The customer service at Tony's body shop is great. Went in to replace a part on my truck. They told me it would be about an hour and a few minutes. Got it back in roughly 35 to 40 minutes and they washed it. To all staff member: awesome team and thank you for a excellent service. Thank you.

About a few days ago my wife and I went to see the Tony's body shop in Oxnard, we heard so many great recommendations to go there to get my car repainted because of the paint chips, but when I arrived there to ask the lady about a quote, she told me they don't do paint jobs unless it was from a collusion, I was a bit confused when she told that after viewing Tony's website on how they use the best car paint.

I was very bummed out about this that I told my wife what happened and we left the area. I live in Santa Maria and I would have gone the distance to get my car done at Tony's shop after hearing the high recommendations but after that situation I gone through in the front desk it's best to do business else where

If I could give them no stars I would. I trusted my vehicle being here after I was rear ended. I understand that they have to take apart the car to see if it's a total loss BUT please tell me why I got some of my car parts back SCRATCHED UP AND BROKEN. My front splitter is cracked and my front grill has some orange stuff all over it that won't come off.

They scratched up my rear spoiler. When I got there everything was literally thrown around in carts like trash. I also had a light brake module that's gone lol. Oh can't forget I had cameras in my vehicle tell me why they unplugged my cameras while working on my vehicle? I will never recommend anyone to go to this business all they care about is the money not the customers. They made the whole insurance claim process more stressful than it should've been. BY FAR WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

HUGE, HUGE, HUGE THANK YOU TO TONY'S BODY AND COLLISION REPAIR! They went way above and beyond helping me get my car repaired from a bad collision. They repaired it expertly and quickly while often notifying me about what was going on throughout the repairs. They are incredibly friendly, honest and their expertise and warranty is absolutely the best. I highly recommend them. Hands down the best repair shop anywhere.

Tony's is first rate. Had to use them twice this year for repairs on my 2015 RAV 4. Body work was excellent - including covering up some of the nicks and scratches on other parts of the car. Staff were kind, professional and courteous, and did their work on time and under warranty. My car was fully cleaned and detailed when I picked it up. Best cleaning ever! Best it's ever looked. Let me just say 15 years ago I would have given Tony's a 5 star. But I took my daughters Honda CRV in to get an estimate, but the estimate was with me supplying them with all the parts. We wanted them to also do a complete paint job on the vehicle but Mike the one giving the estimate gave us a song and dance about how they are a collision repair shop and they don't want to do complete paint jobs because of the time schedule.

So back to the estimate. Remember I am supplying the parts, so to replace a fender and replace the black plastic piece under the plastic bumper that would not be painted along with the plastic trim that also does not get painted, taking out a few door dings we were looking at.ready for this? $11,000.00 YES YOU READ THIS RIGHT! Eleven thousand dollars.

People have been asking where Superior is and they have changed names but still the same great quality. They are now called Fix Auto on the corner of Wooley and Patterson.

I gave them a call and usually I would think because of covid the part that my car needed to be replace were going to take a while to ship but no I had my car in their shop 2 days after that phone call. my car was in the shop for 2 weeks weeks, front bumper and hood were messed up. It had nothing to do with them being slow but more thing in the side of the car were damage.

Throughout the process Paul kept me up dated every 3 days to see how the job was coming out. After I picked up my car it looked like it came out right out the dealership. I Highly recommend this place for a good price and quality of work they do. Ps their Communication system is top A

I've brought in my cars here a few times to get collision repairs (unfortunately) however I couldn't be more than satisfied with the work Tony's body shop has provided. They always finish on time and leave the car as if it was new again! Jayson, Jacob, and their staff have been nothing but great. They are accommodating, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. There are not enough kind words to say about them. I recommend everyone to check them out before going elsewhere, you won't be disappointed!

Tony's is top notch! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank goodness that you are able to take your vehicle anywhere, not where the insurance company wants you to go. If that were the case I don't think I would be this happy. The crew was amazing to work with and Jason went above and beyond. My expectations were exceeded!

Just Go. Son had a fender bender in our classic car. I assigned him to get estimates for the repair, so we had some choices. I had my Suburban repaired by Tony's in the past, so I had him include Tony's as part of the search. Tony's was a bit more, but fair. I let him decide where he wanted to take it. He decided Tony's based on his visit and his experience in the quote process, their confidence (and our past experience). Suffice it to say that they out did themselves. Adrian took care of all our needs, kept us informed, contacted us for details, and went above and beyond.

Simply put, THE BEST! Hands down! Over the years I have come to rely of their excellent craftsmanship and professional and courteous service. Am I a bad driver? Maybe, but when I'm in a fender bender or near total you know where I'll be. Most recently they replaced a rear quarter glass on my 4Runner. It looks better than ever. Big thanks to Adrian, Delilah, and their courtesy shuttle team!

Never again. After a fender bender, took my car to Tony's for repair. $4600 of damage, after the repair I noticed a rather large strip of paint missing on the edge of the windshield on frame. After pointing it out, they refused to touch it up with some paint. That's just bad business.

Great service. We had significant front end damage repaired and they matched the paint and repaired seamlessly. The service here is fantastic as well. Photo shows damage before repairs. Service agent even disconnected my fog light during first estimate to make sure it didn't fall off while I was driving. All the staff (Including the driving service) were very caring and friendly.

My experience with Tony's Body Shop was A+ from start to finish. I'd been in a collision and needed a shop with technical expertise. I decided to go with Tony's since they are qualified to deal with brands like Tesla. It was a painless process due to the professionalism of all of their helpful staff. Jason was outstanding. Cannot thank this team enough. Had a minor accident, after spending most of the day calling around for quotes, the operator at Tony's ask me to come in. Visited Tony's for a quote and they got me going quickly. Cynthia and Christian were courteous and very knowledgeable. It's hard to find good customer service these days. You can tell they love what they do.
