I was way across town when i called to get my truck washed, the lady(jaime) put me on hold for a minute then said yes come in no prob. aroind $45. great i get there and the wash bay guy was spending more time walking around. after 25 minutes he said he was too busy to wash my truck today. ironic his tee shirt says small town friendly or something haha right

This place is a joke. Highly would not recommend. Go to Hertz, penske! Star will rip you off. way over-priced. The branch manager "shane" is clueless. Has no idea what hes doing. Their service is over-priced aswell might as well take it to a professional shop-peterbilt/kenworth/freightliner they are all local. Just call and see the price difference between star and penske! it will leave you laughing haha!

Excellent company! As a current employee, I can testify to a few things. We are treated like family, and coached to treat our customers as family as well. There are a few negative reviews from 1 former adult employee.it is important to note the effort that was put into creating different profiles to post reviews.

The guys there are friendly and the trucks are pretty good if ya get a stick shift (mans truck). They would of gotten 5 stars but their policy is if you have an out of state license you cant drive their truck off the lot. I work for a local company but came from another state. Im not changing my license just to pick up trucks from them, that my company does every week.
