Always helpful and honest about what my car needs. I've never felt upsold on things I don't need. I ask what needs done now or soon and what can wait and get a answer to help me prioritize. Then I choose if I want to do all the work all and save a trip or wait on some till later for parts that aren't bad yet, but are approaching end-of-life.

This is the only place that I will take my car whenever I need service. I can go to Subaru but I don't get the same friendly customer service and they don't make me feel valued. Frank at the desk is great he laughs he smiles and makes you feel important. The mechanics are spot on, very quick, and know what they are doing. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY MANY YEAR'S, THEY HAVE ALWAYS PROVIDED EXCELLENT REPAIR WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE JUST HAD NEW SPRINGS PLACED ON MY AUDI STATION WAGON AND THE CAR RIDES LIKE A BRAND NEW CAR AGAIN, IT HANDLES LIKE A DREAM, THE WORK DONE WAS EXCEPTIONAL, AND IT WAS DONE IN 1 DAY, I WAS AMAZED AND VERY HAPPY. I HAVE ALSO HAD MY VOLVO WORKED ON AT THE SWEDISH SOLUTION AND IN THE PAST MY SAAB'S, SO IF YOU WON'T A REPAIR SHOP THAT CARES AND WILL GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT, THEN CHOOSE THIS REPAIR SHOP BECAUSE THEY PROVIDE OUTSTANDING WORK AND THE COMMUNICATION IS GREAT.

I brought my car in for the first time to get an oil change. It was either here, or the dealership. I will choose Swedish Solutions EVERYTIME! The service was fantastic from start to finish. They offered me a loaner car to use. Who does that any more? Customer service is their priority. The text message I received letting me know the details of my service was the icing on the cake! I'm a loyal customer for life!

November 2021 - Run flat tire went flat. Unusual size of tire (given RFT & A/S - our requirement) - ordered set of 4 from TireRack and had delivered to Swedish Solution - 2 days (free shipping). Great communications from both TireRack and Swedish Solution - the next day, Swedish Solution had the new tires mounted, balanced, alignment completed (plus overdue oil change).

Great work, good prices, done quickly. Also, AAA delivered vehicle to Swedish Solution and Frank texted immediately car had arrived safely at Swedish Solution. 2 years ago - Loaner car - work completed on time - good Communnications.

We had a wonderful experience at Swedish Solution Automotive Specialists! They were able to quickly diagnose the problems on our Volvo. We had to have our engine mount replaced and the thermostat and sensor also. Kim was very friendly and offered us a free loaner while our car was being repaired. Frank was so very helpful, caring and friendly. They were able to diagnose our problems quickly and had it all repaired in less than 24 hours!

I also had an opportunity to meet Wendy, the owner! She is such a caring, sincere, genuine and friendly person! We were blessed to have found this awesome automotive repair shop with such friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional employees and owner! We would highly recommend them to everyone!

I was charged TWICE for getting my snow tires off. It took me calling back the next day about why it was so expensive for them to realize that they double charged me. Flash forward 4 months later, and I'm calling about getting my brakes repaired. When I asked how much the TOTAL cost would be, I was told $550. Upon getting there, they have the audacity to look me in the eye, and ask for nearly $750, instead. At that point, the work was already done, and it was too late to take my business elsewhere. Just what does "total cost" mean to any of you?

Swedish Solutions did a great job fixing my wheel bearing on my Volvo s40. As always, the price was reasonable, service was great, the repair was done quickly and they let me use one of the loner cars while it was being fixed. On top of all that, and without me asking, they fixed my windshield wiper fluid intake valve which was broken for free. I've taken my car to other places and they've all quoted crazy amounts to fix the valve. Would highly recommend Swedish Solutions.

Thank you so much! We could not figure out why the dreaded "check engine" light was coming on. We had taken it in before but the light persisted. But I took it to Swedish.diagnosed the issue and fixed it super fast. My car was ready to go in 6 hours and the price was very reasonable. Love these guys. They take care of my Volvo like it's their own!

They replaced my front differential on my 2011 BMW 318 XI. They found a quality used part with warranty versus $2k for part from dealer and did outstanding work. Very pleased. Service: Transmission

After taking my 2009 Saab to four different repair shops I finally drove to the Eastside to Swedish solution. In fact two of the repair shops recommended Swedish solution. I had a electrical issue that was draining my battery every couple of days. Dropped my car off on Monday afternoon and by 8:30 AM on Tuesday I received a text message with the issues. Car was fixed and I was on my way the next day. Fair price and great service. Worth a 45 minute drive from the east side.
