Tire Rifik

I took my 2014 Silverado there for TPMS sensors a year ago. They knocked every weight out of place on four tires - sending them out of balance while installing the sensors. I hade to take it back in to properly balance them once again. The sensors never displayed accurate information either, as if they weren't re learned by the system. $500+ for that install and lots of attitude from Dylan and the Woman who works there.

They denied doing so until I brought back and showed them the vehicle that they made UNSAFE when I drove on the highway fast forward to this year. I bought a set of $1500 Falken Wildpeak At3 tires to have put on my 2021 Toyota Tundra. There were several problems with this. 1. The truck was horribly out of alignment after install and I was told by Dylan that an alignment can't be performed on my vehicle because of modern lane departure systems. Brookfield Toyota tells me there is nothing additional that needs to be done to the vehicle during alignment.

There is nothing at all that is done with the cameras during the procedure and that Tire-Rifik was lying. 2. Secondly I was told that I was to keep my factory tire pressure even though I upsized. I drove 500 miles and basically ruined the first bit of life in my brand new tires. I went from load range P to load range E, 275 to 285 tires. It absolutely requires additional air pressure and reached out to Falken themselves and received a recommendation that is ten pounds over what Tire Rifik told me I must keep them at.

The tires were worn worse enough that Toyota of Brookfield had to rotate them all, inflate them correctly. I will not give them another chance. They have treated me like a fool and a dumb kid after spending $2000 in less than one year there. I have had great luck with the big name who has a location in Watertown and johnsons creek and I can't believe I gave tire rifik two chances. Fool me twice.

I was visiting Relatives from out of state and had a flat tire on a Saturday. This was the only shop around for 30 plus miles that would take time to fix a tire. Watertown has a true Jewel of a buissness and are very lucky to have them. Great Service.

Top notch service at Tire-Rifik. Nothing really more to say. Dylan was very helpful over the phone and even more so in person. Even though they're 1.5 hours away from where I live, they are on my way to and from my camper. I'll definitely be back!

They went above and beyond with helping me with after market tires for my vehicle. I was very happy. They very time efficient also.

Great experience getting new tires, they showed me why I needed them. I even had a nail in one tire so I'm glad I came. They were super friendly, the dogs were an added touch, they were really sweet. Price was lower than several other places that we checked at. I would recommend this place for tires.

Great job as always on a new set of BFG KO2 for an F150. They are always pleasant to work with. I trust their opinion and input as to what is needes or not needed when it comes to service. Very honest business with reasonable rates. Took my van in with multiple symptoms - they spent a lot of time going over it, trying to make the symptoms appear. None did and haven't come back since. Van is running nicely. Charge for the time spent? $00! And if you are looking for tires, their prices Include all the 'little things' needed that others charge for separately, And a Road Hazard ins policy Free!

They definitely take care of their customers and find them the best deal possible. They support the community and especially support the veterans.

Have been coming here for years. They do a great job getting you in as soon as possible. Tell you about rebates, and even get all the paper work printed and ready for you to send out. Always tell you about things that may become a problem but don't push for expensive un needed repairs!

I can't say enough nice things about the terrific folks at Tire-Rifik. We have been loyal repeat customers for close to 10 years, and they have never disappointed us. You of course can get your tires there, and it's always a good value. But they do so much more. They do just about any repair outside of major engine and transmission work.

We have a 12 year old car from a defunct Korean manufacturer and they've found parts and did the work in a big hurry. And that's not all. When times for us were a little rough, they were very accommodating to our situation. Tire-Rifik is what locally owned, locally operated is all about. They will always have our business.
