Services performed: Water pump replacement, spark plugs replacement My Prius lost power on the freeway and I had it towed to the shop after hours. ToyoMotors diagnosed my car the next day and determined that the water pump failed. I asked Nick to have the technician look at the spark plugs too. Everything was completed before the end of the day with fair pricing.

This was my first time using ToyoMotors after a buddy and I went from another Prius hybrid shop that recently closed. Because of my buddy's good experience with ToyoMotors, I decided to take my Prius there too. Nick only recommends what your car needs - no more, no less, and that's how every honest business should be run.

I Neil, you are misguided and flag me all you want to. I have proof that the service there was discriminatory and have you yet to be accountable for such lack of respect and accountability. You sir are angry because I am correct and you don't offer any type of scenario that perhaps this was a misunderstanding or anything to show a back bone on your version of an egregious definition of what it means.

Let me help you :Customer service is a set of actions a company takes to help customers. Usually, it involves talking or writing with customers. Customer service representatives assist customers over the phone, email, or in person. The aim of customer service is to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Some customer service definitions can be broader.

Now before you get your motor in a bunch, you have an issue with getting yo comfortable and need to be humbled and sit down. People of yelp I have no reason to spread lies and have no ties with this Neil character. He's rude abrupt and I think it's time to be honest. Yelp is for the people and by the people. He said he flagged me for what! Speaking the truth unlike your business I.

Think yelp has more integrity and sense than your business. Drop mic Iiwas going to be a client therefore I was a verified client! Here the time frames and numbers that show I called them to make sure they took my CFNAcard. My spouse later told me because he was there when I made appointment verbatim, toyamotors nick:" I've never personally taken a card like that but I'm pretty sure we do take it" Me:"are you sure?

I do not want to waste your time or mine towing my car there and toyamotors doesn't take it." Toyamotors:"sure sure bring it in I'm sure if I see it and run.01 it'll go through just to double check. " I get there and no convenience to them I have to pay for another tow! And waste my time! They were absolutely unapologetic and cheap for not providing accountability.

I don't need to make up stuff to get a rouse. I felt very uninvolved and Like they could care less tgat I had chosen them over Firestone whom I cancelled my appointment to go to this place. It's not everything it claims to be and I'm still wondering where is Neil the owner. Not even an answer. So there you go. I have a recording of the conversation due to my security camera at my apartment catching the sound.

So there you go I give this place regardless of its prior stars or whatever reductive and played out! I will post something everyday till I'm done being absolutely offended by there treatment and unapologetic unaccountability.

These guys are great and way better than going to a dealer. I've been taking my Toyota vehicles there for years because they are reliable, fair and the absolute best. They never fail to ID an issue and one can rest assured any repairs are completed expertly and on time. Customer service is beyond good and I often call them for advice on other out of town vehicles which they never hesitate to assist even though it's not there in the shop. They have my business for life.

New to Phoenix. Bought an used Subaru and wanted a good shop to do a full service on it. Found ToyoMotors through Yelp as they had great reviews. Super clean and welcoming shop. Comfortable waiting room with cold water bottles, coffee, WiFi and USB charging ports. The staff is very friendly. The owner Neil reached out to me and I got to meet the technician who worked on my car.

A complete service was done and Subarus are quite demanding. Everything was done with attention to details and everything was cleaned as they went along. I am not the easiest dude to please easily, but ToyoMotors did exactly what I wanted, a thorough service to start my used car on the right foot. Thanks guys!

STARTER REPLACED AND OIL PAN. FROM SETTING UP APPOINTMENT TO PICKING UP MY CAR THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND JUST TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. REALLY GLAD I FOUND THEM. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR AUTO REPAIRS FOR ABOUT SIX YEARS NOW. 100% WOULD RECOMMEND.

Took my car in because the local chain shop was telling me I had a bad head gasket. Didn't trust them so I brought it to Toyo for a second opinion. They took it for the day and told me all was good and recommended some future maintenance. Saved me $3500 and they didn't even charge for the checkout. They've earned my business going forward.

Long overdue post. I've been a customer of ToyoMotors since moving to AZ 5 yrs ago. Very reliable and honest in what they do. I've had various different things done on my Lexus RX from ToyoMotors over the years from routine maintenance to battery, etc. Recently they helped with replacing both low beam headlights on the vehicle. Price was fair and work was done on time as communicated. Jesus at the front desk is awesome to work with. I trust ToyoMotors with any work to be done on my car.

I've dealt with Jesus, Nick, and all the guys for years and never had a less than stellar experience. If you are serious about getting your 'yota serviced proper, this place hands-down beats the dealer and all the little shops around the valley. Can't go wrong with these guys.

They have been able to pin down the problem when other auto shops couldn't. I've been taking all my Toyota Prius' here since. They are a bit out of my way but I would rather drive a little extra to make sure my car is in good hands. Everyone is friendly and reliable. Scheduling is easy and convenient. They are flexible and patient. Hands down recommend taking your vehicle here if you have a hybrid.

There are a lot of good things about this place: the respectful front-end customer service, the fact that they can be reached via email, the overnight car dropoff. What could be better: the work done on the car. One small example: I brought in my car to get a coolant leak diagnosed. The person checked the coolant and told me what the problem was. It was something simple. Afterward, I checked the engine, and I noticed that the person didn't refill my coolant. Didn't even mention it. I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't checked. Come on, guys. $100 to check for a leak and to wipe where the radiator hose goes.

