I have had 3 BMWs over two decades and Greg and his crew have serviced them all. I do a lot of the routine servicing myself but, when I get a bigger job, I take it to Greg and his team. They have never let me down. I recently overhauled my 2000 528 and there were a few items I could not resolve. Greg got them all fixed in a couple days, including alignment and the car drives like a new one.

The alternator in my wife's X-5 detonated on us and Greg got the job done for $1000 less than the dealer wanted. Great bunch of people and honest service. I cannot endorse them more highly. A true blessing for any BMW owner.

Rude, discourteous and unprofessional beyond belief! I own a late model BMW and Benz. Today was driving my older SUV (seeking repair quotes) and was briefly stopped with engine running (not parked) in their parking lot when the manager came out and rudely accused me of trespassing and asked me to leave without even asking my purpose. I was pleasant and courteous. He behaved like a jack***. NO justification for the discourtesy and outright nastiness. I would never to business with any company who treats people in this way.

They truly know how to repair high mileage BMWs! My car still runs like the day I bought it.

After connecting with a seller for a particular BMW Z3 I was eyeing in the Scottsdale area, I came across Ultimate Auto Works on Yelp. I reached out to see if they would be the right people to perform a PPI, seeing as I would be flying from out of state to purchase the car. From the moment I spoke with Cindy I knew this was the right BMW shop. They were friendly and professional, and quoted me a very reasonable rate for the inspection.

They performed a very thorough PPI and presented the car very objectively to me, the results of which painted a more honest picture of the car and provided me significant leverage to negotiate. After coming to a deal on the car, they were the first people I called to have some of the service items addressed. They were quick to provide quotes and schedule the maintenance for the day I'd be in town to buy the car.

Fast forward to today, and I finally meet the team in person. They performed the services in great time and prepped the car for my 1100 mile road trip back home. I just completed the first 200 miles and the car is running like a dream! Ultimate Auto Works is a family operation that is run efficiently, fairly, and by people who are BMW enthusiasts to the core. Shops this great are rare- if you're looking for an honest group of people to work on your BMW, this is it. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, and will be back in touch if ever in the Phoenix area again. Thanks Drew, Cindy, and team!

I've taken my car here twice so far for some pretty serious repairs and they haven't disappointed thus far! Their mechanics are qualified to work on BMWs and their prices are significantly cheaper than the dealership. Overall I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Great experience from beginning to end. I needed the clutch and flywheel replaced on my E39, and since I dont have a lift DIY was not really practical. Called around to a few different places and was either ignored or flat out told they weren't accepting new customers. Called Ultimate Auto Works and Drew gave me a fair estimate for the job. Dropped my car off Monday morning and had it back Tuesday afternoon. Clutch and shifting are smooth as butter now. Extremely happy that my car is back in action.

We took our 5 series to Ultimate Auto Works today for a brake service. I saved $100 over the dealer - which is nice but not a huge savings. The reason to come here is for excellent service on your vehicle with a family-owned small business that cares about quality. Since I was waiting in their lobby while they worked on the car, they had me completed in less than 90 minutes. I don't think I could have asked for better service. I plan to own this car for quite a while, and I think these guys will help the car do well in the long run.

Greg & Cindy and their team are absolutely the best! Been with them for the past 2 years and they stand by their work, cannot recommend enough.

Charged an arm and a leg, disconnected a rear indicator light and told me the bulb was broken and needed to be fixed. I checked and plugged it back in, it wasn't. Then bragged about how honest they were. Absolute nonsense. For the amount I paid, I would've expected better. Much better and more honest mechanics out there.

You will never deal with a better business. I wish all businesses, especially in the auto care segment, were operated like Cindy and Greg's. Not only are they professional and diligent with their work, they are kind and compassionate as well. You can trust they will never try to oversell you on a repair. We found ourselves experiencing car problems away from home which totally sucked. But what a relief it was that we found Cindy, Greg, and crew at Ultimate Auto Works! We initially spoke with Cindy and she was so welcoming and friendly. She patiently listened to our list of issues and promptly relayed them to Greg. Greg and crew were very thorough in looking over the car.

He gave us a detailed list of things that needed attention with an estimate. Ultimate Auto Works communicated with us throughout the repair process so there were no surprises. Excellent customer and repair service! Took great care of us and our car! One more thing. It is also tricky having things done during this pandemic so we applaud them for their safety precautions. Greg and his team are top notch. I've trusted them with the care of my E30 M3 and they've always done spectacular work and treated their customers even better. Fair prices and great family owned and operated business. Don't waste your time or money taking your BMW elsewhere.

