Brought my car here after a car accident & I honestly couldn't express how thankful I was because it looks like nothing ever happened to it. Everything was intact & in perfect conditions. They always did an awesome job in keeping me updated as it was being fixed. Also, everyone was always very helpful & friendly. Sandra, thank you for always remembering me. Thank you Sudden Impact. Had my Cadillac Escalade fixed at this location and I am satisfied with the results. Our door and wheel where completely destroyed but now it looks good as new. I would recommend their services to anyone who where in an accident or need body work done on their vehicle. The service was exceptional, we did not have to wait for long, all the workers were great to work with and we even got a shirt. After work is done they provide a lifetime warranty on the parts they made.

Disappointing- I would not recommend this shop to anyone!. I decided to use this auto body shop after my accident back in January. My car spent 3 months in this shop. They NEVER answer the phone and barely let you know what is going on with your vehicle until it is ready. After going to pick up my vehicle I noticed dents on the front bumper where they forced the part to connect.
After paying $8k you would think they would have some pride into their work but sadly no. Sandra never answers the phone or returns voicemails, Shantel will take messages and probably throws them in the trash for fun. DO NOT work with this company- I read the reviews thinking it was a reliable shop but no they are very sketchy and lack simple communication with people who are paying them thousands of dollars!
I picked up my car on April 15 and Sandra said she would reach out to my insurance, it's been 2 weeks and I called my insurance to follow up- They said Sandra never reached out. This shop is a joke and if you are planning to get repairs done I would go elsewhere!

My second time at this shop after getting into an accident and they did a great job yet again! Very friendly people. Especially during these times because getting into a vehicle accident sucks. They ease the process. Always keeping me updated. Always answering questions. A week after getting it fixed and it runs great. Looks good too! Thank you guys!

Sudden Impact was amazing. They communicated effectively and were able to get the parts in very quickly compared to the time frame I thought it would be. Chantel was awesome as was the rest of the staff they did a great job on the vehicle repair and were always very courteous and kind when I spoke with them on the phone. The service was spot on from start to finish. Progressive sadly made this take way longer than it needed to but the body shop was quick and did great work on our Volvo. They cleaned it perfectly and replaced the damage that had been done. I will always bring my car here for service. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am here picking up my car after a pretty bad accident and I am so happy with how my car looks now. Body and wheels all look brand new! Sandra has been very helpful with keeping me updated on the repairs and even had the crew bring my car out for a smog check. I'm really glad Sudden Impact was able to take my car in so suddenly (no pun intended) with toyota being booked with repairs. Define recommendation from me

This place has been more than helpful with my situation. They're always communicating and accommodating to situations. Sandra has been such a wonderful person to me and my family in the process. Much recommended, and would give ten stars if I could. Update: Geico really screwed me out of a lot of money. Their client hit my car and deemed my car a total loss and claimed I should pay for all the fees for brining my car to sudden impact in the first place. Sudden impact listened and made sure I got the best care. Polished my car, and made it look real spiffy. Thank you guys so much!

I cant say enough GREAT things about Sudden Impact. I sent my 1978 Bradley GT for a full off frame resto. I was hesitant as this vehicle was handed down to me after my father past away. But i have to say i have no regrets and i know my dad is looking down very happy with the end result. ( bet he is wishing he had this done as this is now a head turner) The job that Jose's team did was amazing and surpassed my expectations which i didn't think would be possible.
They did a complete resto to include engine work, suspension, brake work, interior, wheels and stereo. The teams communication and attention to detail were amazing. A special thanks to Patrick as he was always on it and patient every time i called ( which was a lot) In the future all of my auto needs will go through this shop.
