Best experience I've ever had with a shop. With all the wrecks I've been in they were the quickest, nicest, and most communicative. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I got from everyone there from the first call I made to them to the day I picked my car back up. I now live 3 hours away for college and I'd still wait until my summers to go back if I ever needed help with anything. Such sweet employees and so fast. Worked with me very well to make sure my safety was a priority. Thank you all very much my Tiburon is doing amazing!

Kerry and his team at Stateline Auto Body are the best! We have had 2 cars repaired by them and could not ask for better service and repair quality. They worked with our insurance, keep us up to date and did the work in a timely fashion even with their time restraints with getting parts in! I can not say enough about how friendly, and professional this team is from the time you pull into their lot, to when you leave with your vehicle and even after repair is done they are top notch! I would not trust my vehicles with anyone else!

Stateline Auto Body Inc. did an excellent job for me in repairing my car. I live in a neighboring state and was traveling to Oxford Ohio to visit my son when a falling rock shattered my windshield and damaged my roof. We selected Stateline by chance to do the repair and the results exceeded my expectations. They were kind enough to fit me onto their schedule under short notice. The work was of top quality and the office personnel, especially Maggie, were incredible friendly and very professional. I couldn't recommend Stateline highly enough.

I would never take my car anywhere else. I had 8,000 miles on a new Volvo when I struck a deer at 65 mph. The front end was so badly damaged that you couldn't even tell what kind of car it was. After they repaired the car and fine tuned all the mechanical and electronic equipment, my car was returned to me as though it just came off the showroom floor.

They are a pleasure to work with and treat your car like it was one of their own. I rated them with the maximum of 5 stars but I would have given them 6 stars if the ratings allowed it. The photos show after the accident, then after the repair.

Kerry and Maggie are literally some of the kindest humans I have ever met! I always get nervous getting car work done because it can be so confusing for someone not in the auto industry, but they both made sure that I understood the process and included me in all of the decision making! They were so easy and fun to talk to and never made me feel rushed at all, but instead like an important and valued customer! Highly recommend!

I wanted to replace a rusted tailgate on a 21 year old truck. Stateline made several calls to locate this part. Communication from the front office was great--when the part came in, when the truck was ready etc. The new tailgate looks great and the color was matched perfectly to the rest of the truck. Very courteous people. I am very pleased with the work that was done and how I was treated as a customer.

We took our Lexus for an estimate, felt that the estimate was very fair, and made the appointment to have Stateline fix the car. We received a call after 3 days that the car had been repaired. Excellent service! I highly recommend Stateline Auto Body. They performed routine maintenance and replaced a timing belt and a few things for general maintenance based on the mileage of my car. I received a detailed estimate prior to committing to services, and the bill was exactly the same as quoted. They are conscientous and delivered my vehicle freshly washed and dried! The staff are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Maggie is amazing. Very friendly and welcoming of all questions or concerns.

This place is the best in Oxford! My door needed replaced and the back panel needed fixing. They were super friendly and I felt I was talking to family. They treated me and my friend with respect and told us everything they were going to do to the car, rather than other places just looking and giving an estimate. Their price was half of the others that we went to. They were so nice and kept me updated on the car. The car came out spotless, like brand new. I would highly recommend!

Kerry and Maggie are wonderful to work with and do their absolute best to make their customers feel cared for. The experience of using Stateline Auto Body has been nothing but stellar from start to finish. I was able to receive an initial quote within a couple of hours of Kerry looking at my vehicle. I was scheduled for the work to be done a week and a half from the estimate being given and the parts were delivered on time and the job was completed ahead of schedule.

Upon pick up, the entire team made sure all of my needs were met and my vehicle was in pristine shape to leave. I would 100% recommend Stateline Auto Body to anyone needing high quality work done at a fair price. If the situation arises where I need my vehicle looked at again, I will absolutely be returning.

Owner is great, a true car guy. He understood the vision I had for a certain look as an upgrade for my new truck. They smoked the tail lights for me. Quick turn around within 24 hours. Looks awesome, couldn't have asked for a better job and turn around time.

Not only did they do a perfect job, they are also good people. No overcharging and they'll make you feel at home. I picked up my car around 6pm and the owner and his wife waited an hour for me after closing! My car had a huge dent and the passenger side mirror broken off. They did a job so good I'm honestly not sure where the dent was anymore. Also cleaned my car and touched up some scratches by the time I picked it up. 10/10 service. I highly recommend.