Called them this morning about a Service Engine Soon light on my BMW 1M and they had me in their shop within an hour, 45 minutes later the fix was done and I was on my way. Significantly cheaper than the BMW dealer (where I've historically had good service until recently). I'll be back for future service needs!

When I first called to inquire about services for my BMW, Cindy was so kind and helpful. They were able to see me on short notice, and provided an honest analysis of the issue with my vehicle. Like others have said, this is the place to go if you want excellent BMW service from a team that really cares about the cars on which they work. Quick service and really good communications. Their prices are a very good value when you consider the level of care you and your BMW will receive.

If you have a BMW, this is the place to go for service. They have a great team to diagnose and repair your BMW, add some performance mods, or simply keep it properly maintained. They are a group of BMW enthusiasts and factory trained mechanics that love what they do. Honest service and fair prices. No upselling or pressure. This is a shop that thrives on repeat customers and word of mouth. There is a reason for their success.

Very nice people who didn't try to sell me on optional or unnecessary service. Seems like a much better option than the local dealership for cars off warranty.

Truly great, easy repair experience on my 2006 330i. I've tried a number of other repair shops before finding Greg & team. No need to look further, very satisfied.

These guys are just the best! I have owned all sorts of BMW's (and other sports cars) since 1968 and therefore have a relatively broad perspective when it comes to quality of service after the warranty has expired. After three weeks in Spain ending just last week, I returned to find my battery in my 2006 Z4 M3 Roadster stone cold dead. Also, the car needed an oil change and some repair to the cigarette lighter which had become dislodged and inoperative due to my constantly plugging and unplugging my Sirius radio.

I had the car towed to Ultimate Auto Works because of the excellent feedback in its 16 Five Star Yelp reviews. The car arrived at about 11:15 AM and at approximately 4 PM, Ultimate (Frank) called to tell me it was ready. What I especially liked about this experience is the straightforward, no BS way in which Ultimate addressed the repairs: in at 11 AM, out at 4 PM with no attempt at all to sell me on agreeing to peripheral or unnecessary add-ons (like, "sorry, it's not just the battery- you need a new alternator").

In addition, the final invoice was totally reasonable - far lower than I have paid for virtually identical service at an authorized dealership! If any of you have an out of warranty BMW (or any foreign sports car, for that matter), you cannot go wrong with these people. Fast, efficient, pleasant and reasonable. I am now a lifetime customer!

Greg was absolutely amazing to work with. My car actually stopped running when I was down the street from the shop and Greg walked down the street with a battery charger to get my car started and down to their shop. After checking out the vehicle they were able to get me taken care of and a repair that I thought was going to be a few hundred dollars was a much smaller problem than we thought. These guys were quick and honest and earned a customer for life!

I never write reviews but these guys are amazing. Polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. Had an exhaust put on my 435i and they did an amazing job.

Since my 2007 530i is off warranty have been looking for a place to service the car. Look no more, not looking to have the car serviced, but now know there is a place is comforting. Was able to get an appointment within a couple days of calling and their service was very good

Lets face it. No one loves taking their BMW's in for repairs. If you didn't renew your warranty, you know it is going to be expensive. However, I recently took my wife's BMW in for them to look at it because it was having trouble starting. Expecting the worst, I got a call from the shop saying they found the problem. It was simply the sensor was not plugged into the battery.

They checked everything else and it was fine. They only charged me 1/2 hour to diagnose the problem and fix it. I am sure there might be some other shops that might have spent 2 hours "looking" for the problem.

I've been a customer of Ultimate Auto Works for over 10 years. I would never take my vehicles any where else. They do excellent work, and are honest about what needs to be done. Greg, the owner, will always tell you if there's an less expensive solution. They've been keeping my 1989 Pathfinder, with over 200,000 miles, running perfectly! Yes, they work on non-BMW cars, too. I highly recommend Ultimate Auto Works for all of your cars!

Greg is da man for BMW. I watched him pull the heads off his car in the paddock at the track to fix a problem, then take the car out and win 2nd place in the GTS-3 National Championship against a very tough field of Porsche GTs. Greg is definitely one of the top BMW mechanics in the country. He also gets points in my book because he doesn't just repair BMW's for a living, he lives, drives, races, and wins NASA GTS National Championships with BMWs!
