This place does really really good work and their fair on pricing they're friendly and they look around to make sure you don't have something else that's going to cause you problems in the future and if they do find issues for you in the future they give you options and prices can't ask for more than that

They changed my oil, and helped me troubleshoot a headlight issue. They helped without trying to upsell me or ram the most expensive solution down my throat. Their prices were fair, and I would recommend Torbitt's to anyone.

Mike and Ben helped me out over the phone because my sons VW had a bad starter. They said they would get it done within a day or two and instead it was done the same day and my son brought it in around noon. They were polite, quick, fairly priced and made it easy for this remote to me transaction which was greatly appreciated.

I was an hour and a half from home and my car's check engine light turned on about a mile away from Torbitt's. My car was barely running and I pulled into Torbitts around 4pm. When I came in the shop to let them know what was going on everyone was more than helpful. Even though they were closing for the day within the hour they got my car in right away to diagnose the issue.

They cleared the issue and got me back on the road. Mike would not write me up a bill. The crew were some of the nicest people that my wife and I have met. I wish I could say that I had a garage like Torbitts in my town. I guess we will have to move to Oswego. Great Job!

Honest and high quality work. This is one of those places where you can drop off the vehicle and tell them to do what's needed and know that you won't be cheated. I had an intermittent problem with my truck, and they were super about troubleshooting, and not charging me for failed attempts. Great group of trustworthy guys.

Mike and his staff always take great care of our vehicles. Timely service, updates on maintenance and most important honesty. When I have brought vehicles in to Mike with a problem he always calls to explain what needs to be done and why. If the vehicle is still eligible for warranty coverage he always defers his opportunity to make the repair and sends us to the dealer with specific information to ensure we get it taken care of. I would not have my service done anywhere else.
