This company was fantastic. I came in wanting an oil change done on my RV, and they discovered when driving it that one of my rear brakes was completely ruined and I needed a new rotor and brake pads. I was on the way back from a 10k mile road trip and didn't have a lot of time to spend waiting for work to be done but I needed to make sure my rig was safe! They got me in and out in no time for an incredibly affordable price and mr RV was running great and felt safe.

High class customer service and quality repairs. The owner and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. They take a lot of care in working with your truck. My inspection failed due to the real cause ( muffler leak) and a tie rod play. They perform critical inspection and if you care about your safety and want to fix before anything happen. Make sure you stop here to get inspect your vehicles at TOP TRUCK OF WEST SPRINGFIELD. The owner put a free marker light bulb. They are welcoming and humble people. Im back on road today with peace of mind.

Horrible customer service. This place is a joke and should be shut down. We were upset with a problem that was created by top truck and brought it to their attention. We got the run around and it turned into a full blown argument. Their response was "pay us and leave" when we said no, we are not paying because you didn't do your job, they called the police.
At the end of the event we received a refund for terrible service by the owner who told us "don't come back" as he handed over the cash. Don't worry, I will never return there in my life.
