I have been going to ToyoTechs since 2007. They maintain my SC 430. They are the best at what they do, and as I woman, I never feel like they are tricking me. I am loyal to them and their team. They take great care of my car. Giving the highest recommendation possible.

They were phenomenal! They were able to find me a very low mileage transmission. Took them a few weeks due to being extremely busy. I highly recommend them if you drive either a Toyota or a Lexus. I promise you will not be disappointed. They have been in this business for over 30 years, so there is plenty of experience. Had to fix my Lexus hardtop, Other businesses either were not sure about the root cause (and hence couldn't provide a firm quote) or quoted a price that was way too high considering the car's value. Toyotech both diagnosed the issue (left side motor) as well as found ab aftermarket part that - while still expensive - was the best option I could find.

I'll keep it short. I had them do work that World Toyota, quoted at $4,000. Toyotechs did the same work for $1,800. I hate to say this, but you should avoid dealerships whenever you can. Their overhead is too high, because they're paying too much money for their address and exposure. These independent places, if you can find one as expert and trustworthy at Toyotechs, has lower overhead, so they don't gouge you on repairs. I am so grateful that I was able to find them. They'll have all my Toyota business going forward.

The only place I will be taking my car to for repairs and service from now on. Honest, communicative, and their tech makes it easy to view what's going on. Top notch mechanics.

I want to avoid this place like the plague because it always costs me money. However, when I have to get my Toyota's repaired, I drive WAY out of my way to go here. The staff is nice, the quotes have always been accurate and the work has always been good. Getting car repairs done is always costly. That's why I try to avoid this place but when I need something done, I'm confident they've done a good job at a fair price.

The dealership is great for what it is. I use them for routine service & recall items. Whenever I need something major done, I take it to Toyotechs and I've always saved money. Don't get it wrong, it's still expensive but when the guy behind the counter swipes my card, I don't worry about being ripped off.

Second time having my GX 470 serviced here and it's always quick and very reasonable.

This business was extremely helpful and professional for my Toyota repair. I will absolutely be calling them again. They provided excellent service for which I am very thankful.

I was broken down during traveling in 98 degree heat and Brian wouldn't repair my car Bc i had the parts to fix. I had a brand new oem Lexus ac compressor but Brian wanted to sell me his compressor so he refused to help me. I then had to travel 3 more hours with my dog overheating in the back to get back home ans find a more honest repair shop. Sad

Been coming here for over 15 years with my Toyotas and Lexus. Most personable, knowledgeable and experienced crew I've clever had.

Had an issue with my breaks. I took it there and had squeaky breaks the next week. I took it back and they left my car on their side lot for a week. When I came back, I still had the same issues. They told me the problem would go away eventually. well 6 months later I still have loud squeaky breaks in my RAV4. Thanks Toyo techs! I wouldn't recommend and they are expensive.

I was able to schedule an appointment online and got a follow up call within 48 hours! It was pouring rain when I brought my car to be serviced and I had to wait indoors for my ride to come. There's room enough to distance while waiting and if the sun is out a couple of seats are outside. Very professional and helpful. I know they were short handed but I still had a reasonable wait time. Car driving well now and I have confidence if I wasn't satisfied I could come back with no problem. Great staff.

Made an appointment, brought it in on Wednesday at 10 am and they said they had "plenty of time". It's Friday morning and I have heard nothing. I call, and I'm informed their tech is out and they thought he'd be back today. You wouldn't call and let me know? You've had my car for 2 days. Also, you're a hybrid repair shop. you have ONE technician? Unprofessional.

Toyotechs is a knowledgeable, honest shop. We were fortunate to find Toyotechs after my Lexus mechanic closed his shop. On my first visit, I could have easily been sold a more expensive repair and I would not have known. I was given an honest recommendation at a fair price and they have been my Lexus mechanics ever since! I needed an extra key programmed for my wife's RX350. I called and they got me in straight away. Joe was able to code the key and saved me a fortune compared to the Lexus dealer. These guys are personable, professional and very knowledgeable. We'll be getting our car serviced here from now on. Thanks for great service!

Patrick is the man. Thought I had a transmission issue. My Lexus had been pulling tranny codes, emission codes, etc. Patrick recommended cleaning the ECU & referred me to a specialist. Sure enough, computer cleaned & oil control valve that I replaced myself. boom. car fixed. I was facing a HUGE repair bill from an outside transmission shop, the whole thing ended up to be less than $300. Again, Patrick. you are the man. Thx! #toyotechsforlife

It's simply the best Toyota/Lexus repair shop in Atlanta. Period. Full stop. Out the door price will be between "lower" and "remarkably lower" than at the dealer and the work quality will be the same or better. Also they are honest to a fault, which is rare as auto repair shops go. This means they aren't going to tell you your brake calipers have failed when you really just need pads and rotors (this happens more than you can possibly imagine at other shops).

