Tiny & Sons Glass

I had a stone hop up from the road and crack my windshield. I had a lousy experience once with Safelight (they were recommended by my Auto Insurance) so I tried Tiny and Sons. What a difference! Tiny and sons were so excellent from start to finish. I requested and they got OEM glass, installed it flawlessly at my place of work and even left me a can of professional glass cleaner as a thank you. They were simply outstanding. Thanks Peter and the folks at Tiny and Sons!

I randomly found a crack in my windshield and called my insurance company to make a claim. They suggested a few places including Tiny & Sons and I looked up the reviews for all places. I was convinced by the reviews that were left about this place. I waited to come back and write my full review and so I could see how my windshield held up and it's been fine! The process was super easy and they were super nice. Came to my apartment complex and fixed it up in no time!

I just had the absolute best experience I have ever had involving anything with my car. I had a massive crack in my windshield and need to get it fixed, I was originally going to have them do a mobile fix but it was too cold so we scheduled it the be brought the the shop. I didn't have a ride so I was planning on waiting, when I got there guy comes out and take me keys and goes "are you waiting it going to be a while" I was like yeah I don't have any other choice.

He said hold on I will pull you right in. At this point I still think I'm probably stuck waiting outside in the snow for 2hrs but I was prepared for that. No joke less than 45 min and he comes pulling out with my car. This was the best service I have ever received these guys are a class act.

They are ok.no better, no worse than anyplace else. All glass repair/replacement businesses are the same. And of course they may get great reviews by some of their customers, that's primarily because the customer isn't forking over any money from his own pocket. The insurance company pays, so naturally the customer doesn't feel the pain. Take the insurance Co. out of the process, and I'm sure you the reviews would read differently.

Thank you to tiny and sons! You were a recommendation and I am so happy I chose your company. First, thank you to Melissa for calling me to set up an appointment and had ALL of the details figured out and was already working with the insurance company. Such a help for me to do minimal work. Secondly, their crew (who just left my car) hav shown up and had gotten to work by the time I looked out the window (and realized that they were here) they were already done.

And third, they updated me and were so nice and respectful. I am certainly not use to this kind of service. Before I had used J N Phillips glass who ruined my previous vehicle by "accidentally" dropping piece of foam in my vents. So if you are looking for a very reliable place please choose tiny and sons thank you for everything!

We had a tough job removing glass from an old window frame to put it in a new one. Matt was patient in tackling the challenge and was able to complete it without any issues, he also showed up right when they said they would. I'll use them over the brand names going forward. Give them a shot!

These guys are professionals! They do the job right, not like the cut rate companies that some insurance companies want you to use. Those other companies can and do scratch the paint surrounding your windshield. It's under the mouldings so you can't see the scratches until a year or two when the windshield frame rusts and rot holes occur in the metal happen. You won't have any problems with Tiny & Sons!

Outstanding! Progressive was going to whack me for $1000 for a windshield. I was referred to Tiny and it was a great experience from start to finish. Waaaaaaay cheaper and it was done in my driveway. Forget about Flo and JN Phillips (who are in bed with the insurance companies - and once left such a gap you could hear the wind rushing in ("professors of auto glass" - right).

I had the good fortune to be referred to Tiny & Sons Glass by my favorite auto dealership Hanover Land Rover. The entire process was terrific. Professional, friendly and supportive. I have been a Land Rover owner for more than 25 years and I am care for my Rovers like their kids. The service today was great and I appreciate the courtesy and attention showed by the staff. While driving home at night some heavy snow and ice fell on my windshield it cracked the length of the windshield i was going to call that day for a windshield replacement while watching TV that morning this Tiny and Sons Glass advertisement came up on the weather channel i'm thinking well that's the next town over from me i gave them a call they told me to come in at 2:00 PM that day they asked for my VIN number just to make sure they had the windshield in stock i had a 2007 Grand cherokee it took @ 1 hour 15 minutes the waiting room was like a man cave they had a TV with sports on it and a couple of big couches and sport jerseys on the wall i was very happy with their service.

Tiny and Sons does all my auto glass and let me tell you they are the best. From the friendly service techs to the amazing can of window cleaner they give this is truly a flawless company. I have had over 15 vehicles in time and every one of them has been serviced successfully by their staff. I love that they come right out to me and make scheduling a breeze. Thanks to them I always have a safe and clear windshiel!

Came to my rescue! After Safelite botched the first install of my windshield and the second try left me with a hanging rearview mirror, and needing another new windshield! That's three if your counting in one week! I took my Jeep to the Quirk Jeep dealership in Marshfield for help. They called Tiny & Son and the president, Peter was shaking my hand in less than 10 minutes. They fixed my car! New windshield installed correctly the first time!

I have to say I've had my windshield replace plenty of times but I haven't experienced the level of professionalism that Tiny and Sons provides until now. From the first phone call to right when he installers were finished, every detail really was handled with care. The office staff was so genuinely happy to help me handle the insurance claim and the installers showed up right on time and we're done in a reasonable amount of time.

My car was as clean as it was before they put the windshield in, you couldn't even tell they just did it; and I have a complimentary can of glass cleaner on my dash. If you want it handled from start to finish without any hassle and trouble free I'm telling you to call Tiny and son's Auto Glass. You won't be disappointed!

Really disappointing service. Called told it would be a week before they could get out to fix my windshield. Booked an appointment on a Thursday between 8 and 10 am. They were a no-show. When I called later I was told they had called me 24 hours prior to appointment to confirm, but I did not answer. (I was at work!). She said she called twice, according to my call identifier that was at 10.36 and again at 10.37.

She did not leave a message. As I did not answer they cancelled my appointment. As she said."no point driving all the way out to your house only to find you are not home" Alternatively no point waiting in for a couple of hours for a no show! Sheesh, how rude!

I have now gotten two windshields replaced through Tiny & Sons. I highly suggest them. Competitive pricing, friendly staff, quality windshield replacement. Not much else I can say.

I was instantly impressed the minute I called. The staff who answered the phone were polite, helpful and informative. They were able to schedule the team to come out to MY location the next day! The installer who came out was friendly and worked quickly and was able to inform me of all the do's and don'ts after my installation. What I thought was great was the impressive condition my car was left in after they took out my windshield, I think it was cleaner AFTER than when I first opened it for them.

I also loved that they left me with a Tiny & Sons paper pad, pen and glass cleaner which I have already almost used up! I can't say enough of how impressed I was from beginning to end with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
