drivers and they've taken good care of us and our needs since 2007. I live in the high desert so I decided to start bringing my car locally to be serviced after 1 service I went back down the hill I just didn't feel the same customer service.

Fast forward with work and covid for the past few years I had to settle with Victorville Nissan today being the only time I was notified about an issue with my car, after leaving I notice another issue and called the mgr after hanging up a service tech calls me and after explaining he tells me yet another issue. I'm not upset that you say there's an issue but these are things that should've been discussed while I was there.

So now its if it's something we've done YES ITS SOMETHING YOU'VE DONE. So now do I drive around smelling like I drive an oil rig or get it fixed. I know for a fact they damaged something on my car because my car did not smell like this when I brought it in.

This review is for James. My partner and I came here looking for a car and we were greeted by James who honestly made the buying experience so great and easy. He was very helpful in answering questions and was very personable and even gave us great information on the how the car buying process works. it didn't feel like he was rushing us to buy or pressuring us instead it felt like a good neighbor or friend advising us on the car and trying to help us get the deal that was best for us. Very funny and nice guy. We ended up taking a car home and we love it! If I had to buy another car I would definitely go to James.

Kudos to Vincent Saucedo & his mechanic/s for excellent customer service. He was very welcoming, accommodating & helpful. He made sure that all my questions are answered & that I have an uber ride back home. He was very efficient & able to deliver on time. He said he will do his best to have my car fixed by Thursday evening. & he got my car ready to be picked up by Thursday noon time. KEEP UP YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VINCENT & your mechanic/s! God bless you, your co-employees & your Valley Hi Nissan Service Department always!

This review is for the service department, I called to make an appointment and the man who answered, (older gentleman I assume based on his voice) was extremely rude and rushed me off the phone, I had questions regarding late night/early bird drop off, for example where to park and leave the keys. Anyways I called back hoping to get someone else who was willing to answer my questions and ended up getting the same man, you can hear the frustration in his voice and him typing in the background.

My issue isn't with him particularly, he could have been nicer, but Everytime I bring my vehicle this dealership is so understaffed that it's chaotic. Hire a BDC so you can relieve some stress off the advisors/writers so they can offer better customer service to your customers. As a former Nissan employee and service coordinator there's nothing worse than overworked and overwhelmed service writers, it's sets a tone for the environment, productivity and overall success of the entire shop, not to mention the impression left on the customers.

Oh boy, updated review for the 2016 Nissan Rogue. I started taking it in 2018 for an issue with lacking power and then when it had warranty they didn't find anything and made me purchase a transmission package. Second round of the same issue, they said it was a different part which was not covered through warranty and I fixed that as well. 3 years later and I am having the same issue but now out of warranty I need a whole new transmission. Be careful when purchasing a Nissan, it's been nothing but trouble with this car.

Would not recommend. We had an appointment Friday afternoon to see a specific car. I told Kandi I would be driving up from OC. It took 3 hours with traffic, only to find out the car sold earlier in the day and Kandi wasn't even there to see us. I was a little annoyed they didn't let us know the model we wanted sold and it seemed a touch bait-and-switch.

We looked at another model and though they did get the payments in our budget they were very high pressure and I was just generally put off. We left to think about it overnight and decided to go with a different dealer.

NO STARS! Warning to Consumers! Any Nissan with HANKOOK TIRES! We purchased a 2020 Nissan Sentra SR and after 10k miles our car VIBRATES very bad. HANKOOK will not take responsibility neither will Valley Hi! DO NOT PURCHASE! Also. went to pick up my vehicle today and as they handed me paperwork to sign, I was reviewing what I would sign, and the paperwork was ripped out of my hands and they said that I could not see they're internal paperwork. 1st.

They handed me the paperwork and if I'm going to sign something that is attached to it, I want to READ WHAT IM SIGNING! I guess this is the type of "customer service" that they provide! Shame on you Valley Hi Nissan!

I had gotten a flat tire on my van and was driving on the spare. So I went to them to get a new tire and asked them if they could put the spare back under the van. Not only did they not put the spare back. they stepped all over my wooden box I had my picture frames in. Very careless act!

No no no. I bought my first car ever here. Co-signed with my dad. It was the most stressful five years of my life. The Volkswagen Jetta I bought used was a complete nightmare! It would literally SHUT OFF while driving! I called plenty of times to try to get into another car but once you sign that contract you're screwed. I would not recommend you buying any used cars from here.

Not sure about their own. Getting into a car accident and getting my car totaled was the greatest blessing ever. I lost track of how many times I came in to "talk" to someone that could help us with this issue. I requested to talk to anyone and nothing could be done that didn't completely screw me over twice.

Be very cautious when purchasing a vehicle here, look at your contract, they are very very sneaky. I paid off my vehicle and purchased elsewhere, after explaining to the first salesman that I did NOT and I repeat did NOT want any extra incentives, they kept talking to me, switching me back and forth and delaying so they could confuse me. They typed up this extremely long contract and in the process kept switching me back and forth in diff rooms when they said sign here here and here.

After signing, I realized wtf! The cost was much higher after putting 10 thousand down. than what the first salesman had mentioned, well as I was driving away in my new car- I realized why, they added all this extra crap that added over 15,000! I was HEATED! I drove back and I was not happy at all, caused a huge fit and mentioned consumer affairs which I called and called the head corporate offices!

