I got my transcase fixed here to. It took a while but I trust their work and I have 2001 Ford Expedition so those trans case is not easy to find in a descent condition. I take all my vehicles here. Must read! If you want positive results try being positive with your concerns it will make your life better. I thought my truck was having a transmission problem it had a slow drag n Kickback.

I went to many mechanics and none of them did my truck right. Oh God sent me to this place and it was $1700 worth of work on my 2001 Ford Expedition. They changed the intake and a few fuel components. Mario and my mechanic gave great customer service. Brought this engine back to life and now my truck take off on point. No more jerking or hesitation and I keep my foot on the gas lol. I passed my emissions test and don't have to see them til next oct 2022 yup. Thank brother for your excellent work and expertise.

This place got the job done.but they took 2 weeks to get it done. to top it off they parked my father's car a few blocks away and never lock the door and his car was broken in to they didn't take anything cause he took out the money and stuff. They went into everything left the car a mess. this place need to be more careful. just make sure they close your doors

Very professional! Great communication! Same day service for headlight socket replacement. I was originally suppose to go to CARMAX but there was a month delay so this play was on their list as a secondary option. Glad I came!

No stars! I would not recommend this place of business to anyone. Nor would I take any of my vehicles there every again. The alternator was replaced. After the alternator was replaced and after a long wait we were informed that there was a bad signal from the computer. We took a full functioning computer from another business and was supposed to have it replaced here.

We would not buy a non functioning computer nor would the business we bought it from sell it if it did not function! They had my husband's car for over 2 weeks. They would call him and promise a time of when they would complete the repair of our CRV but this promise was never kept. They would not call back with a follow up. And he would up calling demanding an explanation.

We should not have to call if we were promised a call back time! Mario never sounded convincing, would talk in circles, when he would explain what was wrong with our vehicle. Too much back and forth. Not reliable at all! We were over charged and ended up having our previous computer reinstalled and took our vehicle home! What a shame a local business cannot be reliable to its fellow neighbors! When we picked up vehicle it was dirty and not assembled properly. The lever used to open the hood was broken! Horrible

This place is the worst. Don't go here! My engine light was on & they told me I needed a new trans & they'd rebuild it. I told em no, but they reset my light anyway for $95. They said they checked other things which I can't remeber. I was ripped off! Oh & they smile in your face while ripping you off. This was 2yrs ago & my car still runs great!

Worst place to go to if u have a short on your vehicle and check engine light they charged me $600.00 dollars to fix my check engine and to fix the short. They give me my truck and fixed the the check engine light temporarily I take the to them 3 times because the short keeps going off and at the end they tell me i have to take to the dealership! At my own cost a month later my check engine light came back on worst place to take your vehicle these guys aren't professionals they are clowns do not take your vehicle to a circus.

Danny and front desk are very respectful, friendly and honest. The price is very reasonable. My car transmission is working excellent after they did a service on it. Very good Job Danny and team. I'll come back for more services. Definitely, I recommended this place.

I have been taking my cars with them for years, always great service. Every repair has been satisfactory, and consider that they are honest in regards to the price, and to the urgency of the needed repairs, so in cases in which I cannot get everything done at the same time, they will always let me know what repairs are urgent and which ones could wait. They also fixed the transmission of my SUV over 3 years ago, and still going strong!

Great service, they take care of their customers very well. Very considerate staff. I would highly recommend this place, they will work with you and don't charge much for storage like other places do, storage rate is very reasonable. Very knowledgeable with foreign vehicles and maintenance. I have a fleet of vehicles and they maintain them very well.

They offer the inspection for free on the radio that means if decided no to fix the car with them is ok.but when you go there did not honore that they charge you 100 to visual check your car what a nice trick from you guys.

Got a drain and refill on my transmission here. Front desk person was really helpful, he was able to help them get me quickling in and out. Price was very reasonable for the service and as well. I'll probably be coming here to do my drain and refills here because of the price and good service.

I got a trans rebuild there about 7 months ago it wasn't the best service or warranty or price but its still going so im not gonna complain

Went there on a Sunday, and was lucky enough to find a mechanic there. I needed a special tool to complete my diy ac compressor r/r. I presented the new compressor to the mechanic, and he quickly got the tool and removed the piece for me in like 10 seconds. If not for them, I would have been stuck. Sundays, they are open by appointment only.

