Amazing customer service. Scheduled an appointment for a non insurance claim repair. Arrived 15 minutes early. Gabrielle double checked our information and assured us someone wouls be with us shortly. Scott greated us a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. He inspected the damage and suggested a solution. The estimate was far below the other two we had already obtained from local competitors.

The repair was accomplished on time and for the estimated cost. The repair is flawless. This is the second vehicle of mine that Classic has repaired. While nobody really wants to visit a body shop when the need arises I will return to Classic

They get ALL the stars! They did an amazing job for me and my car! I don't normally write reviews, but they deserve all the praise I have to give. So I got into a car accident that left my car essentially unable to drive about a month before graduation. The day after I walk, my family was planning to help me drive home (out of state) so the timing here was super awful.

I called around to EVERY shop I could find hoping one could get it in and hopefully have it fixed by the time I needed to leave. Everyone was booked out into late summer. I called this place and they said the earliest they could take it would be a week and a half before I leave. So I asked if it was possible to preorder parts so that it might save time. Instead, Kathy found a way to get my car in almost immediately.

Thank goodness, right? Well they got my car in and called me a few days later to tell me some parts were on back order and that since it's about 57 hours of work, they expected to be done with my car two weeks after I was supposed to leave. I ended up speaking with Gage, who I believe was directly working on my car, and explained my situation. He told me he would put my car to the front of the que as soon as the parts came in and try to have it done by the time I leave.

I was so grateful they were even going to try, especially considering they probably had to make some adjustments/work on it more to meet the deadline. This shop called me a WEEK before I had to leave and said they'd finished it! Assembled, painted, cleaned, and ready to be picked up. I could hardly believe it! Not only did they manage to fit me in to an already packed schedule, but they went above and beyond to make sure I had my car ready for when I needed to move.

And my car looks fantastic! They did a great job and even paid attention to small details like paint chips I had on parts that didn't need work. All this to say, I think the people at this shop are amazing. They took care of me so well and got my car looking brand-new! I am so thankful for their help and generosity and will definitely go back to them should I need to.

We have been coming to the auto body shop at this location for about 30 years. The current owner kept the same staff when she took over the business from her brother. I see the same quality, customer service and professionalism that brought us to them the first time.

I will never take my car here again. I would give zero stars if I could. They don't work promptly - my car was there for two months. They answer the phone, but no one is ever available and no one ever returns your calls. I was given several different completion dates, that they could never meet. There was always a new excuse. Once they finally returned my car to me after two months the repair work was incomplete!

There was damage to the front of my car and I was told that it was there when I dropped off the car which isn't true. I left with more damage to my car than before the repairs. The employee I worked with dared to tell me if I receive a survey just don't fill out it if I wasn't completely satisfied. I will never take my car here again!

They took almost 6 months to fix moderate damage to my car. Communication was extremely poor and I had to micromanage every aspect to get any results. The person I worked with blamed insurance when he had actually not done his part.

Critical: Professionalism Apparently there's a new ownership of stetners and when we spoke to him over the phone they were completely unprofessional and I do not recommend this new ownership.

Chelsea keeps that place running smoothly and is very easy to communicate with. Best experience I've ever had with a car repair hands down. Especially since I was deal with an at fault party's insurance and not my own.

This place took 4 weeks to fix my bumper and I had to call them for EVERY update. They never kept me informed and the receptionists couldn't be bothered to talk to a technician and get an accurate update. Every other day they had something go wrong that would delay my car 1-2 more days, and that cycle went on for 3 weeks. The only person that would tell me what was actually going happening with my repair was Mark and it took dealing with the receptionist's poor attitude to get through to him.

My last gripe is that their phone system will only let you stay on hold for a couple minutes before it will redirect your call to some unanswered abyss and you'll have to hang up and redial. The overall repair was good, and I was happy to get my vehicle back but I would not recommend this body shop.

If you're unfortunate to be in some kind of auto accident this business is the place to go. My husband was rear ended about a week before we were to go on vacation. We had to wait a few days for our insurance company to let us know what to do with our car since the driver who hit my husband's car didn't respond immediately when the insurance company reached out to him.

Anyway we weren't too happy that we would have to deal with this during our vacation but we didn't have any choice. We finally got a call from our insurance letting us know where to bring our car. Yes it was during our vacation that we were called but after that this business took over. Classic Collision called us the next day, had a very detailed conversation with my husband and followed that with an email.

