The team at sudley car care center should update the skills portion of their resume to "expert multitaskers". While I waited for my oil to be changed I was so impressed watching each person efficiently juggle everything that was thrown at them.

After having used another shop for the last year, only to have them prove themselves not worthy of my business (see my other reviews for info), Sudley CCC is a breath of fresh air. When the other place failed to rectify my concerns, I took my car to Sudley. Not only did they quickly diagnose and resolve the issues with my car, but they noticed and pointed out several other items that the old shop failed to.

I left completely satisfied. The staff is great - friendly, efficient, detailed, knowledgeable, etc, etc. The shuttle service is great - convenient and complimentary. Pricing is fair and the staff is thorough in breaking down every detail. Terrific experience all around. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This place is shady and Mark at customer service is either a liar or obnoxiously stupid, but, I have a feeling it is a combination of both. I went in initially to get some "airplane noise" checked out on my E350. I had a feeling it was wheel bearing and I shared that with Mark. I left my car at 11:30am and be said he would have his mechanic check it out and call me back. 2pm rolls around, no call. 5pm rolls around and still nothing. Needless to say, terrible communication.

They close at 6pm so within an hr and I still have not had any one call me so I don't know what's wrong with my car. I finally decide to call them only for Mark to NOT apologize. I said I waited 6 hrs to hear from him and he said "ok". What a d-bag! Then he proceeds to say my safety inspection failed as well because I needed a new tire. As for the real problem, he said, something with transmission and take it to a Mercedes dealership. Wtf!

I waited 6 hrs for him not to call me only for him to tell me he doesn't know what's wrong. Finally, I go to pick up my car and he charged me $60 for them inspecting my car. WTF! They told me they can't figure it out and take it to dealership after 6 hrs of not communicating only for him to charge me another $60 for nothing? What a slimy place.

If you are the owner of this place, I hope you are reading this. Anyways, my car also passed safety inspection next day as it turns out my tire was fine, I just needed to go to a more reputable place. Lastly, the noise went away, the issue was after all the wheel bearing like I predicted initially and another place fixed it. Shady business.

This is my go to place. They always fix it right and treat you fair. I even sent my parents here when they needed emergency help. Prices are mid to middle high but you get what you pay for and they are willing and good at working with you to save money if you are tight. They are friendly with my lifted Jeep and helped me diagnose my death wobble and aligned it for me after I replaced my drag link and tie rod. Death wobble be gone! It is so nice to have a place that doesn't try to rip you off, especially as a woman who most people seem to take as an easy mark.

When the pandemic closed the Auto Skills Shop on Quantico I needed to find somewhere to get basic maintenance like oil changes done. Im pretty picky since I normally do those myself. I had gone to Sudley for annual inspections and decided to go to them for oil changes too. I am extremely happy I did. Everyone there is extremely friendly and professional.

You get a full description of the work in simple language. No one is trying to scam you or upsell you. The prices are extremely fair. I didnt say cheap, I said fair. Good work is worth paying for. These guys know their stuff and if they recommend additional work you can be confident that it actually needs to be done. In the last 2 years I have had 4 different cars serviced with two having significant work done. Excellent work all around. Highly recommended.

Explain everything to me and made suggestions. No high pressure tactics. There were quite a few people waiting on their cars. Most of them had been coming there for years. That was enough for me.

Would not recommend this place to ANYONE! Went in for my inspection & this POS place tried to take advantage of me, saying I needed $1700 in repairs I knew I had done only a year ago. I left and took it to another place & they told me I only needed two new tires, Sudley Car Care had told me I needed to fix 4 other things "wrong" with the car. Listen to me and the other people who have reviewed this place & go elsewhere! Absolutely SLIMY business!

I could not ask for better service on our three cars. Friendly staff who remember you, good prices and honest service.

Sudley's is second to none in the MANASSAS area! They are so thorough and provide the owner with itemized estimates. They are true to their word, a refreshing characteristic these days. We have been taking all of our vehicles here for more than eight years. Always pleased with the service we receive!

