The guys at Steve's are absolutely amazing. When I ordered new tires from Goodyear, Eddie was honest and up-front to make sure the proper ones were installed. Goodyear's information was not entirely true and I had to order a different set. Inconvenient, but making sure my car was more important. Then, when my daughter's brakes needed some work, they did the job for less than quoted by others and it was done within a day.
I know they are super busy and the quick turnaround may not always be possible, but the way they put incredible effort into each car as if it's their own is definitely worth using them. Hats off to Ed, Eddie, Rich and the rest of the crew at Steve's.

My experience with this shop is limited to one experience, however, it was a great one. From the initial phone call to dropping off and picking up my truck the staff was very courteous and informative. I replaced my entire front suspension about 7 months ago. During this period of time the truck has been to 4 different shops in two different states for a "proper" alignment.
None of the previous shops have been able to properly align the truck and keep it going straight down the road, Steve's did. It's hard to find a shop that is actually knowledgeable and trustworthy. Again, this is only based off of one interaction, but I'd say it's safe to recommend this shop.

Steve's is one of the best auto repair shops I have encountered in my 50+ years of car ownership. They give an honest estimate, do what is necessary and do it right without padding the bill with services you don't need. They speak honestly about the state of your car, and tell you what should be done NOW, and what you can plan for in the future. Great work and superior service. I'm a customer for as long as I live here!

I only need to get my emissions test today, drop off my car and they have the shuttle service which I really appreciated it, the driver was very nice and courteous, polite and right on time when came back to pick me up. Service was faster than I thought. My first impression is probably their customer service, and of course the goodies bag included with all their contact info so I can go back again.

Once again, they were awesome! I enjoy coming to Steve's for my car! They have shuttled me to work and have offered to shuttle me back. They are very accommodating and reasonable! My experience at Steve's Auto Repair was excellent! The staff were friendly, kind and have a ton of experience. They will get you back on the road and will get right to the point. Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. Steve's is military friendly and very reasonable and honest. I will plan on bringing my vehicle back here for any repairs. This shop is great! I live in South Carolina and wanted a vehicle inspected prior to traveling to VA and purchasing it. These guys got me an appointment the next day, emailed appointment time and date, as well as emailed the report to me the next day and followed up with a phone call to make sure I got it and answer any questions I had. If I lived in that area this would be the only shop I use! Thank you so much for your help.

Great experience so far and the prices are reasonable, especially compared to some places I've been to in Fairfax County. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My husband and I have had our oil changed here along with some minor repairs. I appreciate the detailed reports that they provide when servicing your vehicle. It helps to be able to see exactly what's going on with your car, especially if you're not mechanically inclined. I'll be bringing my car here for future repairs.

Sometimes a small business goes a long way. You don't need the expensive dealerships charging you large amounts of money with poor customer service. You can go to Steve's and get great service and advice which shows they truly cares. They did an extensive diagnostic of my vehicle and gave great advice to save on the pockets. They also offer military discount.
I must say hands down for a small business that also does a courtesy vehicle better than what the dealerships offer because they actually charge you too and from. Thanks again Steve's auto for all your help quality service and very friendly is what's needed in the mechanic world

Everyone here is a professional at heart and very understanding. They were upfront and honest with me about my situation and what the possible outcomes were. When they ran into a separate issue during repairs, they would call and get approval before moving forward. I spoke with Ed and Scott - both very kind and easy going. I'll definitely be coming back for any maintenance or repair needs!

They saved me from getting a huge job done that I didn't need. Looked over the van pointing out what does and doesn't need done. They even went over the results and if it was worth it as the van is older and what my choices were. I came in with three little kids and they had no problems talking with all of us like we were family. I definitely plan on coming here with my vehicle again. Thanks guys!

I used to do the car alignment at dealer. But determined to have family local shop at this time. Called around and determined to use this shop based on google reviews. And I am happy I did. Called early morning. Ed accommodated my car alignment the same day. Work was done just more than an hour. Result was excellent. My steering is centered again. Ed and Eddie are very pleasant to speak to. Their shuttle service is also very fast. Almost no wait time. Greatly recommend.

This was my first time at Steve's Auto Repair and Tire, but it won't be my last. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. They documented every service with pictures and were thorough in answering my questions. They diagnosed a problem with my wheel bearing, were upfront about the cost of the repair, and shopped around for parts to save me money. My Subaru is much quieter now. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced by Steve's in the future.

I recently moved to the area from Maryland and needed to obtain a safety inspection for my vehicle. I researched several places online and selected Steve's Auto based on the reviews. The service I received from the beginning to the end was exceptional. The staff I worked with was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. They explained the process for me in detail for the repairs that were required to pass.
