Ratings and reviews make a difference! Luck got a liitle better when the googs said "Hey what about TSM.4.9 shop?!" Way to go googs! They got me in with their busy schedule and back on the road in just a few days. Not bad with it being a holiday weekend. Super friendly staff, honest technician and quality repairs. AND THERE WAS EVEN SWEDISH FISH!

I purchased a used Volvo private party. The A/C didn't work after I tried to use it once it was warmer. I had the car in for survive with another Volvo repair place and they said it was fine, but it was still blowing hot air. I knew I needed to find a different repair place. I did a lot of research and found this place. Accurate Auto didn't dismiss my need for A/C repair and actually diagnosed a small repair of needing the freon topped upped.
Accurate Auto didn't upsale, try to Diagnose a bigger problem so they could charge more money, or even just dismiss my repair, like the other place did. I was in constant contact with accurate auto about the status of the repair. There was a tiny problem with the top up of the Freon and my compressor blew on the air conditioning unit while refilling the Freon.
Accurate auto, went out of their way to replace a brand new air conditioner compressor in my car without charging me and still had all the work done when they said they would. I cannot even tell you how professional, accountable, and reasonable this business is to work with. I will be bringing my car back for repairs when necessary without a doubt. BTW, my A/C is running fantastic. Thank you Accurate Auto!

Took my Volvo here for the first time. Daniel listened to my concerns and reassured me that my Volvo would get proper care from Raymond. I picked up my car later that day and found out some of my concerns were not as bad as I was thinking. They were honest, friendly and saved me unnecessary work on my car. I will definitely be coming back for future service! If you're looking for a new shop to take your Volvo, I definitely recommend T Scandia.

It was very easy to make an appointment online. The friendly crew had me in and out in one day, even staying open a little later to make sure I had my car back for the weekend. Always good under the HOOD thanks to Ben & Regina. Seriously NOT another Saab story.here. We will drive and restore our Saab's forever.but this crew is absolutely critical and the best.would even consider owning a Subaru or Volvo simply because of the T.Scandia crew. I bring them our "Saabs" all the way from Hood River when they need some sort of service, and they make dropping off and after hour pick ups work. Simply the best.