THIS REVEIW ONLY APPLIES TO JENNA! And Jason if he still worked there: If you go to Sudley car care ask for Jenna and only deal with Jenna. I've had some very bad experiences with other sales people there taking advantage of my mom and other family members. Jenna will take care of you and do her best to let you know what's going on with your car, what you actually need, what is recommended, and what can probably wait. She'll treat you like family. Can't stress this enough, deal with Jenna.

I just went in, super last second no appointment nothing. My brakes stopped working while I was driving and I needed last second help. They got it done super fast and got me back in the road and charged me a very reasonable rate. Fantastic customer service from the front desk to the mechanics. Really kind knowledgeable people who won't rip you off.

Jenna and the rest of the staff were super courteous and personalable. I just had to hand them the keys and they pulled my car in for an emissions test and afterwards pulled my car up into the closest parking spot to the front entrance which was a nice touch. First time here but I'll definitely come back for my state inspection and any other services I'll need!

I have utilized Sudley Car Care Center on two of my vehicles. The staff is extraordinarily professional and courteous. They have performed a wide array of services ranging from installing cat-back exhaust to squaring away my big brake kit. The work is solid, and the prices are fair. I would highly recommend them. I've been going here for a year now, and I absolutely love it. They're quick and very affordable. They also offer shuttle service, and during the pandemic, they're offering car pickup and drop off. They have lots of room in their waiting area, even with a kids section, and a very sweet dog for company, and free bottled water. They always make sure I understand what's wrong with my car and offer the most affordable solution. Jenna is especially communicative and remembers faces well. I highly recommend.

Set appointment for safety inspection, waited 1h 40min. Just to be told they can't find parts for my model and all they can find is OEM. For only $440 I'll be all set. Politely declined went on ebay, got the parts took it to another mechanic. All this for 70 bucks. Oh and he told me that my break light wire was just disconnected and I don't need the new part so I can return it and get my money back.

The funny thing is, there was another guy after me failed for a break light and he said that he checked the night before and it was alright. Strange things happen overnight. So if you decide to bring your car there - be aware. I know that most of the car shops are looking after your money other than actually looking to help out the customer. I just don't know why they keep doing this in an era of transparency and online reviews. Keep sharing your experience guys! Donchev

The staff was professional and informative. I learned about the difference between state inspection and emission inspection. The wait time was 45 minutes, which was expedient in my opinion. They made recommendations for the emission inspection, which I will need repairs for in a year. Mark was polite and referred me to return, which I've accepted the invitation to return for future services.

If you are not taking your vehicles to Sudley you are messing up. My family and I have taken our cars here for years and have always had exceptional, quality, and honest service. My most recent experience, however, had convinced me I NEED to write a public review. I have a used car (2016 Toyota Corolla) that I got a few extended warranties on so usually I take to the Toyota dealership but I just need emissions and Inspection so I took it to Sudley.

When they called me that it was done they mentioned that they noticed oil on my head gasket and that is definitely something I would want to check out ASAP. The woman at Sudley called Toyota to inquire about a warranty and as soon as she said the year and mileage Toyota said it wouldn't be covered. She pushed them to actually look it up where they saw all of my extended warranties and that I was still under warranty.

She let me know that it could be nothing but I'm probably close to being out of warranty so I should take it to Toyota ASAP bc a head gasket would be really expensive. I took it to Toyota and they said they didn't think it was the gasket even after they looked at it but since I'm under warranty they would run a pressure test and confirm.

Well there wasn't anything wrong with my head gasket but my engine is leaking oil and they discovered what was wrong and were able to fix it under warranty. The Toyota rep then told me that whoever looked at my car is really really excellent. He said "most people would have never even noticed this". I know little to nothing about cars, but as soon as he said that I knew I needed to write this review bc even other technicians were impressed by the thorough job done by Sudley! As soon as my car is out of warranty I'll resume my normal maintenance at Sudley! TL;DR - get all of your cars serviced at Sudley Car Care!

