These guys were great they installed a new soft top for my Jeep i told them i was leaving for a few weeks and they said they could get it done before i left and they did and it looks great the ladies in the front office were awesome to work with and very pleasant and helpful will recommend to all my family and friends. This company is outstanding and the quality of their work is second to none. I worked on a custom design for my 59 Apache and they blew me away! I would highly recommend them and not go anywhere else! randy the owner is a great guy, John the installer is a true craftsman and a gentleman! Judy who handles everything in the shop is absolutely the best, they took my vision and brought it too life. Judy and John were PHENOMENAL to work with and the patience to work with me.which is not easy because i am meticulous when it comes to detail.

I brought my 99 Mercedes to them and Randy looked at it. Needs a headliner, seats reupholstered, and some dash work. That was in early November 2021. I was told they would call me with a quote. 3 weeks later I called and was asked to take pictures and email them, and they would "get back to me by the end of the week ". 3 more weeks went by and I called again. Was again asked to send pics and "will hear back by the end of the week".

We are now into early 2022. I called again and was AGAIN asked to send pics.and I was told that even to get my headliner done, it wouldn't be until August 2022. Needless to say, I'm done dealing with this place. I'm a professional and my money spends the same as online else's. Very poor customer service. Not impressed.

I recently took my door panels to superior interiors to have them reupholstered with my own fabric. They both came out great. They were kind enough to fit my panels into their schedule despite how busy they are. 10/10 would recommend. Service: Upholstery installation

If this guys work is anything like his communication skills, I'd pass! 2 emails and 3 phone calls to schedule having my headliner replaced and no response from him at all. I would NOT recommend!

I've had great luck with Superior interiors. Randy is very knowledgeable, his upholstery work is great they always have all the snow dog plow parts that I need and Judy is always wonderfully pleasant to deal with.

I know this company has been in business for 100 years and has a fine reputation. I am a repeat customer, having been here several times over the years. However, my experience most recently was disappointing. Interested in seat covers I called and then came in the following day to actually see what was available. Randy was very polite, friendly, and I enjoyed talking with him. He's a nice guy.

He promised to call me the following day with an estimate on when he could get them. Like so many others they are experiencing shipping delays, which I totally understand. However, he never called me, even after I left a message reminding him. I realize it may have simply slipped his mind; however, it's now been a week. Maybe my job is just too small? At any rate, I am not playing this game.

We just had our party bus completely redesigned by the amazing folks at Superior Interiors. Randy and his staff did an amazing job. I will recommend everybody to them because they are the best! This place was great. I had a bad experience with my car. They however made it better than expected. They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what they do. If i could give them 7 stars i would. They exceeded my expectations.

Judy at Superior Interiors was AMAZING! My sunroof hasn't worked in almost a year. I've asked numerous people for help and nobody was able or willing to assist me.until today! I called to schedule an appointment to get my sunroof fixed. She asked me if I've tried resetting it. I am not savvy when it comes to anything automotive. She took the time to walk me through the steps.

She was very patient and super friendly. I was still very skeptical but trusted her and walked through the steps with her. It took me a few times.but IT WORKS! THANK YOU SO MUCH! That just saved me so much time and money! As a single mother with 2 jobs and 2 children that in itself is priceless! You are the absolute best! I would recommend anyone to Superior Interiors! Simply AMAZING! I can't thank you enough!

Went to Superior Interiors after shopping around. SO glad we found them! Judy has been amazing from the beginning - giving us a ton of information to consider & helping us choose the best product/fit for us. (We purchased a ReTrax truck bed cover from them). When we had some issues with the installer (not Superior - but dealership where we purchased our truck) - they went the extra mile helping adjust the install, print out the paperwork that the auto dealership had tossed, and were just plain helpful in every way! Couldn't be more impressed! I'd HIGHLY recommend them over their local competitors!

The name says it all, Superior. It is a small family run business and the owner, Randy, does a fantastic job. Customer service is tops and everyone is available to answer any of your questions. You have to see these people to outfit any of your vehicles

I needed to get my zipper fixed on the back window of my soft top for my Jeep Wrangler. I called numerous body shops/detail shops in the area and this place was the only one that said they could do it. Weird considering Superior Interiors took care of the problem in under 25 minutes, and it was as simple as sliding a few new zippers on and a stopper.

Lady at front desk was extremely nice and talkative, employee who made the fix was the same. Best part of all, since I only needed those 3 small parts, they said FREE of charge!
