When I originally took my car in I had the car 1 month prior to my incident. they gave me a timeline of 2 weeks. The person who was dealing with my case (Angel) kept calling me updating me of the work that was being completed. They changed my pick up date 3 times, twice the same day I was supposed to pick it up and the third with no warning or reason.

When I asked for photos of the completed work, I was sent pictures of my car with no work completed and covered in dust after 4 weeks. After a difficult discussion with the rep, my car was ready 4 days later; which raised red flags. When they brought out my car, they weren't even able to park it before I rejected the work. Not only did the paint have horrible defects, they left my entire car scratched looking like a 5 year old took a belt sander to it.

When they took off my front bumper they broke the grill which I called them out on and it needed to be replaced. They lied said they would replace it; just got rework done and had to pay out of pocket because they broke the clips and was informed by the new shop that they were only glued into place; never replaced. I rejected the work 3 times, and even took up conversation with the owner John volpe, eventually even pushing to conversations with the regional manager. Ended up taking my business elsewhere, I'd rather pay exorbitant amounts of my own hard earned money rather then let this unprofessional company string me along.

Worst customer service. I truly would give negative stars if I could. In person they are wonderful but will let a claim just sit there for weeks. you must follow up. Than once you call to see what the hold up is.they will make an appointment. Than two different employees will hear your concerns and promise a call back with the inquired information. Neither one called. Worst customer service I have seen in a while, and this is California.so that is a statement.

Fix Auto employee's are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff constantly provided status about my vehicle throughout the repair process. When I received my car back, I was very pleased with the finished product.

I had taken my car to collision pros which ended up being a nightmare and they caused more damage to my car! A friend of mine recommended Fix It Auto so therefore I went through my insurance contacted Orlando which he is just amazing and a blessing any concerns I had was taken care of All my questions were answered.picking up my car was as if I was pulling it off the lot for the first time I could not be more excited and I appreciated all that had been done I feel they go out of the way to make sure that you're comfortable And that your car is in a safe place once again thank you Orlando you're the best!

I was treated very well by the employees at Fix Auto everyone was professional and friendly including my initial phone call to fix auto. Orlando was especially nice and kept me informed at all times. I hope I don't need my car repaired again. However, if I do I will not hesitate to give them a call and I would highly recommend them. Service: Electrical

Juan worked with me directly from the very start, and Claudia worked with me regarding the paperwork. Both were very professional, respectful, courteous, and friendly. Juan was thorough and explained the entire process and the repair time frame, since I was going through my insurance for this repair. What especially stood out as a positive, was that Juan kept me updated thoroughly and frequently by text messages. Thanks FIX Auto. Highly impressed! Fabulous job repairing my vehicle after an accident. The paint job - top notch! Not to mention, my car was returned to me looking like I just bought it off the lot! Customer service was great. Nadine kept me informed with the status of my vehicle every step of the way. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Love this place! The staff here is super friendly. They keep you in the loop on what's going on with your vehicle while it's there. I was promised my car on Friday and they couldn't deliver so they put me in a rental car for the whole weekend. I would absolutely recommend you taking your vehicle to this place!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Nadine (Owner), has been supportive and informative on my accident and repair. I am a (RN) who is in their mid 20's and she has showed utmost care to the process of getting my car fixed, her persona reminds me of a caring nurse BECAUSE she understood how stressful it is for a young adult to be in an car accident. In addition, she treated me like family and provided updates on my rear end accident (Trunk heavily misaligned, Numerous scratches and dents on rear end) on my 2014 Lexus IS250.

This repair shop made my car look like it came fresh out of the dealer. As the picture shown, it is a mirror gloss finish with everything aligned. Also, I got my car to me sooner then the expected date! The front desk staff is also very friendly. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to all my healthcare worker friends as well.