There is only one problem with this place, and it could be a big problem depending on your situation: they are extremely busy (I guess owing to how awesome they are) at all times and can not get your car back to you quickly. So you are going to have to have another car to drive while they have your car. I realize not everyone can swing this. I have used them a few times over the years and family members have used them several times and they are always backed up for at least a few days.

So keep this in mind. If you need something done now, today, on the spot, my guess is this is not your place. If you can drop it off, however, you won't do any better. There are no exceptions to this statement. You won't do any better, trust me. I have a lot of experience in this field on both sides of the counter.

Since my 4Runner came out of warranty service, I've been using TotoTechs for regular service. They always do a great job and are respectful of your time and are very efficient. Each time I'm there, they lay out a plan with estimates for what my next few visits will look like. They let me know how long I can ride with my current brakes, and helped me plan to coordinate that with my next oil change. The staff is always kind and cheerful. I trust their opinions and I will continue to give them my business!

Patrick, Joe, and the rest of the staff at Toyo are A+ people. They always take care of me in a pinch and often give me diagnostics free of charge, with no pressure on the cost to fix. ToyoTechs makes thinking about buying a non-Toyota/Lexus a difficult decision. Support your local businesses, and definitely this crew!

I came to see if my outside mirror could be fixed. Joe snapped back into place quickly and did not charge me anything! He also helped me early (before my scheduled appointment). I will recommend ToyoTechs to all of my friends. It's nice to see a business that focuses on customer care and satisfaction.

Had great expectations for Toyo tech, wish it would have held up. What could be better for a lifelong Toyota owner, an automobile repair shop that specializes and ONLY fixes Toyota, my prayers were answered, so I thought. Took my high school son's car to Toyo tech for a new oil pan and valve cover gasket. During the initial consult they said when they replace the valve cover gasket it may damage the spark plug wires and they may need to be replaced.

I said that would be fine and if they were damaged they could replace them. My son picked up the car on Friday and we didn't have any oil leaks which was great. He was back behind the wheel. Saturday my son says the car isn't running well and seems to be jerky when taking off and the check engine light is on. Since it was the weekend and Toyo Tech was closed we just let it sit until I was able to take it back to toyo tech to see what was at issue.

I stopped by on Tuesday and they asked if I could leave it or if I had an appointment. I didn't have an appointment and I wasn't able to leave it so I suggested I could leave it tomorrow, Wednesday. My son dropped the car off Wednesday to have it looked over and they called me and said it needed new spark plug wires, there was a misfire on cylinder 4.

I questioned why this wasn't addressed when they initially did the work Friday. They said it ran fine Friday and I needed to put new spark plug wires in, they must have been damaged when the valve cover gasket was replaced. I said ok, I agreed to have this done when the valve cover gasket was replaced so that was fair. Well Surprise! The quote I recieved to have it done Friday isn't valid anymore.

You have to pay the diagnostic fee of an additional $120. I said diagnostic fee, we already paid you for the service before why didn't you replace them when the valve cover was removed? Their response was it was fine when we test drove the car. They said you should have brought the issue up to us sooner. My son picked the car up Friday, I stopped by your shop Tuesday and it's Wednesday, how much sooner does a business need? Needless to say I wasn't happy and my son was now down another $120, for a high school kid that's like $1,000. I told my son I'd cover the extra and next time we will find a more reputable shop. Be forewarned, you might want to do business elsewhere.

Good people. Was told by another company that I needed my brakes changed so I went here to get it done and these guys were nice enough to tell me I didn't need to change them out yet. Then when I came back later to get the breaks changed they said I still had time on my back breaks and replaced my front breaks for a fair price. Hard to find an honest and fair business these days so I was a bit taken aback. These guys are a diamond in the rough.

They refuse to work on Toyotas prior to 1996. Even though they have worked on the same car in the past.

Staff is always knowledgeable, pricing is reasonable and much less than what I'd be paying at the Lexus dealer, and they typically have a good turnaround time. If you have a Toyota/Lexus, I highly recommend checking them out before you get taken to the cleaners by the dealerships.

For a mechanic shop, the reviews on this yelp page seemed to be almost too good to be true. I brought my car here twice now and can attest to the quality of service. First experience was a break pad replacement and resurfacing rotors. They did a superb job at a much lower cost than the dealership. High quality break pads, I assume they are the genuine Toyota ones.

No noise, smooth stopping. Such a nice change after my last set of break pads from NTB that wore out fast, pulsated and were noisy. Second experience was just yesterday, had to get the starter replaced. They pin pointed the diagnosis correctly and used a genuine Toyota starter. Couldn't be happier. I will agree that neither one of my service items required difficult diagnosis or complex work, but they did such a superb job, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here for any issue. On weekdays, the wait was just a couple hours for a starter replacement and diagnosis. On weekends, they get very busy. They have a cozy waiting room with wifi.