What a sham, these guys are crooks. so they were scared and left it well alone, brought another contract and knocked off 15 thousand, unbelievable! I'd never ever purchase from here again and to top it off, they never answer their phones, any of the departments except for receptionist- go figure!

Awesome dealership. From the 2nd I emailed the store Jimmy contacted me and we worked out a deal originally on a 2020 Versa, but then after viewing the car it was too small and underpowered. I saw my Sentra I ended up purchasing sitting on the side of the lot and was love at first sight. Jimmy worked hard the next day to make it happen. When I came in the store my car was detailed and paperwork was ready. Ellie was beyond amazing and had me out in less than 30 min. Valley Hi Nissan is my go to dealer for all my needs! Thanks again guys and gals!

Went to Valley Hi Nissan looking for an Armada. The 1st two people we encountered were Anthony and Victor. We told them what we were looking for and the payment range we wanted to stay in. They had 2 Armadas on the lot. So we went with Anthony to look at both vehicles. While outside, Victor approaches us and informs us there's another Armada at a different location that we might be interested in.

He was right! The price and different color (my favorite) had us hooked. My 49er colors inside and out. We bought the vehicle and due to the amazing service, we also purchased a truck. Now speaking from our experience, I want to recognize Victor because he didn't have to search for another vehicle. He could have just left us to see the 2 on the lot, yet he didn't (I'm so glad he didn't).

That is an example of an employee who goes above and beyond. He did something he didn't have to do. Also, the next step was with Ellie in finance who made us feel comfortable, didn't over talk us, was patient and explained everything in detail. She also answered all questions with complete answers. Loyalty to any company or organization is dependent on the treatment from their employees.

The treatment here at Valley Hi Nissan by Anthony, Victor and Ellie was A1! And because of that I would recommend Valley Hi Nissan to anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase. The process was extremely smooth and non-stressful! Thank you Anthony, Victor and Ellie for making it happen! We are extremely satisfied customers!

In 2018 I was told I could get a complimentary VIP car wash and interior detail after an extremely long and unexpected wait for a standard oil change. Upon completion of the detail, there was a scratch on my leather seat that was not there before on my 2016 Maxima. The technician denied it and said he would try to get it out but all he had was armor all.

Then I had a really shiny scratch on my leather seat. Today I took the same vehicle in for an oil change. I also opted to get a new battery. When they came and told me the car was finished I asked them to review my bill and summary of the labor completed. I questioned the price of the battery and asked why an additional $35 was charged. They said it was because of the labor and installation.

Which also included anti-corrosive pads on the terminals and scrubbing the connectors of any built-up acid. When I went out to my vehicle I popped the hood and saw that the connectors were still covered in acid and there were no such anti-corrosive pads. In addition, the air flow manifold to my aftermarket air intake, which was installed by the Nissan dealership I purchased the car from in Huntington Beach, was disconnected.

I went in and asked the service representative who had explained my labor analysis to come out and look. He saw the mistake and went and got the technician to come look at it. The tech argued he was never given any pads to put on with the battery. Meanwhile, I went in and spoke to the service manager, who told me the technician would be fired later that day.

It felt like the service manager blamed the technician and the technician was blaming the service manager. So either the service manager and the representative who explained my cost analysis were lying in explaining why I was charged for such an installation and blamed the technician, or the technician was poorly trained and ultimately fired for not being trained correctly.

I left after they agreed to scrub the connectors, added anti-corrosive pads, and reconnected my air intake manifold. I went home and reviewed my receipt again and realized they had put the incorrect oil into my car. My car asks for 0W-20 full synthetic and they put 5W-30 in. I know both are synthetic oils but why not put in what the manufacturer recommends? I'm not sure if this is a cost-saving measure or what but this was not the first time they had done this.

I had corrected this mistake from them almost a year ago too. I took the car back and told them to drain the oil and put the correct oil in. They complied, but it seems this dealership is all kinds of shady and incompetent

I'm in the market for a new truck since my current truck doesn't offer enough tow power for my needs, I was interested in the titan, the website has a $50/ gift card offer if you set up a test drive with valley hi Nissan, I took my confirmation email in and showed Justin, he went ahead and gave me a test drive and I love the truck but said I'm going to talk it over with the wife and look at another truck before making a decision, all of a sudden they don't know how to redeem the gift card offer even through the email shows them what to do, the managers play dumb and say they don't know either, as much as I loved the truck I will most likely be getting it elsewhere because of the dishonestly and shadiness here.

I had an interesting experience today, I was asked to leave a dealership by sales manager victor. It started with a cold call from him after I brought my car in for service work (service center A+ btw) Several cold calls later I asked them to stop calling they did. I pick up my car from service center today, figured I'd check if they had something particular, a salesman Ernie found something brought it around, test drive everything's great. (Ernie is A+ ask for him) Went inside to get his card and talk about the car. Victor gets involved from across the booth, he hears my info and makes the comment about cold calling "putting in the work" to me it came off as bullying his staff (he's manager be happy for your staff don't bicker in front of the customer.) Conversation devolved, I told him he was being f*ing annoying by constantly jumping into our conversation, to which he stated it was his job and asked if I was "telling him how to do his job" I said "no, just go bother someone else" To which he then asked me to leave the property.

I did Bottom line, Victor, you're a manager. Be proud of your sales team, don't belittle them in front of the customer. You're a sales person learn how to read people don't agitate them. High pressure sales don't work on everyone. You're an employee you lost the employer business cause you refused to walk away. Let your ego go, Ernie was doin fine.
