Had a great experience buying my Tacoma with Wei however I was told the truck was being "detailed" and it so was not! The bed was dirty as well as the cab. I'd recommend looking before you leave.

Worst customer service and follow up I have ever experienced purchasing a vehicle. We have over 20 vehicles in a commercial fleet for our business, and my father and I went in to purchase 1 truck for personal use and one truck for a company vehicle. After some miscommunication about the title & registration for the company owned truck, it has been nothing short of a disaster attempting to rectify.

Apparently the in-house title clerk I had previously been speaking with is no longer there, which happens. But nobody followed up with me to inform me that the dealership would not even attempt to help fix the title, nobody even contacted me to come get the incorrect title. After multiple attempts, in person, a Manager Joseph Sabatini took my # and gave me his card and said he would follow up with me personally. guess what, not even a call back. Went back in person today, at which point Joseph was absolutely rude and dismissive.

I practically had to beg for them to even be bothered to look for it, and they found the incorrect title simply sitting in a drawer at the dealership, but nobody was ever going to call me back about it?!?!?! Toyota vehicles are great machines, but I would highly recommend you purchase yours from anybody but these guys

Ran a hard credit check when I NEVER even inquired about a Toyota, never visited their website or filed out any reports, and never visited in person

Sales man named Steve posts on Facebook market I simply asked for pricing to be emailed to me and he tells me no I can come in or not get pricing sales team sucks!

Corey at Toyota Runnemede provided me with the best experience of the day. It was my first time buying a car on my own. He was honest, caring, educated and thoughtful. I had a few previous appointments that day at different dealerships and no one compared to Corey. I felt taken care of by him. I love my new car and if I ever have any needs in the future I will be going back to him and Toyota Runnemede!

We were greeted immediately and got right to looking and doing business. We were very determined to get a car that day. We'd had awesome experience at this Toyota dealership before. We found the car, got the financing figured out( painless) and we're on our way in no time. Was offered heated seats at no cost. Sweet! My only negative was only one key to the car. Wondering if we could get a second key?

This was my first time purchasing a car from Toyota of Runnemede, I had heard some really good things and I thought about it for a few months. I purchased this car for my 34th birthday. When it was purchased it was missing the antenna cover but I was told it was already ordered. They were also not able to locate the secondary key. I was told I could get the key and be reimbursed for it.

I purchased this car in August 2021 from Stan Sapozhnik and he was great when I purchased the car. Afterwards he was a complete different person. I have called, texted and email regarding the missing part and nothing. The few times that I did speak with him he was suppose to call me back and never would call back. We are now in February and still nothing.

I have also called and spoke to a manager in the parts dept, he knows nothing about the missing part. I wouldn't recommended anyone to this dealership and they never have to worry about my business again.

These guys get it done! No nonsense! And true to their word! They put me in a great car with great service! You can tell they take great pride in this dealership, the whole team was great! If you are looking for a new or used car, I Highly recommended you give them a try!

Loc was a tremendous salesman and I really appreciated the extent that he went through. The place was no nonsense and asked what we needed to get the deal done. We were in and out in a Few hours and the financing was easy to go through and they ensured the trade in taxes were handled appropriately. Good price on the trade too. Overall I'm very pleased with everything and will be buying from them again.

Me and the wife bought our second vehicle in 2 years yesterday. First car was a pre owned Corolla with 8900 miles on it and we bought the Tucson yesterday. Our salesman Stan was on point with everything. The car we originally wanted was sold on an online auction, so Stan spent time to find us a handful of similar vehicles in the same price range and low mileage as well. And after the Tucson gets paid off, I'm trading in the Corolla for another car, hopefully by that time, they have some used tacomas on the lot

Bait and switch. Pricing and interest rates change. I have bought 6 vehicles from them since 2015. Has always been great to deal with in the past. Not any more. Must have new owners. The epitome of "used car dealer" salesmanship. They talk in circles. Then mark up new vehicles about 50%. Crazy! Going to Holman Toyota. Selling at MSRP. Never returning to that dealership. Don't waste your time!

I'm writing for a friend that fell in hard times during the pandemic and we told him that her car was repo if they can help her get into a used car to help rebuild her credit they told us no problem so I went with her they try to get her in a car that was 5 years old soon to be 6 had over 70,000 miles on it no warranties $5000 down sticker price was $24,000 I looked at the guy would you treat your mother or your father or your sister like this he looked at me like yeah! stay far away from this place they don't help no one! I took my friend 2 Nissan dealership in Philadelphia!

I found my nephew a 2019 Toyota Tacoma Trd sport that he was looking for. He is in the navy and based in Virgina. The add clearly stated that it was certified I left a down payment on the phone 10 mins. before they closed on Saturday July 24th and was there when they opened on Monday July 26th. Mind you they were closed Sunday July 25th as it was a Sunday.

