He also handled several modifications I had been wanting to make at the same time. He gave me great advice to help me decide was best for me. I have been going to Spencer Collision for body work for several years now. The process has always been straightforward and pretty painless. They work with the customer and insurance companies to get the work done right and on time. I have never had a bad experience here. Some fairly complicated repairs have come out like new every time. Just to be clear, none of the crashes were my fault!

We had a decent amount of damage to our Honda Accord that needed to be repaired. Immediately we were impressed upon our arrival at the shop with the professionalism displayed by Spencer's staff. Considering the shop was located on Route 1, we were worried about how high their prices would be, but were pleasantly surprised when their estimate was in line with other body shops in the area.

We decided to go with them and couldn't have been happier with the result. The quality of their work was such that our car looks as good as new, and they were able to deliver it within the promised timeframe. If you are looking for master craftsmanship, competitive pricing, and a company that takes pride in its work then I highly recommend this company. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

First car accident on my new Infiniti QX80 hated that I now had to deal with this problem! Thought it was going to be a long process and that my car was never going to be the same. Boy was I wrong, luckily from the moment I stepped into Spencer Collision this problem was no longer a problem. Doug stepped in and took over. Doug turned around a same day estimate and how long he would need my car.

All I had to do was schedule a date that worked for me and in 2 short days i picked up my car as promised. Car was repaired, bumper was painted just like new! Great experience with Spencer Collision, after the bad experience of having my car hit in a parking lot by someone who then disappeared. Doug was so helpful in working with my insurance carrier. The appraiser substantially underestimated the cost of the repair but Doug was able to negotiate with them and show that the job was much bigger than they thought so I was fully covered. Doug was extremely accomodating with my schedule for dropping off and picking up the car. The job was beautifully done and they even washed the car before I picked it up. Highly recommend this shop!

Excellent job! A tree fell on the hood and windshield of my car. I took my car to Spencer Collision and they were very professional and precise with replacing and fixing the parts. It came out beautiful! Super pleased with the work.
