Tyrolsport is the best place you can bring your car to get it diagnosed and repaired. Ask for Mike because he knows his cars. Called him and he immediately knew what the issue was. Ended up fixing my car and also getting a tune. This place has it all! I will definitely go back to him again for my next fix!

This shop is the cleanest and closest around me. Being that I have dealt with the owner Michael in the past ( installed my APR springs on a 2013 GLI) I decided to do an APR flash on my Audi A6. I scheduled a Saturday appointment, didn't have to wait at all. Car was pulled into the shop and the flash started. Work was completed in under 30 minutes, my wife didn't make it back in time with coffee and breakfast lol.

The Audi A6 with the 3.0T engine is an absolute beast after the tune. I regret waiting so long as I've owned the car for over 4 years. Best Christmas gift a guy can ask for! Highly recommend the shop and the tune for this specific engine!

Mike was incredibly kind to squeeze us in when our car was leaking oil on our trip into the city from Boston. He diagnosed the problem and came up with a quick fix solution which will get us home. Extremely knowledgeable, skilled and trustworthy.

DONT BOTHER COMING HERE SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A SHOP THAT VALUES & IS HONEST WITH THE CUSTOMER WHOS SPENDING MONEY! They over priced me and I "PAID" to get a full Thorough check on my Mercedes Benz e350 2012 I left my car there for 3 DAY! "ANDRE" finally called me into the shop, when I got there he was gone so the owners kid gave me the report, the next day I called Andre and asked him how come my mounts aren't on the list so warranty can pay for it he said he didn't see nothing wrong w the mounts.

I took the car to another German shop and for FREE they told me my mounts are 100% bad and they found the leak Andre found, I called Andre back and told him about the mounts and he said take your car to another shop he doesn't want to work on my car, mind you they already made the report to my warranty for parts and got approved ANDDDD they over priced me on my oil change and full thorough check up. if you want a good German shop I recommend DO NOT COME HERE!

Can't say enough positive things about the work performed here. Mike, Andre, Richie and all the team working here are top notch. They keep my higher milage Porsche 996 on the road and happy to keep eating up so many more miles after each visit. For anyone curious for Porsche shops in the area, look no further. They handled a major IMS, RMS, AOS, Clutch + many more with ease and in a very reasonable turnaround.

Of course while they had the car, they found other faults, future faults and are very transparent with the work they do. It is clear they are customer forward and do not always want to do the most expensive solution, they want to keep your car on the road and in good health. Looking forward to the next visit!

Shop is on a crowded one way pothole infested city street. Brought car in for service and when i picked up the car I also got a ticket since they have no lot/space to store the vehicles, so DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR THERE. The shop itself does good work but the location, parking, and handling of my ticket when they had ownership of my vehicle is unacceptable and enough think twice about returning.

I found tyrosport when I was looking to get some work done on my Tiguan and send some emails out to various shops and Mike responded to me. I went and spoke with him and he basically asked me what I wanted out of the car which was completely different than what I thought I wanted. With that being said he did an intercooler, downpipe, Golf R quad exhaust, Bilstein B6 shocks and struts, and an H&R Cup Kit.

I absolutely love the work he does and how he explains to me what is better and what is useful as opposed to just taking a payment for something that I was thinking about getting. They will forever be the only hands that touch my Tiguan. If you have a European vehicle I highly suggest using them.

Let me start by saying Mike, Andre, and the dedicated Tyrolsport team are all awesome. They are all so knowledgeable! I had a Stage 2 SACHs Racing clutch installed in my VW in preparation for a future install of the much-suggested Unitronic Stage 2 Flash along with a downpipe. Tyrolsport did an amazing job of installing my SACHs Racing Clutch and it goes so freaking well with the my Unitronic Stage 2 tune and downpipe. No more slipping. I definitely encourage anyone who has a Euro car to check out this shop, without a doubt you won't be disappointed. Big Thanks again Tyrolsport.

