Better than we could have hoped to find, we will not be going anywhere else. Tapp's treats your vehicle like their own and treats you like family. My Jeep could not be in more capable and caring hands, she has 150k on her and drives like new after they dug deep and found the drive-chain issue, fixed any additional issues and worked with me the entire time regarding next steps and what we could expect in her future.

I have a tailored plan for her long-term care and pictures to help explain what is going on with her. The mechanic himself came out to explain what they found and what was going on. We are pro-active with our cars and have worked with many mechanics as we move often. Of those we have encountered, they are the most knowledgeable, honest, thorough and compassionate.

I came in for oil change. I knew I had not put many miles since my last change. I was told the oil is clean and does not need changing yet. I'm impressed with the honesty and the place in general. Nicest waiting area I have ever seen in auto shop. I will be back.

I took my car to three different mechanics trying to resolve an issue where the car's idle would drop RPM significantly while sitting at a stop sign/light with the car in drive. Also was having intermittent issues with my car starting properly. Ultimately my battery completely died while I was driving back from a trip and had absolutely zero power once I parked.

I dropped my car off without an appointment and was given a ride home since I was within 5 miles. They got to my car the following day and to my absolute surprise and appreciation they figured out the issue was just a bad wire connecting my battery. Because the wire was faulty it was causing my car to get improper voltages and so it was causing all sorts of bizarre problems. It was a $110 solution to a litany of very frustrating issues. I will 100% be returning to this shop for all of my future needs.

I went there to replace a water outlet because it broke, and drained all of my coolant out, so I couldn't go far. It was the closest I to my house. I always look up the part I need so I can pretty much know what price range to expect. I expected somewhere around $200 to $250 labor and all. They charged me $455.79 to replace a plastic $35 to $80 part.

I understand, because I work on cars too, that they have to replace coolant and all that, but $455.79 is too extreme for the repair done. That's more than half what it cost me to replace a fuel pump at a dealership. I looked at the invoice, and saw they charged me $129 dollars for the replacement part I needed. You can easily find that part number( GM 25193922) for $35 to $80 or so.

They appear, so far, to do good quality work, BUT.This place is a gouger, so keep this in mind when you go. I should have just went to the dealership if I knew I would pay that much.

My family and I were traveling across country in an RV when our air-conditioner stopped working. My in-laws referred us to Tapp's Garage and they kindly fit us into their packed schedule. Their service is top-notch and they refilled our air-conditioner freon and checked for leaks in the system. Traveling in 95-100 degree temperature is difficult however it was a lot easier with the help of Olin White and Tapp's Garage. Thank you very much for the service, follow-up and expert advice. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

Tapp's is great. Smart, reliable people there made my experience great. I brought in a Lexus RX and a BMW 328i. They did great work on both, cleaned the cars to perfection, and the work was very reasonably priced. I'll be going to Tapp's from here on out! I noticed my car was having some issues, I just moved from Florida recently and haven't found a mechanic yet. Took it to Tapp's based off the reviews and they did not disappoint. Glen and Olin gave phenomenal service. Extremely helpful, informative, with pictures and descriptions of everything as well as recommendations. They also gave me a free shuttle ride back to my house (yet again saving me time and money). They did not pressure at all and gave a good price in my opinion. I just moved to Denver from Florida and realized that I needed to winterize my car. I decided to take my car to Tapp's Garage. That was a great decision! The communication skills here are fantastic. Olin took time to explain everything to me and my options. They did the service that I requested and I'm very satisfied. Everyone there is polite and personable. I highly recommend them.

I seriously loved getting my car fixed here. The price was reasonable on the work I had done. They were able to diagnose it and fix it all in the same day. Olin was so nice and made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. I love how they email you a Digital Inspection including pictures and videos of your vehicle. I'm a happy customer.

Brought my 94 diesel ambulance in. Needed quite a few things done to it, and the overall cost wasn't too bad. Their thorough check of the vehicle gave me a lot of confidence and insight into the overall condition of the vehicle, which I purchased recently. They got the work completed in the time frame they originally stated, and their communication was outstanding.

They make every effort to be transparent about what NEEDS to be done, and what is suggested. Unlike other garages, they tell you when they are recommending a service based on observations or just routine maintenance schedule. Olin is fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable.

Just moving to Denver, I am happy to find Tapp's garage which is approved by AAA. They were helpful and courteous to fit me in their booked schedule at the last minute. I came for minor car maintenance - oil and engine and air filter change, tire rotation, windshield wiper but received the life saving repair thanks to their courtesy multi-points check up which found out one of my rear tire lost few bolts and one bolt was loosely secured.

Due to my time constraint, they even sent one of their technician to pick up the bolts from Subatu dealer! They kept me updated throughout the process! I received the complete and very informative car inspection! Their price for those repairs are reasonable and the waiting room is nice equipped with coffee and soft drinks! On top of that, you also received the free car wash. I am happy to find Tapp's garage for my future car repair needs! Thank you!

I was referred to Tapp's by a friend and was very pleased with the service that I received. As a single female, a trip to the mechanic always gives me a bit of anxiety as you never know if someone might take advantage of a lack of car knowledge. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I felt my Jeep was in good hands. They resolved several issues extremely efficiently and even offered shuttle service to/from my job. This will definitely be my go to shop for future needs!