When we brought our car in we got our rental car immediately on site, customer service was great as they explained the process to us. They kept in touch with my husband through calls and texts letting him know when our car would be ready. We got our car back in 2 days. When the car was picked up they did some really great detailed/cleaning inside and outside the car.

Service was absolutely wonderful. Hopefully we will not have to use them again since we don't want to have anymore fender benders but this was a great business to work with.

Great job repairing my car, had damage to the body and paint in a few areas, can't even tell the repairs from the rest of the car! Awesome job, friendly staff, kept me informed on the status of the repairs.

2nd trip back to this location for an unrelated repair. Their service remains top notch, their communication is excellent, and the work done was excellent. If you're looking for a trustworthy body shop in the Kennesaw/West Cobb area, this is a good one!

Kevin and the team at Classic Collision made the entire process of getting our Audi Q3 fixed as part of an insurance claim, completely easy and done to our full satisfaction. When we first went to pick it up, we noticed that the paint wasn't quite right. They said no problem, we'll take care of it. Came back a few days later and noticed the buff marks were visible from the paint touch up.

No problem there either, taken care of on the spot. And finally, something was wrong with the battery after getting the car back. Since we couldn't start it without a jump, they came to our house and installed a brand new battery. 10/10 would absolutely recommend Classic Collision of Brookhaven.

First and foremost. The the man that appraised my car was extremely professional and concise. He completed the appraisal in a timely manner. I had my car appraised at another shop. I am not saying the other shop was bad as everyone estimates differently. I just know Stetner came in 1,000.00 dollars less. The work will be done soon, and I am looking forward to it.

Bad review because of their lack of COVID precautions. Absolutely no COVID safety measures are taken - no staff are wearing masks, including when you go into the office and speak to the receptionist. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place. Overall, the body work they did was not bad and they worked directly with my insurance, but I was blown away by the casualness of no one wearing masks or social distancing in the office.

So glad I found this place - GO HERE! If you need any work done on your car, look no further. From start to finish, the service was superb. My window had been smashed, and I was initially going to do business with Safelite but after making two separate appointments and waiting on them for almost THREE WEEKS they still did not have the window needed for my car, were not helpful at all, and quoted me about $100 more. Frustrated, I went in to Classic Collision and they had taken care of me immediately!

They ordered the part promptly and it was ready in 2 days. They even re-did the tint, cleaned my car to perfection, and offered me a ride home after I dropped off my car. All of the staff were kind, professional, knowledgeable, easygoing, and friendly. It was a genuine pleasure doing business with Classic Collision; DEFINITELY come here! So thankful this place exists!

Please do not patronize this location! They discarded my bumper, lied about it, changed their story, then once they couldn't lie any more, they had an attitude of, "too bad". Their mistake cost me hundreds of dollars. I honestly feel like they only treated me this way because I'm a woman. They even fired an employee (Jesse) for his unprofessionalism regarding my ordeal.

They should be responsible for replacing my bumper if they discarded it without my permission. Taking advantage of women is deplorable! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE UNETHICAL, UNSCRUPULOUS DEMONS!

BEWARE! Brought my car in for repairs and someone helped themselves to the cash in my change bin. I keep $10-$20 in my car for tolls or emergencies. 3 days before dropping my car off for service I took a road trip that involved tolls so I'm certain there was cash in the bin when I dropped the car off. I'm on another road trip today and just reached for the cash to pay a toll and there was none to be found. If I wasn't absolutely certain the money went missing while I'm the possession of classic collision I would not write this review.

Do not recommend. After 4 attempts to repair and paint a Subaru Forester bumper and rear body panels I gave up and took the work to a shop in Ballard I'd used previously. I'd posted a review in the past, that's been taken down, with details about the awful, drawn out process and lumpy, orange-peel paint Stetner provided. At no time were they abusive, but they were incapable of providing work that satisfied me, and when I showed it to other shops I was told it was amateurish at best.

Teared up, yes I cried. Why? Because my cute little car was my cute little car again! It had been horribly squished between two other cars before I dropped it off. Stetner is a Good-Hands business and worked seamlessly with my insurance provider. Thank you for everything!

This was the second auto body repair CC did on my car, same car! Two different accidents. In this one a driver blindsided my Jeep in the passenger side and did ~$4000 damage. Fortunately neither me nor my passenger were injured. CC completed the repair in an accessible time frame and did excellent work. Very nice people. However, I was not satisfied with my repair. Originally, I dropped it off for a windshield replacement and pierce in passengers door. On the bright side, I had a rental car which they picked me up and I was able to drop it off back there. The windshield turned out great. However, when inspecting the entire car- there was a HUGE scratch on the bumper, which hadn't been prior to me dropping by car off.

