Hit a curb and burst a tire that had to be replaced. David was professional, pleasant and courteous. The work on my car was excellent. I will be using them again and highly recommend them. 4/15/22 Back again to have a fender liner replaced. Just really nice and competent people, including Greg the Tire World shuttle driver. Highly recommend.

I came in with a popped tire that was beyond repair. They got me right in and were able to get brand new tires for me better than what I had for a reasonable price. Rob was very pleasant to work with and gave me a courtesy call with all the work done and cost of all repairs required. They had all the repairs done and tires on in less than 2 hours ready to pick up. Great service and will definitely do business with them again!

I have always had good luck and service with the Tireworld down the street from where I live. I feel they're honest and have fair pricing. It's nice to see some of the same people have worked there for awhile. That says a lot to me. High turnover usually hurts the customer in the long run. Today one of the front desk guys took me out to my car to show me where to locate something under my hood so that I know where to check it in the future.
He went out of his way which was nice. I would give them five stars, but the only reason I am giving them four is due to some pricing confusion for an oil change. I received a couple of different quotes for an oil change, one from an agent scheduling appointments versus the person at the front desk. I didn't care for the inconsistency in pricing and when I asked for the lower price given by the agent the front desk person acted as if that was difficult to do.

The guys were very nice and knowledgeable, and offer a bunch of inspections for free to make sure you know exactly what state your car is in. They also were able to get everything done within about an hour. My dad recommended them to me and I'm glad I converted over to them, so I can get rid of the dealership mechanics that don't seem to be as knowledgeable

I dropped my sons tire off for a flat repair and Robert was very helpful. Unfortunately, the flat was unrepairable, the shop was unable to get a hold of me to see how they should proceed moving forward. When I spoke to Robert the next morning he advised me that they just put a new tire on. Since they were not able to contact me to get my consent they just ended up subsidizing the cost of the tire.
I'm sure this is a one off situation, as they seem to really be thorough and have things pretty organized. But I really appreciated that they didn't charge me for the cost of the tire since they didn't have my consent to do so first. This is the proper way to do business and to make sure that you take care of the customer by not adding any undo financial hardship by charging them for an assumption made.
I would definitely go back to Tire World and will consider them for future business when we need tires. Seeing how they operate with integrity and great customer service, which is rare these days, Id give them an A+ and will definitely be back when I need tires in the future.
