As a Google reviewer with a Google reach of about 100k people. And a very decent FB and IG presence locally. I am thoroughly impressed with this place! Me and my wife and daughter drove onto the car lot on a whim after looking at a vehicle in Kent from a private seller and didn't purchase it. We hadn't intended on purchasing anything from this car lot.
The 2 Queens that work here were absolutely fantastic in customer service, and they were absolutely awesome to my 3 year old daughter as well!(they gave her candy, a bag of chips, and even gave her water)There was relatable and friendly conversation (while we waited in line to see if our application was approved)and straight to the point with everything.
They had a flexible down payment, and fair car payment pricing. Everytime I looked at a vehicle, one of the young Kings that work there told me what was wrong with each vehicle and what it needed. (As most of the ones I looked at didn't have window stickers yet) Even these young men were as attentive as they could be given the amount of people coming in and out to purchase vehicles.
All in all, we drove away with a vehicle that had low miles and was still affordable. We also got 90 days free Satellite radio, a 1k mile/30 day warranty on engine and transmission with 50/50 cost split. They are even doing a full tune up and doing all the fluids on this car before we pick it up tomorrow. Thank you to these kind folks! I highly recommend this place!

I've never seen such a horrible dealership if that's even what you call it. Looks like a junk yard cars with flats open the doors they smell like blunt smoke not one looked presentable. Wanted 5grand down for a car with a salvage title another grand for tax and title with no warranty so 6grand for a car you couldn't even drive away in lol. every car there needed mechanical work.
Absolutely horrible do not buy from there you will regret it. Don't even waste your time to go look its pointless even if you had the money the cars all need mechanical work. Worst excuse for a dealership I've ever seen. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Ed and the Team are very personable they actually care about their customers! I went through a very difficult time and having bad credit was a hinderance when looking for a vehicle I was able to get a very nice reliable vehicle for me and my kids! I highly recommend people who don't have good credit

DO NOT GET A CAR HERE. My grandfather had a can from here, he passed away I made sure they were well aware that he had passed. They said that it was fine just make payments until you figure out what is going to happen threw probate. I made payments every month. My payment was 430 a month was all caught up other the 20 bucks. They called asked if I could make my payment early to be completely caught up.
I told them I'd have it on friday. They came and took the van on thrusday. Told me the reason in Repossession was because the owner was deceased. Now that I'm trying to my Belongings out of the van they are refusing to allow me and also now are telling me reason in Repossession was because I owed over 1000 dollars! They are lying, thieving, careless unprofessional people. They have also REFUSED to allow me to talk to mr. Dave (the owner)

Mr. Dave worked with me when I needed it most and for that I am appreciative. Like any business, you have your excellent workers and then those that are not up to really helping the customer. But this is a place that will assist you in every way they can, and long as you pay your bills you can keep your car lol.
