Hands down best people and dealership I have done business with. I am from another state and believe in networking. The dealerships in Arizona need to take notes from Stan McNabb, one how to treat your customer and how to price it as well. I was referred to them as I was giving a $25K over sticker price from Every dealer in my home state. Trent McNabb said we don't do business this way and Sold the Car for exactly what invoice showed.

I told him I have owned a business for 25 years and I will send everyone I know to them. Word of mouth business is how we succeed. I will continue buying all my vehicles from them.

Best group of people to work with! I came to the dealership with a 2007 Nissan Murano and left with "Elora" my 2020 Buick Encore! I worked specifically with Neil and Justin, and they went out of their way to make sure my buying experience was easy and effortless! Customer service was top notch! No doubt I will continue to use Stan McNabb for all my future vehicle purchases!

I went to Stan McNabb Chevrolet already knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted. Don was a big help and the experience was hassle-free. We kept in touch via text as I was driving from another city. He confirmed the vehicle was on the lot for me and not in transit as so many other dealerships were saying. Great experience!

Greg Waller and the Stan McNabb team are exceptional. Not only are the honest and extremely punctual, they are efficient. In this competitive market, that is extremely rare. We visited several dealerships before we were referred here (out of state) and I am so grateful. In addition to a seamless process, they delivered the car to our door in person free of charge. I cannot say enough about Greg and his team! Run, don't walk to this dealership!

Not a good experience in service especially with Rodney! He called and told me my truck was ready it was fixed and neither of the 2 problems were fixed When I went back to tell him it wasn't fixed he was very defensive telling me that he didn't work on my vehicle and blaming it on someone else, just a terrible attitude. I understand he wasn't the tech that worked on it but he was my service advisor, he was the one that took it upon himself to call and tell me my vehicle was ready, which it wasn't I had over an hour and a half drive there and back so it was a wasted trip.

He told me nothing was perfect, he was very arrogant, I told him for the price of cars that it should be close to perfect that he shouldn't call and say it's ready when clearly it's wasn't! He laughed in my face twice, he was just very rude. The only reason I left my truck again that day since it wasn't fixed was because they thought it was a safety issue with the brakes or I would have not left it again!

So on this review I would give 1 star to Rodney I have to say Mike the service manager finally came out after talking to my service advisor Rodney that was worthless. Mike did see that my truck was fixed it took 9 days but it did get fixed finally and I have to say I'm so glad that I didn't have to see Rodney when I came back to pick up my truck! Also, when I picked up my truck the first time thinking it was fixed he was half nice when telling me don't forget the survey that I would be getting that he wanted me to fill it out completely satisfied Really?! Well he shouldn't have to tell me to fill out survey (completely satisfied) if he had done his job right.

I requested service because I thought my truck was running a little rough at idle. No codes or check engine light. TJ and staff ran diagnostics, and returned the truck with a recommendation that nothing should be done. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism of not trying to sell me something I didn't need. Glad to pay the service fee. I'm burning higher octane $$$$ gas and seems to help. EVERYONE on your team has great attitudes! I'm coming back soon for oil change :. THANK YOU

Wonderful car buying experience! Derek McGee was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, and helped us purchase the PERFECT Blazer! He went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was ready to drive off the lot in top condition! Highly recommend Derek and his team.

Wonderful staff with exceptional customer service. Purchasing a vehicle can sometimes be a tedious process, but this is not the case with Stan McNabb Chevy Buick and GMC. I was most pleased with the product, Neil, the deal and the professionalism of everyone involved with the transaction. Neil could not have been more helpful. He was so kind to me. He went through all the bells and whistles on the car, somethings more than once. The price was the cherry on the top. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Kudos to The Stan McNabb staff!

Harmony was awesome and helpful throughout the entire process. She explained everything in detail. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional when I picked up the trucks and while filling out the paperwork. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
