I needed to get my car towed after a minor accident, and I am so glad that I found their service. They were able to come and pick up my car within an hour of me contacting them, and they towed it to the nearest mechanical garage. On yesterday 11/29 around 4:30pm I called this company to get my car towed less than 8miles away. The dispatcher told me the driver by the name of Gerardo Calderon was coming in 30 min. 1 hour pass by still no wrecker truck. My car was parked at the mechanic shop and they were closing down and would charge me to keep my car there. I called the dispatcher back and he said the driver was suppose to call me in 5 min, 1 hour pass by still no truck; still no call.
I called back and demanded the wrecker truck driver call me. He finally called and said he's 20 min away.30 min passed by and still no wrecker truck. I was so frustrated and disappointed at this company. Its almost 6:30pm I've waited 2 hours and when the guy gets here I asked his how much will I have to pay because the dispatcher told me $59 first then $35 later, but the truck driver told me $59 first then $75 later.
I was so mad at this point because I was quoted two different prices and he didn't have any sympathy for me. I called the dispatcher back to get a refund or a discount no one answered they didn't want to help me out. I was so desperate and needed my car towed I didn't get home until 8:30 on top of that the truck driver took over an hour to put my car on the flat bed, this is outrageous. I'm still looking to get a refund or a credit back into my account I will NEVER CALL THIS TOW COMPANY AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

Great service, I was concerned that my car, being towed to the Dealer for repairs, would be damaged by the towing service; not a scratch. Did not get a FIVE because I was not happy for the additional $30.00 charge for: "in case we have to wait for someone to direct us where to drop the car off." There was another suspicious charge for "additional equipment" which was dropped upon my complaint. There was no additional equipment required other than their chains and straps.that is not a legitimate charge as those are common to towing. The crew was diplomatic.

Life savers!! On my way back from Galveston to Conroe my car broke down, called several companies, waited for two hours for one! finally had enough of it so I cancelled and called another. Called Towing star who knew exactly where I was, and after about 20min they were at my place. The driver was nice, clean trucks to sit inside off, price was good for a drive back to Conroe, will deff recommend this guys to anyone!!!

If you are able to request anyone, request Ariel. He was amazing! Ariel is kind, thoughtful, and does good work. This is the man you want to work with, especially if you were the victim of (or even if you caused) a car accident. If you have the choice, choose Ariel. It is amazing how much a little consideration can improve your day after a horrific accident.
I wish my roadside assistance company had called Towing Star from the beginning and saved me from the horrible encounters I had with other tow companies. Towing Star is well worth your time.
