Usually don't really write reviews unless the service was exceptionally good or bad. Just want to thank Gee so much for helping me with the process of being a first time car buyer. Walking in, I had never bought a car before and Gee was there every step of the way to help me through the process as soon as I walked in the doors looking for a vehicle.

I made an appointment to have my BuickEncore's a/c condenser replaced, a 4.5 hour job. Dropped off at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning. To make a long story short, we forced them to give our car back on Friday at 5:00pm. We had requested a few additional items to be done such as an oil change, tire rotation, simple easy stuff. They had my car for three days and they didn't have time to change the oil.

They are so inefficient, they were planning on keeping my car over the weekend had we not demanded it be returned. Plus, they don't answer the phone and they definitely won't call you back or provide any information. I remembered that I brought my car in 5 years ago and was pretty unhappy about the service then. Time hasn't helped this outfit.

We were on a tight schedule the day we came in. We told them that when we checked in. They got us in and out in half the time it usually takes. I appreciate that they wash the car, too.

They did a great job repairing my vehicle. There was a huge delay because of parts availability at the time of the repair, but they had warned me that this could be the case when I had my initial consult, as they were already experiencing the problem. Communications for the last several days were not great, with completion dates that were promised missed twice without a call from them. Regardless, the work done looks very good.

Sterling Subaru has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The Collision department is just as bad. I have left multiple phone messages and sent multiple emails, with absolutely no response. I would never, ever buy a car from them again. As soon as my free service visits are over, I will go to another mechanic or dealership to get my Subaru serviced.

Russ, the manager, was very helpful and patient. He had good communication throughout the day. Mr. Bruce is one of a kind. He has a heart like Jesus and shows great kindness. Will definitely be back if I have any more issues with our cars. WIll also recommend Sterling Service Dept to anyone I know needing professional car care. Thank you!

Let me start off by saying that I do not do surveys. That being said, our service during and after the sale has been the best I have encountered at ANY dealership. This has been well deserved by the staff of Sterling Auto Group. After years of no service after the sale at other dealerships in the past, it is good to know that I have finally found one that I can count on and will return to do business with them again. This for my mother's experience there! She purchased a new Yukon from there and it has eight recalls. She made an appointment to have them fixed on a Tuesday at 10 AM and on Thursday morning she went to pick it up because she had a doctor appt and they haven't even touched it! The service advisor John Gibson was very rude to her and said she was. throwing her last name around like she was supposed to be treated special!

Tell John that HE'S the one that was asking her if she was any kin to the Slovacek Sausage Co.! He was very disrespectful and and could have informed her that they were behind and could not get to her vehicle! We will never trade with this dealership again! I guess this dealership doesn't like repeat customers because they treat their customers very disrespectful when your trying to get service from them. The GMC Headquarters will be receiving a letter and I am sure they will send y'all a copy on how y'all represent their company.

Pathetic customer service. I've had my 2020 Escalade for about 7 months. Called to request a repair to the back hatch. The snotty service receptionist told me that I had to register with them first, then they might be able to look at it sometime next week. It wasn't just the fact that I would have to wait, I understand that. It was her. condescending tone. Listen, I can be a snobby witch too, but I don't work in customer service.

Somebody needs to take a close look at her lack of customer service training and terrible soft skills. I'm glad I bought mine somewhere else, and although it's several hundred miles away, I'll take out there for service. Good luck Sterling. She must be someone's daughter there.

STAY AWAY FROM STERLING KIA. I was looking to purchase as 50K Kia Carnival, but I would not agree to the dealer's low ball offer on my trade-in. When I told them repeatedly I would not accept a trade-in offer that was 3K below the KBB value, the SALES MANAGER, SHAWN FREEMAN resorted to his strong arm tactics. He came into the room with an. attitude and started telling me that I did not know what I was talking about.

He tried to BELITTLE me and INTIMIDATE me into submission. When I refused to give in, he said he did not even want to sell the car to me and he did not even want to have me in his dealership. He then THREATENED that he would not refund the $500 deposit that I put down to hold.

We were fortunate enough to have Mr. Bryan Campbell meet us out in the lot while just window shopping. He was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and what our needs were in one. He was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in, patient with us while we discussed our options, and had us through the process in record time. This was by far the most enjoyable and quickest car buying experience my wife and I ever have had. He handed us off to Josh Ruda who stayed late and had everything ready for us to sign and on our merry way! We can't say enough about them two! Thank you thank you!

Had one chance at earning my business. Spend almost $900 on routine service, Asked for a wash twice, When my truck was ready for pickup it was not washed, They said it would not fit in their car wash " Its a dually " So I'm guessing the good ole days as to where one would apply a hand to surface to wash a vehicle are over. Not even possible to pay them to do it! I can remember a time when you did not even have to ask for a wash, It was just done for you at any GM Dealer.

A year ago my parents purchased a vehicle from Sterling and they've recently discovered an issue. I truly don't blame Sterling for the issue but it was discovered that the vehicle was damaged from a wreck that my parents did not know about when they purchased the car. There was a miscommunication about the issue. Rather for Sterling to act. professional about this matter, they acted passive aggressive and accused my parents of the wreck that they had no idea about.

I am very upset for the way Mr. Bruce Hood handled the matter. When working in costumer service, it is known that no matter what, the customer is always right and the way he treated my parents was unacceptable. My parents are not.

I have THE best service person! Daniel Castillo. I needed an oil change and other stuff done to my car. I have two jobs and was trying to figure out when I could get it there. He even offered to come get my car! I live in Hearne. I have such a busy schedule that he will accommodate me when it's convenient for ME! THAT'S true customer Service! Thank you Daniel Castillo!