Got in on a kgbdeals oil change deal. Totally not worth it. Brought in two cars over the past two years. They take forever, don't do a quality job, and don't communicate. Tony is one of the worst mechanics I have ever met. I ask him to check simple things, he then just straight up lies to me that he's checked it. I go home, look at the fluids and it's still low.

I ask him to check brakes and adjust the brake lines, they aren't done. This is after waiting for an entire day for my car. Roger is the manager, he wants to do right by his customers, but doesn't do a great job communicating. He never tells me when my cars are done and I have to initiate the call. Last time I brought back my car, the check engine light came on. Sure, it could have been that that particular thing went back, but it's just too coincidental that it so happened right after I brought it back. Poor service and mechanics that lie, you should absolutely stay away.

I had a groupon type voucher 4 an oil change, tire rotation and 27 point check so took it here last sat. my appointment was at 8am & i didnt get outta there til around 10:15ish! wtf!?! i was originally quoted 35-45 minutes so when an hout past i asked what was goin on. he tells me they didnt have the right size part for my car so they had to go get it. thats fine but i wouldve appreciated it if they couldve told me that as i was waiting in their waiting room. after they got the part he said about 20more minutes but there goes another lie! it took another 45 minutes! i let him know that i had to go asap cuz i had another appt. to go to so they had to hurry up. even though the guy was really nice and explained that their computers were down, i didnt wanna spend almost 2.5 hours on a saturday mornin at a car place! would NOT come back here!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They are a total rip off! I took my car to have my overheating issue fixed. It took them FOREVER to complete the work. A month or so later I started hearing bubbling under my hood. I called and spoke to Roger the owner and he said whoever did it didn't seal it properly. Wait.so he was basically saying they didn't do the job right? Bingo!

After that issue, I started having nothing but problems. I will never take my car back to them again. They will try to lure you in with their clean facility and politeness. But they are nothing but crooks! They do not know what they are doing. Take your car there if want to have more problems than before. BEWARE!

I've been here twice, both times for oil changes. I came here because of the Dealfind deal, so the price was very reasonable. The staff, both on the phone and in person, was exceptionally kind and helpful. I waited about 40 minutes both times, but they have a very comfortable waiting room so the time passes more quickly. I don't think you will find a nicer staff at a mechanic's in Chicago!

I'd like to state right off the bat that yes, the service can be time consuming which can be a total pain. I could have written a bad review based on the time I spent in the waiting room but I will not because the attention to detail and excellent quality of service from the mechanics was well worth the time. The waiting room is comfortable and provided me a nice quiet outlet from my home distractions where I was able to set up a temporary office and get a lot of work done.

The managers and mechanics alike are very polite and accommodating. I am looking forward to my next oil change as their full synthetic oil change is around $70 whereas Jiffy Lube charges $94+

4 hours for a bad oil change and tire rotation! After THREE HOURS I called to see when my car would be ready. they said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes so I headed back to get my car. They were still waiting for a lift to do the tire rotation. 45 minutes later they were still rotating the tires. When they finally brought the car down, they still hadn't refilled all the fluids.

One hour later I finally got my car back! Driving to work the next day my tires seemed a little wobbly when driving at low speeds. I am going to have to take it to a different shop that I trust to make sure they actually secured the tires on properly!

POOR SERVICE- BEWARE I won't even give them 1 star. Brought a coupon for an oil change from Dealfind.com and scheduled an appointment over the phone for 4PM I was there by 4:05 and did give them a notice that I will be late because of Traffic and rain. The workshop looked empty. I couldn't see a single person except the owner/manager who took my keys.

I waited till 4:40PM and could still see my car parked, where I had left it. As it is a small garage- I couldn't see anyone working on other cars as well. I told the manager that I would rather leave: He smiled and said, "Yes you can come some other time if you want" Really? I drove for 20 minutes to get to this place and this is what they give me! I had to give them 1 star, wish I could give them 0- ZERO

These guys are a bunch of rookies. They installed a new differential, didn't fill it with oil, and then were total jerks about doing right by their mistake. Cost me a few hundred $ extra to figure it all out, not to mention many hours waiting for a tow truck and whole days seething with anger that I'd trusted them. Stay away!