They charged him a $350 holding fee and told him when he asked if it was certified "isn't that what the ad said" he bought the truck only had 1 key he called Toyota, told them he bought a certified Toyota, and it only came with 1 key they said that is against their policy and they would make right ask for his vin and told him it is not a certified vehicle.

This is how we take care of our serviceman. I feel bad that I tried helping him and found this vehicle. I feel like I gave him bad advice. People don't make the same mistake I did look at all the bad reviews this dealer has do your homework. I also feel this reflect on Toyota of north America as they allow there to act in such a manor.

As a recurring customer at Toyota Runnemede, I couldn't ask for better service. My car was having fuel injector problems, so I called to see what could be done about it. Mike got me in the same day. Thanks to him and the technicians, I got my car back the next day and it runs better than it ever has. The responsiveness and efficiency was great, so I highly suggest going to Toyota Runnemede.

Toyota of Runnemede sold my friend a stolen car, and offered only an oil change for her trouble. It's a shame to see such terrible business methods from a local dealership.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. They are so unprofessional. They lie about everything and just want your money. They said i have to pay for registration and tags even though it already is on my loan. Don't go here. Terrible sales people as well.

My friend just had a horrible experience with Toyota of Runnemede. They sold her a certified pre-owned car but neglected to tell her it was STOLEN! She only found out when the actual loan starting processing and then had to return the car to the state police. When ToR found out, they only offered her a FREE OIL CHANGE and proceeded to block her on social media when she posted her review to their Facebook. Would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and LEGAL car buying process!

Got a pretty good deal on a used Tacoma. The truck is great, no problems there, except for the fact that I'm unable to legally drive it so it's stuck in the driveway. Bought the car 2 months ago, temp tags/registration expired 4 weeks ago, still haven't received the title. When I call, I get the runaround. "There's been a delay/we've done all we can do/it should arrive in the mail within a week." When I asked for a tracking number to confirm that the title had been mailed, he didn't have one. "The third party tag & title service mailed it." So I asked for their contact info in case it doesn't arrive within a week. Placed on hold for 10+ minutes until the call eventually got disconnected.

Also tried asking if they could at least just extend the temp tags & registration so I can drive the truck legally while awaiting the title. Nope, they can't do that. Told me to apply for temp tags through my state. So I called the Maryland MVA and guess what? They can't issue temp tags & registration without the vehicle's title. Which is nowhere to be found.

I did at least learn a valuable lesson. Being new to Maryland, I didn't really understand what it meant to live in a title-holding state when I bought the truck 2 months ago. But now I know: if you buy a car in another state, don't drive away unless you have the title in hand.

I can't say enough nice things about Zach Betz and the finance team Dmitry and Vlad were so amazing. I had a though situation. They were able to help me walk out with an amazing car. They were caring, respectful and found me a perfect car. I couldn't be happier! I know there are some bad reviews but their management changed a few months ago. I had been to many dealers. This place exceeded my expectations! Thank you.

I bought my car certified used 2 years ago.everything was great at first. Recently I have had some issues with my car, my transmission was bad for only having the car for 2 years! I got that fixed under warranty, now today I'm calling roadside assistance for help with my car as I left my keys in my car to be told that I am not in the system at all! I declined roadside assistance from my insurance because I was covered under Toyota care! This is ridiculous!

The service department is a pleasure to deal with when you have Chuck Colamarino as your service advisor. He is pleasant, helpful and professional.

I took my Rav4 here where I bought it. I bought the bumper to bumper warranty as well. So I've been having trouble with my transmission so I made a appointment here for them to check out. Of coarse they say there is nothing wrong with my transmission but it did need a update. Also told me I needed brakes, rotors and some kind of clip. All the work totaled to $1200.

I then took my car to my repatale mechanic who I've used for 26 years. They checked out my car and the only thing I needed was the update on the transmission which cost me $154. I just had all my brakes done the end of January. So they are liars and thieves! I WILL NEVER BUY OR SERVICE ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would in a heartbeat. As far as the sales guy, Chase was an absolute doll. Unfortunately he's working for awful people. They did me extremely dirty. Rob the finance guy was HORRIBLE. He added $9,000 worth of warranties and told me it was the only way to get my interest rate down. When I went in the office to cancel them I dealt with Mel the finance manager.

And he was beyond awful to my fiance who was there to try to help me. He used profanity and was completely unprofessional. On top of the way he spoke to us he had the audacity to put his finger in my fiance's face. So far beyond unprofessional. I've already spoken to Toyota cooperate and am taking it as far up as I can. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR. Go to a bigger dealership and you won't have this problem. Guaranteed.

This dealership is unprofessional, rude and are scam. I've had a free oil change and after receiving my truck. I checked the oil before I left their lot and it was the same used oil. After they change their name from Family Toyota to Runnemede Toyota it definitely went down hill. As you read their reviews its mostly negatives and the negatives have been consistent with no improvement. I won't be back and haven't gone there. So do yourselves a favor and do not go here.
