We have been using Tommy's for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience. Michael and his team go above and beyond to deliver high quality service. We were super pleased with our most recent visit; they texted a link to a full breakdown of suggested services with pricing and we were able to select the ones we wanted performed. We also received a text when the vehicle was ready. We feel like it saved a lot of time and back and forth. Highly recommend!

Having just had my vehicle in for repair @ Toyota of Denton, where the dealership charged me over $ 1,000.00 for a problem they didn't fix, Tommy's technician immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it - for $ 75.00. The process was quick, they were responsive and cheerful. I'll definitely be coming back. Services: Electrical repair, Wiper blade installation

My car was taken in after it broke down because they happened to be the closest mechanic to where my car died. They wanted to charge $1500 for my alternator and $2500 in additional repairs. We towed my car to our usual, trusted mechanic and they quoted $600 for my alternator and $400 for the other repairs. Best of all, nothing is even wrong my with alternator.
It's charging fine. Tommy's would have charged me almost 3x over the value of the parts and labor for what should have been a simple battery change. And the worst thing that is wrong with my car right now, wasn't even on Tommy's diagnostics list. I looked forward to seeing the owners google response where they copy and paste something about a miscommunication or how they only provide accurate, well priced diagnostics!

I called Monday morning at 7:30 and Jason said they could get me in the same day. Dropped off my car by 8 and had it back by 4. They were explained everything in detail. They even have a shuttle to drop you off and pick you up if needed. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again if needed. I would highly recommend.

I had a problem with the gear shift in my Toyota SUV. Tommy's quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts needed for the repair. As seems to be the case with everything these days, it took awhile for the parts to come in, so I was grateful for the free loaner car. The seven-year warranty on the parts is nice too! Everyone at the shop was so nice, and the work was outstanding. Top quality all around!
