I highly recommend this company if you plan on outfitting your trucks. not only is your equipment and material of high standard so are there employees.

What an excellent Freightliner Repair Shop! My 2020 Motorhome shut me down with a throttle position sensor error. This was the 3rd time I was shut down for the same issue. Had a previous repair at a different shop. I made it to Normandy Farms Campground in Foxboro. Called Mike the mobile repair dispatcher. He sent out Ken (25+ yrs experience) the very next day. Ken found a loose connection from the throttle position sensor to my ECM. He fixed it all at the campground avoiding a tow. I'm so grateful to this wonderful diesel repair shop.

Every time I call them on jobs they can't fix the unit and I have to tow it. Then the tow drivers show up and fix it. On top of that if I don't have a VIN number they won't help me out which is absolutely ridiculous. I NEVER have that problem calling other shops. The fact that not having a VIN will stop them from helping me is 100% silly. What if the unit is dropped and nobody with it? Don't bother with this company not worth the the headache or waste of money

I came in overnight, was checked in right away. They diagnose and repaired my truck in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than 5 hours!

Avoid this place under any circumstances. My truck was there twice and they fix nothing. First time had the appt for transmission recall and couple minor issues, they told me for about week you are next in line, every single day. Second time same issues and they started telling me same thing and they just changed for some reason the parking lot No more business with this dealership In case the owner or manager will reply that he can't see in the list, truck was there under the company name NVS EXPRESS INC

They are all helpfully and friendly people. Your truck With trailer no problem, they have huge trailer parking lot. Any time repair? yes open 24 hours. I love this place. Thank you ATG.

We tried ordering parts from them and it was horrible! The customer service was terrible! Instead of assisting us in finding the part we were looking for they assumed (without doing their research) that we were scammers and mocked us through email just because they called and we couldn't get to them right away due to a high volume of calls on a busy day!

I would not recommend very unprofessional! 10/14/2021 Hello, we never asked to pay with a credit card AT ALL, the ONLY thing we asked on the email was for a quote and availability of the part. There was no reason for my staff to be treated this way at all, this was unprofessionalism on your staff's part and just bad business. Like I said before we deal with a lot of vendors and have never been treated this way or had this type of issues.

All business deal with the same issue with scammers and yet they know how to treat their customers and check for scams without being unprofessional and rude. So please don't try to make up excuses for their mistake so that you wont have a bad review, instead simple apologize and make sure it doesn't happen again to other customer because we sure will not be doing business with your company.

I owner a 1999 Country Coach class A Diesel 40'. The entire experance was fantastic from start to finish. They offer an 80+ point inspection that found a number of smaller issues I was not aware of and got them taken care of. The customer service team at the counter is A+ and always seem to have the time to help get me answers. If you have a class A coach and need a team to service it I can recomend Advantage Truck Group in Shrewsbury.

Oil poured out under truck! Truck stop service center was closing. Service guy looked at issue. He said a wire harness had rubbed a small hole in oil pain ( upper drivers side / front. He was closing - Friday night 7pm and would not be back till Monday 7AM. He said their is a freight liner shop 2 - blocks away. Advantage trucking group Shrewsbury Massachusetts.

I'll call the service department and get the service manager. DAVID GOOD - I explained my situation and my need to be on the road ASAP if at all possible. He said come right on and let's see what the problem ( s) are. I arrived 7:30 ish. Sure enough it was oil pan leak and in addition a radiator reservoir was also leaking. It's a GOD thing but they had all the parts need. Had me in the shop under the capable mechanical hands of AARON SILVERMAN.

He got his techs started on oil pan while he ran down my other problems. All was repaired and we were on our way by 1:30 AM ( just a few hours later. They were all super nice / friendly. They set us up in their driver lounge up stairs ( private bathroom with showers). They are pet friendly, luxury recliners that put me right to sleep, and a big screen TV.

Them having the parts we needed was huge. When they saw they had the parts they went right to work ASAP and put us back in the road doing deliveries for emergency situations of our present time. I have gone to, and called, this store many times. I always encounter someone willing to help and they are always professional. If they don't have what you need they will point you in the right direction. It's good to know that some people still think about the customer first and not the all mighty dollar. They're my first call for any medium duty truck parts.