This is the best shop in NYC for any German car repair or performance upgrade needs. I have come here for everything since finding out this place existed. The other people saying this place does it right once weren't lying. They treat your car as if it is their own and that's what makes them special. Best shop ever!

If you have an European car, this is the shop to go! They are truly dedicated to ensuring your car is taken care of and to resolved any and all problems with your car. They take their time and get to the root of the problem vs. some other shops that just fixes your car and then the issue comes back. Absolutely love this shop!

Mike, Andre and team are fantastic! I've had my car there twice already for performance related work. First a tune, then a downpipe and new flash. Ordering parts these days has been a struggle but Mike and team went above and beyond to not reschedule my appointment even despite a shipping logistics issue. As others have mentioned they do top notch work.

Their transparency and honesty is unmatched. I asked if I needed new brakes and they were up front and told me I could wait awhile. Most shops would have jumped at the chance for the extra money. I'll be a loyal customer for years to come.

Amazing job sorting a cooling issue in an 996.1 Porsche and performed exhaust Fister mod. The car sounds incredible! This review is long overdue! The guys at Tyrolsport are top notch, knowledgeable, informative, and all around good at their jobs. I went in looking for a spark plug and ignition coil change, APR Stage 2 dual pulley add on to my 2015 Audi S4 and it was done seamlessly in a day. They were attentive, gave me no run around, were easy to work with, and even offered a refund if I wasn't happy with the tune after 7 days. I've driven the car about a month now and could not be any happier with it. The responsiveness, overall power/torque gain is pretty incredible. I will definitely be back for whatever next upgrade or maintenance I do. Thank you Tyrolsport! Great job!

Mike and Andre are extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything VW/Audi/Porsche. Hands down, Tyrolsport is better than any of the dealerships in the tri state area to get work done on your car. I brought my B8.5 S4 to get all the brake pads, rotors and the rear suspension replaced. Mike recommended against replacing my suspension since it was just a small leak but I wanted to get that done anyway for the peace of mind.

It clearly shows how they lean towards the customer unlike any of the dealerships. All parts were sourced from Audi. I'm always going to take my cars to Tyrolsport exclusively from now on.

Requested a quote online for my mk7 R and was answered within an hour. Had an appointment for an oil change and inspection. Out the door in about an hour. Attentive and knowledgeable staff.

These guys are top quality mechanics, honest people and straight shooters. I highly recommend them. Situation: I took my 2013 A6 to a Manhattan Mechanic who quoted me between 5-8k of repairs. I took the car then to Tyrolsport who did a compete inspection and honestly told me the car was in great shape and needed nothing! Their honesty saved me many thousands of dollars. I will be sure to come back and reward them for their honesty and encourage others to do so as well.

Very, very impressed for my one visit for Audi repair. Audi air suspension wonderful but notoriously prone to failure and very $$$ at dealer who's inclined I think to replace lots of parts, not just the immediate cause of failure. Going the "correct" dealer way may be worth it for some people. But since this isn't a safety issue I preferred to isolate the real cause and use Arnott (not Audi) parts - which have AT LEAST as good a reputation in this area. Bonus - they warned me coolant and oil were low.

And I hadn't even asked them to check. Fair price, friendly prompt service. What else can you ask for? Thank you! These guys know their stuff, and don't fix that ain't broke. Wish my doctors were this good.

Everyone there is great, get all of my Audi RS7 work done there and they are always done on time, don't overcharge and do great work. What else could you want?

Woke up wanting more power in the s4, TyrolSport garage is filled with beautiful cars, mike and Andre tuned my S4 the sane day (made room for me), we discussed long term goals and still left with a step in that direction. There is no other shop I would go to or recommend for service (or service on modded Audi's) or installs then this place. Mike is the best, and his team is right there with him.

If you want it done right, this is where you should bring your car. They are knowledgeable, professional, and provide repairs, as well as an array of customization and modification services too. They installed my performance intercooler and helped me with a botched radiator install by another mechanic. I can't say enough; they are my new go-to shop for my 335i xDrive!