The folks at Sudley Car Care really take the time to understand my vehicles and make honest assessments about the services I need. I trust their advice and know that they will be honest about what's necessary, what's optional, and what's on the horizon for me to consider. They are timely and they perform quality work. The customer service team is top-notch, always taking the time to say hello and make me feel welcome when I'm in for auto service. I highly recommend Sudley Car Care Center to anyone who has automotive service needs!

We've been doing business with Sudley Car Care for at least sixteen years. You don't go to a place that long unless you feel taken care of. Just got the fastest safety inspection in years. When I asked if I needed any more service it was a quick review of my records to determine there wasn't anything to be done at this time. I like the honesty! They don't just make work for themselves but they do take care or our cars.

We have three cars which all require emissions and safety inspections in the same month. Additionally, one was due for an oil change and tire rotation. Mark and Jenna are always sensitive to our needs and we often feel like we're the only customers they have. So we dropped off the one needing the additional service then rotated the other two through as one was done. They promptly called when it was time for the exchange and finished all three the same day. To sum it up, great prompt service and reasonable prices. Truly quality care.

I have been back here several times this past year. Time after time I leave with a positive feeling about this place. Good people, well run business and they never seem to be trying to sell me something I don't need. Very happy to have found this place! Thanks!

"Fixed" my AC on 7/6, AC went out on 7/7. Said I needed a new compressor, to the tune of $1300. After bringing vehicle back, tried to charge me another $1100 to fix a leak they should have caught initially. Stay away! Buyer beware!

I feel like such an idiot. this place completely scammed me and I made the mistake of trusting them. I made the mistake of going in as a young female by myself to get my vehicle looked at because it was shaking a bit at idle and I wanted an oil change. I rode with the mechanic and he told me that it felt like a wheel baring was loose and I made the HUGE MISTAKE OF TRUSTING HIM.

I found out when I came home and told my dad about what happened that you will HEAR a wheel baring if there is an issue with it and there was absolutely no noise or issues with the steering. I was told my wheel was "about to come off" but come to find out I would have definitely known if it was about to fall off. I know, embarrassing I didn't know that and I should have known to double check with someone but I thought the mechanic was genuinely concerned for my safety but unfortunately he just wanted my money, told me absolutely nothing helpful, did not fix my issue I originally came in for, car drives 100% THE EXACT SAME as before I took it in.

I am so upset that it is so hard for me to find a mechanic I can trust in this area. I will now have to ask my dad or boyfriend to take time out of their days to accompany me because these NOVA mechanics continue to take advantage of me. I am embarrassed but want to WARN people I do not want them to do this to anyone else. If you go here, be careful ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE** ended up spending almost $500 on a repair I apparently did not need.

Thank you to Craig and Jenna and the entire Sudley Car Care for taking such good care of our car. They checked and doubled checked their work so we could get back to our new home state of NY. My family has been going to their service center for decades and I appreciate their honest feedback and quick turnaround. Happy New Year!

They will take advantage of you if you don't know anything about cars. My mom paid 120 to get the Engine light check and the lady tried to push their expensive 300 dollar interstate battery on her. There was nothing wrong with her battery because we had it checked at two different shops. It took them 6 hours to check the engine light and still tried to sell us the battery before they check the engine light.

Long story short we went to AutoZone bought the camshaft sensor like we TOLD HER the problem was and replaced it and the light went off. I wouldn't recommend to anybody. My mom was ready to waste her last little bit of 300 dollar for their battery when hers had no problems and probably pay another 200 or more for the camshaft sensor. They will make you fix things that's not necessary.

I would rate this company more than five stars to tell you the truth! I came in with more than one indicator lights showing on a 2008 BMW 328i. My engine wasn't starting or if it did, it stalled. I spoke with Jason, the service manager there, and may I say, I will never regret coming to this place and I will continue to keep coming to this place!

He took the time to break down the mechanical breakdowns in the simplest form to me(since I'm a female)! His staff was also friendly and furthermore, Jason placed a follow-up call to see if my engine amd everything else was running the next day! I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this place, even to my worst enemy, (lol)! LOVE THEIR SUPERB AND IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