They looked at the pictures and agreed it was damaged caused by their shop. They offered to fix it. After fixing the scratch which was their fault, they caused another problem. The bumper did not line up properly as it did before. They also agreed to fix it, which would have been the 3rd repair.- At that point, I said NO, and just accepted my car the way it was.

What could have been 5 days turned into 2 in a half weeks. Again, very friendly staff, just not satisfied with the quality of the repair. Each time, they broke something else while fixing an existing repair. This was also the first place that my insurance- GEICO recommended. Highly disappointed!

Stopped by trying to get some information on having light body work performed on a Tesla and on a Porsche. Not that simple. After waiting 15 minutes for the receptionist to stop answering phone calls, was told I had to wait as long as an additional 30 minutes to speak to an "estimator". Noticed at least 4 estimators in their offices doing nothing. I'll try somewhere else. Could have been decent money for these guys. Oh well. I tried.

These guys are terrific. They repaired and painted my Acura bumper after a minor fender bender. The cost was very reasonable, the quality of work was impeccable and the staff were super friendly. As busy as they seemed to be, they completed the work in one day. I would absolutely recommend Brookhaven Collision.

I can't say enough good things about Classic Collision of Kennesaw. I went there because my front bumper on my Toyota Four Runner was about to fall off because of a fender bender. I went to get an appraisal and Ian, the manager, asked for my keys and took the car. 20 minutes later, my bumper was fixed! I am forever grateful and will recommend this auto body repair shop to all my friends. Plus, they have the nicest lobby with comfortable seating, friendly staff, courtesy water, and a television so you are very comfortable while you wait.

After a deer ran into me on the back roads from Kennesaw to Dallas. My insurance company told me they only work with certain centers and classic was one of them. I took my brand new BMW X5, purchased 2 or 3 months prior, there for a headlight to be repaired and they stripped my car stole my bumper. headlight, stole the screws that hold down the back seat, took the grill, destroyed the blinker and made it totally illegal to drive.

All I wanted was for the headlight to be repaired and now I have a car that is legally not drivable that I just paid for because of IAM MORRIS and I have documents and pictures to prove how shady they are and how they will take your new luxury vehicles. They are shady criminals. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED they totaled my car out over 3,000 in labor! Now after spending my savings to have a new car classic collisions has decided to destroy my property and will DO THE SAME TO YOURS, BMWS, MERCEDES, ANY LUXURY BRAND. I HATE THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER FORGET WHAT THEY DID TO ME.

Absolute best service and quality work. They made my car look just like new. I had a 2012 Chrysler town and country mini van with a pin stripe. Someone hit my passenger door. I was worried about taking the insurance claim, paint match and pin stripe matching. These guys got it done and perfectly. They even cleaned the inside of car! It took a week to get availability but well worth the wait! Thank you again!

Unfortunately I've had to visit Classic twice over the last couple of months, but each time I've had excellent service. It's so convenient to have the claims rep for the insurance company & a rental agent for Enterprise in the shop. It's literally a one stop shop.

During a crazy wind storm, my driver's side door blow blew back and hyper extended (like an umbrella turning inside out). It was impossible to close the door after that. I managed to get it to Classic Collision late on a Friday afternoon. After deciding I had to leave it there, I was paired with Paula, who was a dream. She partnered me with a tech, Victor, who managed to get my door functional in AN HOUR for about $50.

I was seriously amazed (after initially being told the door would have to come off to do a proper estimate). Paula graciously worked with my request for function vs form and no one made me feel uncomfortable that the inside of my car looks like I live in there. I plan to return to Classic to have the the remaining body work done. It was a pleasure working with them.

This place is not good for luxury cars. They don't pay properly attention to detail and did not fix it as expected. Plus, now is taking longer than expected as they have to fix the problem. I will take it to the Lexus to have it inspected after is done.

I got my car repaired here on a Monday and they did a great job. Their customer service skills are great. They'll offer you bottled water or coffee while you wait on the inspector to look over your damages. I did my claim through Geico, so I was covered for a rental car, and this shop conveniently has an enterprise agent available so you don't have to wait for anyone to have to bring you a rental car.

Everything was done so fast from start to finish that day. My car was dropped off and I was leaving the shop to get to work in less than 30 minutes I had to get my bumper replaced completely with a few other minor repairs and I was able to get my car back that Thursday, and the best part was that they detailed my car also. I most definitely will use this body shop the next time I have any issues with my car due to the great experience I had with them on this occasion.
