Terrible warranty service! Transmission didn't last a year to the date and purchased a better torque converter to be able to tow and warranty, then I had to shell out 1200 more dollars to pay for labor they only reimburse 1000 dollars still waiting to be reimbursed over 2 months and being accused of abuse on the transmission with a stock truck! Never even bothered them for the tow bill cause I have AAA or the rental of another truck to finish the move.

Their transmission couldn't handle a 16 ft cargo trailer max load of 7k lbs in a diesel f350 on a cross country moving trip! Stoped at off ramp to get fuel late at night no traffic pulled a left turn got 5 feet then all of a sudden no go checked fluid and all below was wet on flat South Dakota highway off ramp Would definitely never do business with them again!

Wouldn't recommend anyone else either if you use a truck for towing anything! Scott Stephens their warranty dept. guy didn't return my call when I left a message I had to call him back again to get any information still waiting on outcome on it then had to send photos of my truck, trailer because their inspector said I abused it when I have not, never even burned out in the truck! The photo is the billet torque converter. Will be contacting the BBB! Unprofessional business practice

My mustang GT's rebuild shifts like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. With the warranty they provide their is nothing to worry about. They definitely gave attention to detail & knocked it out of the park this second time around. Service: Transmission

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I have ordered many transmissions for my customers through TRC and it has worked out well. No issues and delivery and core pick up is always on time.

By far the worst remanifactured transmission supplier. My shop has purchased over 12 units thru trc and we have had nothing but issues with almost every single unit then warranty issues are a nightmare they never cover the repairs we continuously get the run around and our customers get more and more upset with us this will now be our 4th unit that we addressing our selves. Never ever ever use this company. I've had better luck using jasper our customers are happy most importantly covered.

I work for an Automotive Repair Shop, we have used this company approx 4-5 times now. We've had no problems with the Transmissions they sold us. No come backs with any issues either. Let's talk about service. Our Service Advisor would call to get an estimate one day, same day the Transmission was paid for and the next day we received it Via Peninsula Truck Lines. 2 day service. Now that's amazing. We have them on speed dial. Justin and Devin are easy to talk to and great to work with. Keep up the fantastic work.

I have purchased several transmissions from this company. They are always professional on the phone and VERY expedient with building and shipping. Quality has been good. We did have one transmission fail after a few months, but the warranty was easy to make happen, although the wait time for the replacement transmission was a little extreme. Overall, good experiences and looking forward to more.