I brought my 2001 Tacoma to ToyoMotors for a check engine light that I needed to fix to get my truck to pass emissions. I had gone to another place before and they didn't even try to figure out why the light was on. They just cleared the check engine light and told me to go try to get it to pass. At ToyoMotors I received professional assistance. Their waiting room has the most comfortable seating and free WiFi.

They were able to find out why the light was on. It was a disconnected vacuum hose and 3 of my ports were clogged. They reconnected the hose and unclogged the ports. Best place in town.

What a terrific experience. Both of our 2008 Sequoia and Accord are showing issues with age and needed some attention with a variety of odd things (rear AC, visor, dome lights, side view mirror mechanics, sunroof vent stuck, auto rear latch, etc). Jesus listened patiently to this list of items and was confident they could all be addresses, either common or require some investigation.

Really instilled confidence that they would figure things out and we were in good hands. Both he and Nick are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, obvious the shop has good communication, and they set clear expectations. Great job guys!

If you choose to go here ALWAYS double check the "service" they claim to perform. Down to the windshield wipers. Save your time and money by going elsewhere if you can. 1/3 of the job was done! But claimed otherwise. Luckily we know about cars and how to check when the work is done properly, after asking one of his employees for proof of test perform; they were unable to provide a print out confirming they did what they claimed.

We talked to the owner about the job that was not done but charged in FULL! we were asked to take the car back and he will do they job they were supposed to do in the first place! And even offered to give a partial payment back as long as we don't leave a BAD review; giving them the benefit of the doubt, we took the car back and the job was still not done properly! Don't waste your time going here. Doing the review under a different user just to avoid dealing with them any further! -Since my boyfriend keeps his word he didn't want to write the review BUT I didn't agree to anything and I do not like to see people get taken advantage. Doesn't mean it didn't happen. We decided not to reach out any further as we have already went twice, why be disappointed three times.

The best shop for your Prius! I have been to this shop several times for my gen 2 Prius. I have found them to be honest and fair. Nick at the front desk is friendly as well. This last Friday I was driving on the 101 and the red triangle of death came on along with some other dash lights. I called and drove right over to Toyo Motors. They immediately checked the car, explained it was the hybrid pump motor, and since they had replaced it for me within the past year, they immediately got it back into their shop, and replaced the faulty OEM pump.

All this occurred on a Friday afternoon so I fully expected to need a lift home and leave it until next week. However, in this case they had the part on hand and got it right back into the shop and fixed it immediately on a Friday afternoon no less. Much Appreciated Toy Motors! Brian

Thank you ToyoMotors! I cannot thank your staff enough Neil. I had to bring my car for an emergency fix and was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Shout out to Jesus, Pedro, and Doug (hopefully I got the names right). This business is very honest and way below dealership pricing! They treat you like family and will continue to come here as long as I own my hybrid. Safe healthy my friends and thank you once again for getting my car back on the road.

Wow wow wow. Great service compared to so many other mechanics. Jesus and Nick were incredibly accommodating and polite, and didn't try and bs me on "other things" my car may have needed fixed like others have before. Ladies- you can trust these guys not to hoodwink you. They're trustworthy and dependable for sure!

I wanna like this place but I need to share my experience. Took my 2013 Honda CRV in a July and wanted them to replace my my brake pads and rotors. At 125K miles I think it was time. They came back and stated my break pads were at 60% and did not recommend replacement but. the rear struts were leaking, brake fluid was dirty and air cabin filter needed replacing for $700.00.

I appreciated their honesty and had the work performed. Today, Nov 16, 4 months later and about 5 thousand more miles, the brake wear indicators are grinding. Imagine that! Not going back. Disappointed, thought I had found a legit place.

I took our 2009 Camry Hybrid into a place I trust, only to realize I needed a place that specialized in hybrid cars. While the diagnosis at the other place ended up correct, the way they went about it led me to wonder if it was the right place to go. I found ToyoMotors and read reviews and then realized this is where I should have gone in the first place. Spoke with Neil, the owner, and described my problem and what had been done so far. Neil, to his credit, laid out their process to evaluate and did not disparage the other shop, but did indicate there was a better and easier method to diagnose. End of story, our car went to ToyoMotors and was resolved in a short period of time. Thanks ToyoMotors!

Called several shops in north Phoenix area to get prices on timing belt replacement and other maintenance items. I also checked Google, Yelp, other reviews. Decided to try ToyoMotors for timing belt and was happy with their services. They have a 3yr 36k warranty which is very impressive. I I have more maintenance items to be done and hope to return soon. I chose them since they specialize and prices are comparable to other highly rated shops I checked out.

I took my 2002 Lexus LS 430 to the local Lexus dealer here in Scottsdale to fix a VSC warning light. ( I had researched the problem on the net and YouTube but nothing worked for more than a couple miles) They told me it was going to be $195 to "diagnose" the problem. At a Lexus dealership that means at least $500, especially in Scottsdale, AZ. Anyway, a friend suggested Toyo Moto service on Bell.

I went there and they said I had to leave it and they would get back to me. They then paid for a UBER to get me home. They called 4-5 hours later and told me they had to recalibrate some steering thing and that it was fixed. I took a deep breath and asked how much this set me back. It was only $97. TOTAL! If you have a Lexus or a Toyota that needs work I would recommend these guys. 100%.
