Unfortunately i had to visit Tri County Collision for the 2nd time this year. My car isnt even a year old and was hit twice while it was parked. My first visit was by referral of insurance company and i was thrilled with the wonderful job they did. So the second time, there was no question where i was going. Again they did a wonderful job and their customer service was top notch.
Very polite and reassuring! THey kept me posted the whole time they had my car. I hope i never have to see them again but if i do, i will definately be back. Thanks for excellent service!

Had front end work done on my 2021 GMC Terrain. Once my insurance company handed me off to Tri County, Roxanne was the face of the company. She was very professional, explained the processes (rental car, cost estimate and time estimate). During the 3 1/2 weeks my vehicle was with Tri County, they kept me abreast of the progress thru text messages and phone calls. I am very happy with work accomplished on my vehicle

A deer ran into the side of my new car. I was given a list of body shops by my insurance company and decided to call TriCounty. I am so happy I did. From my first meeting with Justin, who appraised it, all the way through repair, it was absolutely the best experience. I didn't have to do anything - Justin dealt directly with the insurance company and even coordinated the rental car. My car was repaired beautifully and they even cleaned the inside! I'm very impressed and would definitely recommend them! Thank you!

Just had my car fixed and the whole experience was GREAT! They were prompt and communicated the whole way and the car was done in 3 days! The staff were friendly and the service was amazing! They even cleaned the inside of the car which was a bonus! I would highly recommend if you are looking for great service!

My wife was sideswiped in a hit and run and while most thankfully, no one was injured, we had to deal with the aftermath. Scott and his crew quickly and efficiently took control of everything and proceeded to expertly repair my wife's vehicle. With less than 4,000 miles on my new car I hit a deer going ~65 mph. Needless to say, there was quite a bit of damage. Since my car was a 2021 model with a whole list of safety equipment, I wasn't sure if the car would be the same. And, with the shortage of car parts, I had no idea when my car would even be ready. On a recommendation, I went to Tri County Collision Center.
I was pleasantly surprised at each step of the process. Their communication was great (receiving a call each week with an update), their pricing was very competitive, the timing was far quicker than I expected, and, on top of it all, the repair work was top-notch - having my car looking like new (which it was). I waited a few weeks to write this because I wanted to make sure everything worked (the a/c, the safety features, etc.) I couldn't be more pleased.
