I had them mount 4 new tires, and they were very nice to work with. They worked me in even though they were busy. Good people! Recommend them highly!

I was really looking forward to using this service. This establishment came highly recommended from a prior brother in arms. However we could not get a hold of them initially. Calling several times to no avail. After finally getting a hold of someone, we were hung up on multiple times the moment we said, "quote." Thinking that it was a connection issue my wife tried twice herself on her phone, and again was hung up on.

Then blocked. The reviews and recommendations that we received just doesn't add up. However we are no longer interested in using their services after the treatment received by their customer service representative.

I work for Meals on Wheels and we take all of our front ends shocks brakes tires to him he's one of the most honest man I've ever met and will do you a great job every time. Thank you mr. Joe for taking care of Meals on Wheels vehicles

I forgot to review because of my classes . This guy is the best one ever seen. He really helped me with my car and it's problem. I saved a lot by getting service here. It was just before snowfall when my car slipped and my car was in a bad shape( tire and it's parts) one of the mechanics from a tire shop suggested me to go Thompson tire since another shop were trying to charge me a lot.

This guy is sweet and helpful. I am new to Tyler and yes, I can rely this store. Thanks mr Thompson. I remember now cause I am going there again tomorrow for some service. I was googling when they open then felt like reviewing .

I MUST grade this business 5-STARS. Someone recommended this business to me a couple of years ago for new tires that I needed for my Dodge pickup. The owner sent me to a warehouse for tires that saved me $200.00 compared to the previous establishment that I used. Then, I found out how honest the owner is. Instead of just trying to sell me, he was honest enough to tell me that another business could best handle another issue I had. Mr. Thompson is an honest business man who offers superb services.

Joe is very nice. So is the lady at the front desk although I didn't get her name. Good quality tires. Will continue to do business here. I won't go to another tire shop. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I stopped in here after getting a flat tire and the service was superb! The owner was honest and helpful and treated me right. I received a fair deal and he had me back on my way much quicker than I anticipated. Highly recommend!
