Always been good. First time in 2014 when my car got hit and then again here recently when my car got backed in to while at work. Both times been awesome.

I am VERY happy with all that was done for me and I will always recommend ya'll to everyone I know! Thank you so very much!

This is the second time I've taking my vehicle to this shop and I am very very pleased with the work they done for me, Brad went out of his way to get the job done thanks to all that was involved. I give them 5 star.

What can I say about Summit collision center? Wow the best customer service I ever received from an auto body shop! Not only do they do great professional work but they detail your vehicle! I went to Summit collision based on reviews and reference of a co worker. I paid $1400 out of pocket to have my bumper on my 4RUNNER replaced and painted. I thought it looked great. As I drove around a little I noticed the fit wasn't as tight on the drivers side as the passenger side. I took it back. They gave me a song and dance about a $45 clip that may fix it? I said so you'll fix it but I'll have to pay for the clip? Poor poor business! I'm going to look into reporting them to the attorney general!

Be careful with this shop. I personally dealt with Mike and Chris and if you are looking for a shop to have your best interest at heart and to comply with standards and procedures, this is not your choice. They had had my Jeep for a week, gave me the run around. They sublet work out to jeep and blamed Jeep and State Farm for everything. I had to manage my own claim to get State Farm to pay for it and take it to the dealership.

This shop coaxed me into dropping my Jeep off all so they could make money on the back end. Fraud. It's disappointing to know that customers want to choose a shop and trust them to do what's right, when there are people out there like this who do the complete opposite. Highly unfortunate.

Summit Collision Center was recommended to me by an insurance carrier after a minor fender bender. I'm writing this review to RAVE about their communication, service, and speedy delivery that absolutely blew me away. My vehicle went into their shop right before the Christmas holiday week and they were honest from the start that they were fully booked and might not have my car back to me in time for Christmas.

I greatly appreciated that information upfront because it relieved some of the holiday week stress knowing well in advance that I might have to make other arrangements. To my surprise, they were able to complete my repairs in just a couple days - finishing right at closing Tuesday of that week! Their staff was also great to work with and was always willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend this shop and will hopefully not have to, but absolutely will use them in the future!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I made an appointment with Summit Collision several weeks in advance. I dropped my car off on the appointed date with the understanding the repairs would take several days, so I got a rental car for that week. I got a call on Wednesday morning (I dropped my car off Monday morning) from them saying one of their workers hadn't been at work all week so they haven't even looked at my car.

They didn't know when he would be back at work so they didn't know when they would be able to start on my car. So. they had my car for three days, I paid for a rental car for three days and my car is still not fixed. I have to start the process over now with another body shop. The employees were not at all apologetic either- they just asked if I wanted to make another appointment for a few weeks later. NO THANK YOU! They have lost my business.

I was rear ended and took my car SUV here. They gave me a rough estimate on what it would cost. When they had it all taken apart they sent me pictures to show how much was actually damaged. I very much appreciated them showing me. They were easy to work with and treated me well. I would recommend them to anyone! The work they did was great, you can't tell it was ever in an accident!

We have used Summit Collision on several occasions for our company trucks and personal vehicles. They always do a great job! The communication is great and the guys are easy to work with. They took care of all the insurance requirements and all I had to do was drop it off and pick it up, looking good as new!

They did a fantastic and complete repair. Guys were honest and easy to work with, and answered every question. They worked with my insurance company just fine (kudos Missouri Farm Bureau), and even got unseen damaged approved for claim. Recommend highly.
